The food's not very good. They don't give you moles, they charge you. Very small portions of the portions. Very expensive for what you get. I wouldn't come back. There are other options look for alternatives or corroborate my opinion.

Lousy care they are always rude and can't pay for better spots to go to university square is worth walking a little more.

The room was very clean. We had a room that over looked the city and the street below on the 3rd floor. The room was well insulated from the traffic on the street. All the services were friendly and quick. The only complaint about the room is the water pressure in the shower was very low. The hotel is situated in a mall. With retail stores and restaurants. Serveral of the restaurants serve Mexican food that unique to cental Mexico.

It is a hotel designed for business people and that is passing by. It's well located. The spacious rooms offer a buffet breakfast.

Excellent facilities, good value for money, gym, restaurant area (small) well food, inside a small shopping mall, near the Metro Zapata and Coyoacan.

The Place is well located. The rooms are good, they just don't have a closet. Is expensive.

The only negative is the breakfast which was very basic. The room was very small and the bed was very nice.

Hotel with all the services, ideal for executives that go from entrance to exit, small rooms but very cozy for with all the services that you need, the prices are accessible. The food is good without reaching excellence. It has parking and handicap ramps, they also have taxi service.

Good location Exaggerate the use of environmental deshodorante in the common areas, should be aromatherapy not to get dizzy! Instead the rooms smell like moisture. Phone service can improve as well as free, insufficient transportation! Breakfast buffet included, not the best quality, but a basic option (it doesn't really have a lot of options) to start the day.

The worst experience, Katya and Olivia Ponce are very incompetent people, I owe a refund for 15 days same that are accommodating to not pay me, I guess company policies! I called 3 days in a row in the morning because they did not want to give rooms to people who already had paid every night, they did not know who came in, who came out they can not do their job. That yes to receive money if they were very skillful! The worst hotel you can stay in!

Lugar bien ubicado, habitaciones limpias y lo suficientemente amplias, buen sazón en su desayuno tipo buffet y un ambiente relajado. No sé el precio porque lo cubrió una institución por una capacitación a la que asistí calles aledañas.

Two weeks ago at 4:30 pm They opened my car in the parking lot of Patio University, and stole a computer that was in the trunk. I left nothing in sight, the car was well closed and alarmed. I wasn't there for an hour. Neither the square nor the parking lot is responsible. In the Public Prosecutor's Office I was told that this square has the highest rates of theft in all of Benito Juárez. Go at your own risk.

Nice place. Clean. Very close to everything. Frida Kahlo Museum is within walking distance. Beds are a little hard for our liking… but other than that it was great!

Avoid! Terrible service, first they didn't have hot water, then they didn't have water at all. I asked for a crib and I had to call 3 more times for them to actually bring it. Before knowing all this (first day) I asked for an extension to my reservation and they told me that they had space but that they had to wait for their supervisor to do it and so they would let me know and wrote it down on a paper. They never got back to me. It's a shame because the hotel itself is ok. Service is quite poor.

Es un hotel bonito, cómodo, con habitaciones amplias y bien iluminadas. El servicio en recepción tardó mucho durante nuestro registro adjunto ahora el personal muy atento y amable. Me incomodó el aparato de aire acondicionado el cual era demasiado ruidoso. El servicio de desayuno estaba rico y variado.

Buena ubicación, excelente servicio, buena comida, habitaciones con camas muy comodas pero, lo único malo fue el Internet, no sé porqué no anda bien fluido, algunas apps no las abría algo esencial como Facebook, pero por lo demás excelente servicio.

Lousy service! Very little water came out of the showers. We waited 2 hours and they didn't fix it. The one at the front desk was not on the slope when they "fixed" the water. I won't be back. Not to leave pure bad things. Breakfast was good and the waiters were very friendly.

Loved the place. Foreign and pet friendly. Nice amenities: gym, social room, coffee room, great exteriors and close to parques polanco mall. They have rooms: loft, 1 room and 2 rooms with an amazing view, and a lot of space. Very comfortable for foreigners to rent.

Great service and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and have decent amenities. Beds are comfortable and included extra blankets. There is a safe in the room and an iron. The included breakfast was good and had a decent variety. I didn't have any issues with noise as others have had.

Today it happened that I was in the playground with my daughter in the square making time to enter the cinema, when I climb forgot my cell phone in the play area, I realize this until I enter the movie theater, x what comes down fast and a lady who was by my side in the games came in maybe because she saw me desperately looking for something and told me that my cell phone had been taken by someone surveillance from the same square, so I went with a gentleman of surveillance and told him that my cell phone had been taken by someone on surveillance from the same square, so I went with a gentleman of surveillance and ask and this one went with another partner.
The gentleman who handed me my phone is from the watch area of the square his name: Abel Flores, very honest and friendly.
Thanks to him, I was able to get my cell phone back.

Great location, great rooms but, maybe a biggest TV will better, nice people in the from desk.

A very nice and cozy place, with clean rooms and excellent service, would definitely come back there.

In my room my air condition did not work. I informed three times the reception desk, but they have not done anything. So my room was a sauna, hot and wet. My card for using the elevator and opening the door of my room twice expired — although the room was prebooked properly. Fortunately, this happened at day times and the reception desk was manned. The same happened to a colleague once. If a guest wants to eat before the breakfast times they cannot offer anything — even if asked a day in advance. They did not try to offer anything. During breakfast food run out twice. They needed about 20 minutes to refill it. There is only one coffee machine needing about one minute to make a coffee. This caused congestions. The rooms do not have a coffee machine. The lobby has one for the hotel. However, in three of four days the coffee machine did not work in the evening and nobody being there (I asked) was able to make it working. There is a strange smell in the elevator. It is safe and the water was running.
