It is a very well located hotel in the Napoles colony, on the side of the Plaza de México and one block from insurgents South Avenue, its facilities despite not being so modern, look good, except for the interior light of it, which could be improved with the installation of more modern and energy-saving LEDs, rather than the traditional lamps that are available, in the large event rooms. The service is good, from the reception and the waiters attend with courtesy.
No parking problem as the hotel has valet parking for its guests.
Access by entering South Insurgentes Avenue and taking Monte Cito Street, immediately there is Dakota Street and you can appreciate the Hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Grade Centre and the Pepsi Centre. There are several places to eat at the hotel admeas have 24-hour room service. The room details are very elegant and the rooms are spacious.

My stay at this hotel was one of the best I have had, at the time of arrival and check in the treatment was in a quick and attentive way, once they located in which area you will stay, they quickly contact the right staff to take your luggage and you to your room.
Upon moving to the executive reception the treatment is even more personal, the butler in charge shows up with you and puts himself at your service.
Breakfast and night snacks are the ones you want to consume.

The event rooms are spacious, the climate of the place is not very strong and it is establishment in general is clean. But I think there are better places to do events. I do not stay at this place which prevents you from being rated on the service.

June 5th at night checked in. I just checked in the hotel. I am IHG member but that can’t a room at higher floors as I asked. Receptionist said they have no availability but when I checked only to book, I found out rooms are are there. The room AC controller is broken and I called the same lady to send someone to fix it but no one showed up. 3 hours freezing I went 4 am to ask her personally and she said I am sorry I Forgot! I have meeting at 7 am and can’t sleep : ( Bad hotel. Won’t be here again.

La ubicación esta perfecta, justo atrás del wtc. La atención y salas muy bien. Lo único que propondría sería la decoración que es nuy simple.

Tiene buen servicio de cofre brake, pero le falta personal que pueda auxiliar en ese momento. Es buen hotel, sin embargo las instalaciones, estéticas, pero no cumplen con la función, por ejemplo al momento de bajar equipaje, es fácil resbalarse, al igual que su empedrado, peor en época de lluvias. Ojalá en un futuro pensaran en resolver esa situación.

I attended to an expo. The hotel personel was really helpful. It was held just upstairs from the lobby, the event was really well organized and everything felt like it worked perfectly.

It's in the heart of city and stone throw away from WTC and 1km away from Condesa. Hotel is best for executive and business travel with wide variety of breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well lit.

I went to the Crown Plaza hotel on a travel exhibition. With more than 300 people in one carpeted room, it was common sense have some kind of ventilation or air conditioning. It was a hell, I would not recommend it for your events.
