Super despot and indifferent the attitude of the hotel managers to a possible gas leak. They were not able to do the corresponding until the neighbors made the complaints to civil protection and firefighters.

Great all around Hotel. Courteous staff, Very clean hotel and rooms. The restaurant had good food at a good price. The Hotel had a COVID station which was quick and convenient. It’s also connect to the airport by a skywalk which is great especially for business travelers. I would definitely stay here again.

An upscale Courtyard with a walking bridge to Terminal 1 and shuttle service from Terminal 2. Full restaurant and very friendly bilingual staff.

Stayed overnight after a long flight in a standard room, very impressed with the room, clean and with plenty of space. Complimentary water and Wi-Fi. Staff very helpful and polite. We arrived past midnight and were offered either a cold beer or wine, I thought it was nice. Buffet breakfast with plenty to choose from. Very happy overall and the hotel is just beautiful and so handy being located at the airport a few meters walk after exciting customs.

Modern, clean and spacious accommodations with a decent restaurant. Walking distance (all indoors) to the airport where several other restaurant choices are available. Decent conference facilities too.

The bed was not comfortable. The restaurant is something to avoid (but lovely staff) and the shuttle took me to the wrong terminal.

This hotel checks all the boxes for a comfortable overnight stay. Clean, (mostly) quiet, good bed, good AC, good in-room coffee, good toiletries, convenient to the airport. The only cons I have are: if you are a late sleeper, use earplugs because it can get a little noisy late morning. Also, I had to try 3 ice machines before I found one that worked. If not for that, it would have been 5 stars. The food in the hotel is great, or if you want something different, the airport food court is a couple minutes walk (awesome al pastor tacos)

Very nice hotel, clean and modern. Connected to the airport. Staff was wonderful to me since I was quite ill when I arrived (inner ear infection). They had a doctor come to my room and they made sure I was well hydrated. Very sweet staff. Inexpensive Uber ride to downtown historic area.

It’s great hotels with awesome locations. The staff is super nice. On site restaurants is great for breakfast, lunch & dinner. If you need some place to stay close to airport in Mexico City this is the best option. They have nice comfy beds. If you like to workout their fitness center is better than any other hotel around.

What an amazing hotel. Great rooms but the food in the restaurant was horrible and they were out of many items on the menu. They offered a substitute, but it wasn't good food at all! They need to redo the menus with varieties of foods. Change your bbq sauce recipe it was disgusting! Offer more trendy food items that rotate by month with new items for the repeat customer. We ate at 4 different Marriotts and ALL were terrible! They all ran out, so they said, of items we wanted to order. The rooms were amazing and very clean with comfortable beds. We expect better from the Marriott name!

Very good place if you want to sleep near the airport. The entrance outside Terminal 1 is quite sad (scary) but then the hotel is very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views are not much, but considering that you are where the airport neither badly. (Better than the room on the street than the inner courtyard)

Love this hotel! The hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating. The food is delicious as well as a variety menu. Our waiters Ricardo, Mauricio, Jesus, and Joaquin, took special care of us when we were to exhausted after a long day of travels.

It was great to just get in to the city and get to bed when we arrived at midnight. A nice hotel, we had some room service late. The bed was on the side side and the water pressure was a little lacking. It was super convenient, the staff was nice and I was very happy to stay there.

Great hotel and great personnel. Everyone is friendly and actively says hello. Most speak English fairly well. Facilities are nice. Great gym and beautiful lobby area. Connected to the airport so it's very convenient. However, getting from airport to hotel is a bit of a maze and the signs aren't clear.

Very hotel with the amenities that a Marriott Courtyard offers. What definitely stands out is the restaurant and the service they provide.

This is a top-notch hotel but this is what one would expect. The check-in is efficient. The staff are friendly. And the restaurant is very confident. It is worth noting that when your arrive at the hotel by car you are actually greeted by a different company which is the valet parking company. So if you give them a gratuity this is not the gratuity to get your bags to the room. This is a common point of confusion and many u. S. Chain hotels these days. The room is very comfortable and quite large. The bed is ample and soft maybe a bit too soft. The bathroom is perfect it is a tiled in shower with glass door which is dramatically better than a bathtub.

Standard Courtyard Marriott Hotel. Very convenient being attached to the airport terminal (you don't even need to go out). You can leave your luggage in the hotel on the day of departure and pick it up before you check in at the airport. Very thoughtful and friendly Staff, always available for every request. Good quality Restaurant with reasonable prices.

Amazingly quiet hotel despite being in front of an incredibly busy AV, I did not stay at the hotel but if I did use the parking service which was great and very safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very spacious Hotel right in front of the international airport. The service of the staff is very good and the facilities are pretty good. It is a good option to stay close to the airport.
Breakfast is complimentary but nothing out of the ordinary for hotels in this category.

Modern contemporary hotel. I stayed at both this hotel and the Hilton inside the airport. Both are usually priced the same. If you had to choose between the two pick this one! The Hotel is a bit further when compared to the Hilton, but is within walking distance from the terminal. You'll never have to leave the airport. The hotel staff was great. The breakfast buffet was really good. I wouldn't really recommend eating dinner here as it seemed over priced and you can find other good options inside the airport. The gym is great; very spacious with lots of equipment. The rooms were really nice. Getting an uber from the hotel into the city was a bit tricky as the entrance of the hotel was a bit hidden in plain sight. I was lucky the concierge service was able to translate and give directions in Spanish to the uber driver.

Solid business hotel at the airport. Perfect for one night as it has a direct connection to Terminal 1.
The rooms are a bit older, the windows are not open, but for an airport hotel it is very quiet. The breakfast has a good selection, overall solid but not intoxicating.

The location of this courtyard is very convenient. The hotel is connected to the airport by a bridge, and it's very easy to find. The hotel itself is nice and had exceptional service. The rooms were very nice and clean. Also, hotel is equipped to cancel out airplane noise, and that was fantastic! It is a bit pricey, but it's worth it.

Very nice hotel, connected to terminal 2 of the airport. The staff is very nice and the restaurant is surprisingly good, much better than I expected, specially if you are having Mexican food. The tacos Al pastor are delicious.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. The location is perfect for early flights because it is just outside of airport security and you don't even need to walk outside. The staff are friendly, the rooms are tidy and the architecture and overall decor is modern and pleasant.

Posh, expensive, but surprisingly friendly staff for a posh place. I'd had a bad day so the staff treated me to a welcoming beer. The lift/elevator had to be operated with a card which confused me. The room was the usual posh type where you can't open the windows, but instead have a sinister flow of gas coming in through ducting. I tried to make the aircon heat up the room but despite the target temperature rising on the control, the room remained cold. The air was far too dry so I had to drape wet towels around to increase the humidity. The bed was too soft, like sleeping in marshmallow. The fridge was empty, but they did supply a little drinking water, and the usual tea and coffee. I hadn't asked for a room with an adjoining door, but given one, and voices and the sound of the toilet could be heard from next door.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant also has a super friendly team and the typical succulent dishes.

Stayed one night only. Very convenient hotel located by the airport. Nice gym and friendly staff. Room is decent sized, equipped with a small fridge and 3 small bottles of water. The mattress is very soft and the bathroom only have a shower. On the downside, the view from the room won't invite you to keep the window shades open.

This place is amazing. Friendly staff and extremley clean. After searching for hours and staying at other hotels on hard beds. This one has been the best! Worth the money, look no further trust me it's hard to find soft beds in this area and your back will thank you. They are also conveniently located across from the airport which was a huge plus!

Great hotel! Definitely the best airport hotel I've ever stayed at. Very clean and beautiful, it's intelligently designed. Sadly I only took pictures of the room, but the courtyard is spacious. With glass elevators giving you a view of the courtyard as you go up. The staff is very friendly.

Number One: I love how convenient the location is to the airport, literally inside of it. The staff is really nice, specifically Monica who was enthusiastic and very helpful in recommending places to eat and drink. There's a plaza area with open sky lighting that makes it feel like you are actually outside, you can see it if you have an inner room too and the lighting is nice if you like to be awoken by the sun, but not too much sun. Unfortunately, during my stay I experienced an Earthquake, but the hotel handled it pretty well, There was damage done in some parts of the airport, but the hotel was fine. Lastly, if you like to eat a buffet, do it. It's not very expensive (300 something pesos which is like 20 USD almost) and they have a range of different Mexican breakfast foods, a cook for omelettes made to order and my personal favorite, fresh juices.

You are greeted as family. This was my second trip this year and I was treated with good service and a helpful staff. Food is excellent with attention to detail. This establishment accents service and perfection. I will possibly be returning for 3rd business trip this year, for sure I will stay here.

This is a steal for the price! We will be staying here again when coming to the city. Staff was was super friendly and accommodating to the needs of our children. With the skywalk access to the airport, it couldn't have made it easier to arrive and depart. ** I would recommend to future guests to peek outside of the hotel and have some of the traditional food.

Nice room, convenient location but very loud noises heard throughout the night and into the morning. Woke up to what sounded like multiple shotgun blasts. Also, the view from our window was less than scenic. The staff was very nice and professional. Overall, it's is not a bad place to spend a long layover. However, it would not be my first (or second) choice of place to stay for an extended period.

Great service, awesome staff! Due to flight cancellations at Mexico City's airport, I picked this hotel right on the Spot. The stay was uneventful and the hotel is new and quiet. No noise at all, what is pretty awesome considering that it's located right on the airport. This hotel is like an Oasis in the middle of one of the largest cities in the World. I had to order some extra pillows and they came fast. The customer associates at the front desk were very accommodating and kind. No wonder why they were up for a group picture just for me and why they have so many accolades. Great Job Nancy and team.

While our stay was phenomenal and staff very friendly, my daughter left her medical bag with her insulin supplies behind by accident. She is Type 1 Diabetic and needs her insulin to survive. The hotel confirms they have her bag but after several calls and failed emails they refuse to send us her medicine. We offered to set up a FedEx account, set up to mail to the resort here in Maya Riviera. We offered our card that we booked our room with but they refuse to send it. I'm shocked they would not be more understanding or accommodating to a child with a disability needing life saving medication. Makes me sad they think so little of it. Luckily our wonderful resort here at Vidante is helping acquire another pen of insulin for her. Now to replace her meter and strips Courtyard has as well. Wonder what they will do with her supplies?

The price does not match, the only plus is that near the airport, if necessary. Access to the airport by foot. The hotel has no pool, no sauna, no normal restaurants, catering in the hotel level dining room, steak Tbon-No, "not sharp" wings in the mouth to take it is impossible. In the room there is not a single universal socket Europe/America, not to mention the socket 110/220. There are no slippers in the room and there are none at all in the hotel! The water pressure in the shower is weak. View from all rooms only to the hotel courtyard. The room was very clean and comfortable. The climate system works well.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard-Mexico City Airport for one night on my way home from Southern Mexico to the United States. Hands down… this has to be one of the best Marriott experiences that I have ever had! The hotel is updated and very clean inside (great first impression). They have an amazing staff, especially Saúl, who helped me with multiple things. I was given a cold water when I arrived and was asked if I needed anything during my stay. After getting settled into the room, Saúl secured a taxi for my family to head into Mexico City for a few hours of exploring. Saúl set us up with Martin H. B. Who drives taxi directly from the hotel. Martin navigated through the city traffic and dropped us off in the middle of all the city center action. He even recommended a few places to eat and I must say that he has great recommendations! Martin returned promptly at the time we asked for a return taxi to the hotel. Our experience with these two gentlemen is much more than I expected and they should be commended for their hospitality and making this stay extremely memorable.

Very good Courtyard property located adjacent to Mexico City's airport. The staff is friendly and the accommodation is superb. I highly recommend taking a look at the directions page on the hotels website. If you're coming from the arrivals area at Terminal 11, it can be a bit tricky to find.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this Marriott property several times and each time have been pleased with the rooms, the restaurant and most importantly the employees. From check in to check out everyone is courteous and helpful and they really do care that their guests have a nice stay. I would like to especially mention Monika, the concierge. You can tell right away that Monika loves her job and will go out of her way to make sure you have a great stay. I look forward to my next stay.

This hotel was wonderful! It was not hard to find my room, and when I did, it was wonderful! The bed was so comfortable, the ac was nice and cool, the room was very quite as well. There was a fridge and a safe, which were very appreciative. The bathroom was expansive and the shower was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. The location was perfect, since we were only there for a short while and it was connected to the airport, which was very convenient!

The staff is very friendly, they have Wi-Fi, don't charge the parking and has easy access to the airport. The restaurant is very good and offers firm for groups.
