The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the staff is always very friendly and help you with anything you need. The additional services are really optimal. Sometimes the rooms can get a little cold.
Sometimes the hot water doesn't come out, so I give it 4 stars.

I make here my comment because I did not find where to put my complaint on the page. A month ago we made a reservation for the 22nd of May where we sent card data in warranty and for inclement weather the flight did not arrive on time, arriving at the hotel 12 of the night no longer SES had this and its proof was that the card did not pass but I was not sent a voucher where I did not pass, the room would be paid in cash. This reservation was for a lady and at that time she had to go find another hotel. The truth is not worth, we had always used their service but it will not be so, they take advantage of that they have demand. I no longer recommend this hotel.

In my opinion, the stay at the hotel although brief was pretty good, I have no complaints about the service and I really never missed anything. The rooms as expected are pretty neat and if it were not because I live in the city, I would definitely stay there.

It is a good place for the organization of events, the food and the attention of the staff that works there is good, they strive to attend you, the service is of the best and the location is ideal for its strategic place.

The hotel is very comfortable and you can take a steamer before you go to rest. The buffet of Sundays in the restaurant with varied dishes, good quality and attention of the staff.

The drinks was very good, and the attention was comfortable, maybe the only nada thing was the location, it's so far from my house, you should put more of this places in Mexico City, but I love the experience there.

Its a good hotel but the location isnt the best, besides the beds are horrible hard as rock so if you dont have another option well be my guest.

The hotel cost service leaves much wish the internet signal is split, the lift requires an adjustment because there is a difference between the level of the elevator as the stage, for a person in a wheelchair would be difficult.
Another drawback is the shower, hot water could not be regulated since it was or very hot or cold that also came out very little.

For the transfer I recommend ÜBER, it is much cheaper and has better units.

It wasn't the best stay. Dinner cold and without much flavor. The signal Wi-Fi null, to include it in the cost of the room. Staff friendly but not suitable to solve problems or vicissitudes. We require the service alarm very early in the morning (personal errands) and not us woke up. Eso-even were able to. Staff only positioning that the system "general" it had decomposed.
