Good service and not expensive at all. Not great.

Great location and the rooms are very golf. Great View and service.

I attended a work event in one of the rooms. They are elegant and well-lit, but the location doesn't help much for access due to road chaos, but that has to do with the hotel. All good with this, many years ago I stayed there and has a very good view of the city.

An excellent hotel, is in the center of the city, you are very close to, has own parking ballet parking, has an excellent restaurant, has a large area, has several lounges where they give different conferences of all topics, also It has a lounge that can be used for parties. The hotel provides banquet services to cover events. I highly recommend it even though you already have time that was built is in a good condition.

Three stars, the reason? I did not really like the simplicity of the hotel which they say "four stars", they would say "hey, but it is the sense of the hotel" but it was not so much, equally, I was on the 6th floor, the carpets are very stained from the beginning, to leave stinking very very ugly, almost to "armpit" as you would say. What makes me not give you just a star is the friendliness of the bellboys and the receptionist. It's just a sad thing to know they don't give them enough money. Thank you.

No pride in ownership behind bar area all shelving, doors and cabinetry dirty. Wanted to have a drink of tequila with my wife, only had one glass.

It is a nice hotel with an old structure but very modern prices per night if I get a little elevated I went to the hotel myself for a show and the facilities for that kind of event are adequate the attention of those working at the hotel is amazing Apensar not to be A guest treats you as such as in other places just and if they turn to see you.

The room in which I stayed was dirty, with very old furniture and with excessive noise because the windows were covered with upholstered tables discolored by the sun.
On the positive side, the restaurant's food is of good quality, varied and with good taste although of somewhat high prices. The lobby bar is comfortable. I don't know if they have remodeled or refurbished rooms.

I stayed at this hotel the beginning of May, grab two rooms that I got on the 10th floor, Room 1001, 1003. When you open the door then then an ugly stain on the rug. The room looked good at the naked eye. But when I got comfortable it was when I noticed the most disgusting. I got out of bathing and when I put my socks on my feet were black from the dirt on the rug. My daughter, anyway, was disgusting. The food was not good the only two three was the staff working there. I do not recommend not because so much fame this dirty hotel.

A very good option for lodging, the service is very complete, the rooms are very well equipped and very clean. It's very nice.
The cost of the accommodation tends to be around $800.00 and 1, 400.00 the night. But it's usually very good.

A very good service, the facilities are nothing extraordinary. The restaurant is nice, the food and drinks are good. As far as the location is concerned you can say that it is relatively central.
It is a good option to stay and enjoy Guadalajara with its surroundings.

I just went to greet a friend, I do not know if the rooms are like the lobby and the restaurant but I found it very old, in the bar we were treated super well, excellent service, the facilities will have to see them!

Very old building and without proper maintenance, stains on carpets, dirty walls, bathrooms with dubious cleanliness. The staff is very attentive but the facilities leave a lot to be desired.

Bad housekeeping. They charge separate parking ($40 per night). The maids took my perfume. The gym is very small and the appliances do not serve well. It is located next to a bar/disco and on weekends it is a challenge to sleep. The area is very insecure and very dirty.

This hotel is centrally located, the facilities are nice, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There is no iron in the rooms. The people they serve are friendly.

Horrible hotel, good service. We were placed here sue to an overbooking at a nearby hotel and went to a room where there was a cockroach. Moved to another room and was okay. Renovation badly needed.

Very good service, the atmosphere in general is pleasant and nice the breakfasts are very good and the stay excellent.
The downside is that the pool has no maintenance and is not in operation, another bad thing is that the table-type curtains get stuck and even break easily by the lack of maintenance, plus it is quite noticeable age to the building.

A hotel that meets for resting if we check in more detail are rooms that are a bit sloppy, the cleanliness in the rooms is acceptable although better, the hotel restaurant offers a good meal with good taste and seasoning in general you can Sleep and Rest.

The quality of the hotel is suitable for the price. It is a hotel of accentuated elegance and class, probably of the best in its time, but it has passed its time of glory. The furniture and decoration is of the years 70 and it is old and it is apparent the wear of the years. If you want to go back in time to the 70 decade, this is the perfect hotel. The attention is excellent, like the big hotels of yesteryear, and it has good room service. My only complaint is that the doors are thin, which makes it sometimes hard to find the silence. The location is good, central to those who enjoy historical tourism. In front of the hotel you will find a jewel of the international architecture of the 70s, the condominium Guadalajara. There are shops and places nearby for lunch or dinner. In short, it's worth it for the price, and for those who enjoyed the history. But certainly the deterioration is apparent and possibly uncomfortable for some, even in spite of the excellent service.

It is already an old building and they understand its consequences. What is not acceptable is the fact that the sheets and pillowcases are dirty and smell of sweat and other bodily fluids corresponding to previous guests. The towels very soiled. Breakfast is fine. And the bathrooms, they need maids qie really want to do their job well.

I have already attended a number of business meetings and meeting and the hotel is very enjoyable. The attention of the people are very good, attentive.
Only the traffic to arrive is a chaos, from there on, everything perfect.

It was very easy to get to the hotel and its facilities are in good condition, the service was pretty good compared to other 4 star hotels. I didn't get to know the rooms so.

Very dirty. Very large rooms but with lack of cleanliness, carpet with lots of dust. The bathroom was overall mediocre, dirty and we found a cockroach. The breakfast buffet was very good.
As far as the customer service is passable. Very attentive in restaurant more service to the crappy room.

All very nice and comfortable in the rooms, I only had a slight inconvenience with the water service, but they solved it right away and we were informed in writing to the guests that it really was not a problem of the hotel but of the water service of the city.

We received an extortion call with threat of kidnapping, the person mentioned name and descriptions and called several times to the room skipping the operator, so there is a possible complicity with the hotel staff, and complaints were made corresponding. This review is given for prospective guests to take their due considerations.

Hotel staff are pleasant. However during our stay there was a tremendous rain. The roof in many rooms leaked. It is a popular place and one of the nicer hotels in the area, just check the forecast first.

The hotel has nice features but there are a few issues with the rooms. Some water has leaked into the rooms by the windows from strong rainstorms. The Wi-Fi is not that great.

The room is very unappealing but large with a large bathroom. Makes it nice for 2 people. Air conditioner is loud, not enough control. Restaurant did not make what was ordered. Check in was not organized what so ever but the staff is nice.

I arrived to this hotel expecting it to be a fine experience, I was not hoping to be astonished by it but I expected it to be somewhere I could shower and sleep for three nights. Horror story began after they gave me my room keys; the lobby looks fine and the elevators look very modern but rooms above the 11th floor or so look very old, like the corridor is dirty and the carpet looks really worn down; then I opened my room and it looked bad, I don't mean like really bad but bad as a motel from a movie; then I removed my shoes and the floor was extremely dirty, like it had some chunks of dirt in it that actually hurt me; then the internet was terrible, free internet was bellow. 3Mb/s and I decided to pay for the "premium" internet and it was less than 3Mb/s and I could barely open Facebook or YouTube (even using my private VPN which is usually really fast). Then came time to sleep and the mattress did not have any sheets so I asked the reception for some sheets for my bed three times and it never arrived; furthermore, there was no AC in the room and Guadalajara was kind of hot that day so it made sleeping really difficult; I complained about this and after four phone calls someone brought a fan into my room. Finally by the morning I had to take a shower and the shower had no towels so I had to order them (which tbh they did considerably fast), and when I got into the showe itself it looked really dirty, it even had some hair sticking to the wall.

The disco-bar is a fun place, but get early to avoid a long line.

Beautiful hotel! We came for a special assembly of Jehovah's Witnesses. It was held in a large conference room on the second floor. There were around 750 people. Even though there was a lot of people, it didn't feel overly cramped. The hotel lobby is very spacious and well decorated. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Many of them would go out of there way if you had any questions. Wow the building is beautiful outside and inside. Inside it seemed like wall to wall marble. Even outside near the pool there was beautiful stone work all around the in ground pool.

Clean, comfortable, location and good price.

The service is excellent and has an excellent view. The beds are very comfortable, abundant food, showers, spacious and less than 15 minutes by car or by 80 pesos you can take a taxi to the area of bars and restaurants.
I definitely recommend it.

You need a remodeling, prices are accessible but the place is not very comfortable, looks a bit old and rooms are well maintained, the food is bad, is a central location but definitely has much declined the quality of its services.

Nothing I liked. To those who like to theft. If you want to lose your money and be making sure come here. Attention is bad if you steal no one responds and investigates the Manager but they never solve anything. Nobody does anything. Food tastes like cardboard and everything is very greasy, nothing tastes.

The room and bathroom are quite spacious. The attention of the staff was good. The food acceptable. The hotel is very much in need of a renovation, but nevertheless it was clean. The bed, although king size, was very short, I measure 1.84 m and my feet were flying.
