A lot of bars and restaurants near it's a great location. It's designed for young people. The room is awesome for the price, the common areas are pretty and the ping-pong table is an ice breaker to meet the other guests.

Fantastic hostel in an excellent location. Nico and the rest of the staff are fantastic. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet, even if the bar is loud and busy. Whatever you are looking for in GDL. Hostal Nacional Is a good choice.

I didn't have a bad experience with anyone. The people staying there were approachable and friendly. The staff also. The staff made staying there simple and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and a freakin sweet balcony. Great access to delicious cheap eats and entertainment. Very safe neighborhood. It felt like home.

Staff was very nice and helpful, location was great but the hostel was extremely dirty, especially bathrooms and kitchen which should be the cleanest areas.

En el bar la pasamos bomba unos amigos y yo. Una excelente opción para disfrutar de GDL y el lugar está súper cómodo y súper chill.

Overall pretty good the hostel… good location… The rooms clean only the bathrooms a little dirty but overall good place to stay if you only go to Utiilizarlo to sleep.

I was there for a birthday reunion at the bar, it's great and small but has good beers, music is good and they have a ping pong table, the prices are excellent and they had a special dish prepared for the event, service is perfect and the people there is very social, I will visit it more often.

It was a pretty fun morning, the staff at the hostel are very friendly and helpful… Guests are fun. The facilities are also very comfortable, I plan to come back soon and recommend the place.

Excellent service! Since my arrival I was well attended and oriented on all the necessary data for my visit to Guadalajara. Very clean and tidy. The reception, Nicolas and Julian. Some cracks! They helped me to get the tour to Tequila and to get the taxi to the airport. I'm very grateful.

Excellent hostel, with bedroom shared comfortable, clean bathrooms, an area of television, free Wi-Fi, a area, ping pong table, fresh coffee in the mornings, a kitchen. It only takes a padlock for the locker.

Excellent place! I only stayed one night on the issues of my trip but it seems to me a place that is too comfortable for you to enjoy in the spare time of any type of journey, the facilities are in excellent condition and come with all the services.

One of the best Hostals in Gdl! I recommend it for short and long stays in the city!

So close to the best night life in Guadalajara and with great people working 24/7. Tons of daily activities within the Hostel and great recommendations from the Hosts. Actually my 2nd time here and would really come back a third time!

First security is top notch with a staff there 24/7. The location is wonderful with bars and restaurants walking distance from the property. The facility are also clean and well maintained. The staff are very welcoming when you arrive and not only do they want your stay to be comfortable, but also make sure you have an amazing time! They plan many events for the guests. I originally planned to stay one night and ended up staying a week long because the environment was so alive! I recommend anyone that's a solo or group traveler to stay at this wonderful place! Thank you for everything, Hostal Nacional! Top Hostel and Guadalajara for sure!

It is a very good hostel, you can have fun everyday with activities that have the hostel. The staff is very friendly, flexible and they are good friends, I had a wonderful time there and I met new friends as Jacob, Deniss, Alonso and the french”, haha. Thank you a lot!

Good location Clean Great staff.

The place is in a good location at about a 10 minute walk from Chapultepec. The hostel rooms are very clean and the common areas are great. One thing it could improve on is the bathrooms. The shared ones were dirty and the toilet seat could not be put upright. Still, the staff is very friendly and I really enjoyed my stay here.

Excelentisima location, you can not ask more about that.
I have 3 remarks:
1. Do not have air conditioning, I am Northern and personally we all always have the A/C 24 hrs a day. Taking into account that disseminate cultural diversity should pay attention to that particular paw make the stay more enjoyable.
2. The bathroom has electronic veneer, when you check in you get a key, good but being inside the bathroom there is no sign to prevent someone else between. I pass three times. I put the key, opened and there was someone else inside.
3. The cleanliness of the bathroom was fatal! From the first day you arrive was the super dirty floor and the shower or say. The day I checked out the bathroom remained exactly the same as the day it enters.
They are small details that should be taken into account. Even if I come back!

The Hostel ist really great. I loved the rooftop to hang out, have a few Beers and chat away. The Couch with Netflix is great Tor the hungover the next das :)

My experience at Hostal Nacional was great.! I was there for two days and was mainly a business trip. The place was nice and clean, great amenities, It's very secure. During the time I stayed there they're were doing some remodeling like replacing doors, replacing the front counter, and so forth, but glad to see they care about the appearance of the place. I would recommend it to my friends in the future. The price was great and the stay was awesome.! Thank you Hostal Nacional for making my stay worthwhile.!

Just a couple of comments.
1. The service and the attention are very good, and the hostel is nice and well laid out.
2. It is necessary to improve the cleanliness, mainly talking about the floors, it is noticeable that they clean them very occasionally.
3. In many hostels give away at the entrance a map in size triptych and the boy or girl at the reception usually recommend and point out places based on what the visitors look for. Here the person who attended me did take the time to talk about the points of my interest, but it was difficult to remember and locate them without having to do so.

Excellent place, nice, comfortable and quiet. Just work with the cleaning of the showers and the hot water please. I hope to return soon. :)

Good beds in dorms, nice communal living rooms.

The Best hostal in Guadalajara! The location is perfect, the interior design is awesome, it is clean and the staff is very kind. They also give you very good advices about activities & nightlife. They even have agreements with the best clubs in the city so you do not have to wait in line. I recommend it!
