Great place to stay in Tonala. Fabulous breakfast with Luis Masa as our friendly and fabulous waiter. Happy we found it.

The reception staff were not trained to make a bill they tried to communicate with the staff and answered they were asked for the information they hang over and over again. Very bad service.

The beds are comfortable to sleep, the double room is spacious. The Cable Service is regular and the cleanliness is fine. The price in high season could be somewhat excessive but it is economic.

The service is great the rooms are very nice and comfortable the hotel is a good area and you'll feel very good in there.

No AC so dont book in the summer. Rooms are small but for the price its decent.

Very good 3 years coming in followed, and there is nothing of which to complain.

The hotel will be very cheap but we are filled with bugs and that was a salacion when returned home because we had to burn many things and change the mattress.
