At the exit they charge you for things that you did not use, the hotel is sold as a hotel suitable for people with disabilities, and it is not at all, they need a lot of staff and remodeling of their facilities.

The pool is very clean and the water is warm.

The hotel is super quiet, very well maintained, the green areas spotless and the staff is attentive, We got a complimentary night and we liked it very much, we will definitely come back.

The rooms are comfortable, if slightly dated. The beds are comfortable, but typical doubles for Mexico. The pool is large and very clean, with a swim-up bar. The highlight of the property. Drinks are overpriced for the area (double what you would pay at a beachfront restaurant). Service is mixed and the food in the restaurant is poor.

The rooms very clean and the best! Air-conditioned accounts, excellent pool, and you can ask for a boat to take you from the hotel to the restaurants of Isla Navidad.

The hotel is simple, nothing very fancy (neither the room, nor the pool, nor the restaurant) but it performs its function very well.
It is very quiet and most of the guests are adults (I didn't see children or teenagers) so there is little movement.
It is well located, you can find nearby services (by car).
I did not like the fact that they do not have a private parking lot and you have to leave the car in the sun on the street, fortunately during my stay nothing happened.

To me and my kids we really like coming, it's a very cozy hotel, the staff is very friendly. The main thing is that it's very safe. The cleanliness is excellent. I've been coming for over 30 years. And we'll keep coming.

Un hotel agradable si lo que quieres es pasar una estancia tranquila y en familia. Todo limpio y en buen eatado. Las villas están en buen estado en general y si tu idea es llevar tus alimentos, organizar una carnita asada, una reunión pequeña con más familiares estan ideales, los cuartos hoteleros de buen tamaño y todos los servicios en muy buen estado. Mi estancia es con desayuno incluido, así q de alimentos solo se del desayuno, en general tienen buen sazón, solo q para ser buffet pocos guisados. Esta no es la primera vez q vengo y creo q seguiré viniendo ya sea con familia o con amigos. Buena relación calidad y precio.

It is a quiet hotel, clean the pool I like it for your care, has tennis courts and there is also a canal to take a small boat and go offshore.

Bad Wi-Fi, bad service (besides Jonathon who was fantastic), generally bad attitudes from employees. Booked a double bed room with breakfast, received one king. Ordered included breakfast, was not received. (Told to call expedia and have them deal with the concern, but couldn't call from mexico) a disappointing continental breakfast covered in wasps for $170 pesos (very pricey for here). Wouldn't give us two keys and me and my brother had to share one. After considerable argument after a few days they gave us a second key for 100$ pesos (literally costs less to go get a key cut here). On the other hand, the rooms are nice, and the pool is nice. There was live music on Thursdays which was cool but also made it impossible for me to find a chair and food prices were increased with limited options. Otherwise disappointing. I had stayed here 5 years ago under different management and it was a fantastic place, I'm sad to see it changing.

Nice clean rooms. Quiet area yet still easy walk to all kinds of shops and amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. And best part my kids love the pool area. Awesome place to stay and not overly touristy.

The pool and swim up bar were my favorites in town! Margaritas in giant cups, good food, great prices! The staff is SO nice we came back several times during our trip.
