The staff is friendly, but the rooms are dirty the shower curtain is disgusting, most of the staff without masks, what if this rich is breakfast.

Feature with Wifi. The food in the restaurant is very rich and economic. The clean and spacious rooms. Hot water all the time and very friendly staff.

It's a garden-variety small hotel; staff is mostly friendly but not always customer oriented. The rooms are ok, nothing fancy and you can hear your neighbors or the hallways, so not that private. Don't expect reliable internet or cable TV. It's ok for the price they charge if you're only looking for a place to sleep. As far as their à la carte food, it's expensive and at least their burgers are dry and old. As for their buffet, it wasn't that great either but it was tolerable.

Until two years ago it was satisfactory the stay, but now with the enlargements they made the place is dirty and the breakfast buffet does not have what it offers, poor service.

The Hotel is like such a nice place to rest, I don't know it finds very far from shopping malls and other kind of business, to me it seems the issue of housekeeping in the room and breakfast were their weak points, because I noticed some leftover food in the habit And at breakfast was not my total pleasure the quality and freshness of their food.

Good place to spend a night. They handle the concept of American style, although some details are missing to be corrected to comply with that concept. The price is a little high for the quality of the service. The restaurant is independent of the Hotel as they charge you separate accounts. The breakfast included in the cost of the room offers few dishes from my point of view.

I stayed for five days there, and in general the place is good. A cozy hotel, spacious rooms and with space to store your stuff. There is a cafeteria, gym and you can access the terrace… Next to the hotel there is a oxxo and just outside pass the buses that can take you to the center of Pachuca.

The people there were so kind and considerate. The hotel is ok to spend the night, far from the city, but the breakfast included perfect.

The facilities very well but very expensive their price for so simple rooms although you can make up with the firm but hoo! Surprise that being in bed we got some little "bed" invaders in the very unfortunate bed that's why I give it 2 stars.

It is my second year hospedandome here, the end of the week I stay with, pesimo service, there is a ms. That I first saw was trying to as garbage, a waiter, at the reception doing the same thing with a this year. That's not the worst, but is that sra is the manager of the hotel, as I was told, by the name of Araceli. Last year they gave me excellent service, a guy with the smile on the face all the time, willing to make pleasant your stay there, another guy, hair, chinese friendly in every sense of the word, it hurts that this time I met so kind people, in general the hotel is according to what we pay. Excellent food, recommend hundred percent, my compliments to the chef, by the way great person. Near the corredor turistico. Rooms warm.

I ran out of hosting the 6th day of march 2015, book 3 quadruple rooms, and a had already paid, physically taught me the room that I would give, to get to the hotel, we were not the room agreed, the rooms are horrible, in the end we were offered separate rooms, especially in my room was the sink clogged. Bad experience. They are not truly recommend.

The hotel is spacious and clean. Well suited to tell with electric heating in the room. So bad is that the mattresses are swingeing; It seems that one sleeps on a Board.
Another complaint is that the restaurant had only a waiter for 30 people, that was them seen in figurines to care for all the guests. Of course that the time to receive the dish took more than 30 minutes.
