They never fix the payment machines to get out of the parking lot. Before they put a person and they go from bad to worse. I've been 15 minutes in the only box that works.

They have only 1 bathroom available to the end of the gym, removed those who were close to the food. That is not having a square with accessibility or inclusion, there are people who can not move so easily. Bad bad.

Parking lot access pens do not all work at the same time. There is always one or more without service, and long lines are generated to access.
The same happens with the collection machines, there is always one that is not in service, and the one that is at the exit of VIPS, sometimes does not work, and you have to go to the square to pay. There are no support staff, in short… pèsimo the parking service.

Terrible service of the square. Only 1 bathroom is open to the public for each sex. Those in the food area are closed and comment that it is only for staff. It doesn't matter if children or seniors want to go and have to do it to the other side of the square. When making the comment to the staff of the square, they behave in a very derogatory way and ignore it. Something is very wrong with his administration.

I would like to point out the bad car wash service they offer… by principle of accounts they are very insistent people to the degree of despairing customers. Yesterday I requested the washing service I was offered for 100 pesos… he asked me to leave it paid which was still a bad deed to me… I refused and told him that on leaving he would be paid… no longer leaving them any more option agreed… very reluctantly… when leaving my shopping I realized that my truck had not been washed like the one indicated to me at the beginning since I realized that only a rag had been passed I imagine since there was no trace of water or anything like that and a very bad appearance since my truck was still with dust in some areas … IT IS A THEFT FOR ME TO HAVE SERVICES OF SUCH POOR QUALITY AND WITH PEOPLE OF THAT TYPE OF CHARACTER … I DON'T GENERALIZE BUT I'VE ALREADY HEARD FROM SEVERAL RELATIVES COMPLAINING… HOPEFULLY AND THE SQUARE WILL TAKE ACTION ON THE MATTER AND MAKE THIS SERVICE SOMETHING PROFESSIONAL.

My car license plate was stolen in the parking lot… and do they say they are safe? The phone they publish no one answers … TERRIBLE SQUARE DO NOT GO THE ROBAN.

Lousy its parking service is the worst of all Pachuca never work its accesses really do something.

It seems like a nice place to stay but if you want to drop someone off or pick someone up you need to enter the mall parking space as there is no entrance near the street. Otherwise it looks clean and it seems comfortable.

One of the best hotels of Pachuca, inside a shopping center, you have cinema and everything to spend extra hours there, its perfect for the price, nice buffete for brakefast, clean and perfect for famili.

I came here to have breakfast and watch some soccer. They had a nice buffet and the service was excellent. I would definitely come again.

I stayed here a few times and they never disappoint. On my last stay the AC was broken, but besides that the hotel is very clean, the staff is helpful and nice, food is good too. I really have nothing bad to say, this is my to go hotel when I'm in town.

Well sized rooms and comfy beds. The lift is a pain in the arse though as it takes forever. Even if you're in the top floor you're better off taking the stairs.

Buffet toda la semana y tienen precio especial lunes sh miércoles. Brunch los domingos. El estacionamiento es muy grande y no hay problema para encontrar lugar a pesar de compartirlo con la plaza. Instalaciones nuevas.

A great place to rest, the pool in spite of being small is in excellent condition, the breakfast was delicious. It only took a better explanation of the use of the card in the elevator, because mine for lack of knowledge was blocked.

It is a hotel in excellent location, close to road dealers that connect points of interest in Pachuca. It is also inside a shopping mall which gives the advantage of being able to make all kinds of purchases without having to be spinning. The facilities are modern, the staff is very friendly, attentive and polite. The pool and gym are on a terrace with a good view. The food is very well cooked. It certainly exceeds the expectations of service and facilities. Based on my experience in other hotels of the category, I daresay that is the best in Pachuca, you feel at home.

Very clean everything and a nice service.

Nice hotel for business purposes. Cafeteria inside the hotel is pretty good (quality and quantity). Service is friendly and nice. Parking is part of a large shopping facility. So need to change your parking ticket for a courtesy ticket at the lobby to exit the parking with no charge. Must park near the hotel so surveillance cameras can monitor your car. This was suggested by security officers of the hotel.

Comfy. The location is on a shopping mall, so there are a lot of people. Employees are kind and parking lot is suited for a lot of people.

It's a big hotel, It looks like the rooms are nice and comfortable, I went there to the pet store that is on the first floor, very nice staff.

Hopefully they can arrange their parking service never serve atms and charge for bad service.

A exlent service and a very confortable place.

Subir al lobby es un problema pues solamente hay 2 ascensores y no son muy rápidos. El Buffet del restaurante es relativamente bueno (cuenta con lo esencial), sin embargo, los meseros no están al pendiente de lo que falta en mesa o en el Buffet y en ocasiones están platicando más fuerte que los propios comensales. En general no es malo pero puede mejorar.

The security people are super friendly, I was fortunate to find one who despite not yet having the match, because I looked for it but did not locate it at the time. Amazing the hotel. Despite being next to the boulevard there is no noise. The service is very good and the rooms very nice. And what better!? The pool is heated. A good place to go with family.

I liked the excellent attention provided by the staff, although the service prices are expensive.

It is very familiar to this with very good design, very clean.

No air conditioning, just air.

A little overpriced however it's worth it.
