First of all the room had no electricity and no air when we arrived. Had to wait an hour for maintenance to have it fixed. The doors to all the balconies look like someone took a crowbar to try to get in. They charge you for everything. And I mean everything. They offer you a complementary breakfast but only after sitting for a time share that they say isn't a time share. If you refuse they push you into meeting another day and say you can still eat free but then charge you for it and say that you didn't attend the meeting so it isn't free only after you ate. Keep track of towels because they will charge you for those too. Also if you bring a cooler you can only have it on the beach, you can't have it at the pool because you aren't buying their expensive drinks. There is zero communication among staff and management. After paying what we paid I expected more. This place could be great if they stopped being so greedy. Will not recommend and will never stay in any fiesta hotel ever again.

This hotel is DISGUSTING and unorganized! Made a reservation and mysteriously he doesn't have us down and has no rooms available.
