A nice hotel. Check in was a little chaotic even when it is not busy season three was a lot of people. I think they can improve that process. Other than that stay was good. Everybody is so nice helping.

Fiesta is very clean, and the people are super friendly. It's busy on the weekends but quiets down during the week. We had a great couples massage, and the next day rented a cabana for 2, with lunch and drinks overlooking the water. These services are very reasonable.

Everyone was friendly. The place was very clean. Most of the rooms have spectacular views of the ocean. Great hotel and Acapulco was amazing. I've been all over MX and was very impressed. Totally recommend it as a destination.

The hotel should be stricter in its rules within common areas such as the pool and beach; Certain moments do not seem familiar atmosphere but it seems spa. The facilities are good although the location of the hotel is for people who are not looking for silence and tranquility. Good view.

Friendly and pleasant attention.
Cleanliness and order at all K I observed.
There is a children's area that is very attractive and I found it quite safe and the attitude of the guys I got to know very, very good (of the 3) until they feed them, as long as you notify before 11 of the day.
The depth of the pools very good to splash with the kids, but nice enough for the adults by the massage areas, plus the K plus I graded were the lounge chairs within the pool area.
There is a washing area for all the K want to carry little luggage!
There's a big gym.

Of the only thing I see K I played listening to other guests is that to access the beach you have to go down some stairs and for older people K suffers from knees, as they battle to access.
The food is not surprising: it is excellent!

Very father Hotel. The attention is fantastic and celebrating a birthday there is quite a father. Some rooms have kitchen and everything for you to prepare food, and you can enter whatever you want. You just can't eat anything at the pool. On the beach you can take cooler and what you like to eat.
The pools are for children there is a very father with waterfall although something dangerous, the beach is pretty good and the sea somewhat quiet, not dangerous if you know how to swim. The downside is that it is far to get to the beach because you have to go down many stairs missing an elevator.
In the restaurant there is a wood-burning oven for pizzas, and they are at a good price.
The hotel is located near the El Rollo water park.

It has very good beach, a spectacular view. It is a hotel that give excellent maintenance and do not drop it even if it is not in the diamond area. The rooms are very nice and the suites with adequate space.

Structure dated but modernized and functional. Location.

Facilities (bedroom, restaurants, swimming pools, access to beach, attention) all very well, for those who complain that you have to hear the staff for hours for the timeshares = This is not obligatory, it is not the force to go to hear them is optional, so you water LAN a breakfast and because it is the hook for people Hambreada who want to win the breakfast free, this I commented because I read many comments about it, that people, families, etc lost 3 hours or until half a day of their vacation, that by Hambreada Jajajaja.
Overall very good hotel.

You have to know it and stay… beautiful view and beach. It has area with girls who care for children and keep them busy with fun activities, if you decide so you can also give them your lunch with extra charge but with the confidence that they are well attended!

Very nice place. The downside is that the access to the beach is very high and you have to go down many steps. Especially if you go with older people or with a different capacity.

Good hotel, everything is perfect, until the party begins in the evenings… If you are looking for a quiet place to rest I can tell you that American Fiesta Acapulco is not, the night reunion centers are very close and do not stop until 6 in the morning and all the noise of C Uela to the hotel, now that if on the contrary you enjoy the party! This is your hotel! It has everything close and can have a good!

Very good view, spacious rooms all have small refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, sink for washing dishes and crockery. Very comfortable to carry your own inputs. Excellent location. It has a way to the beach.

I traveled during "heavy" tourist season, so maybe I don't feel like completely satisfied, but the place is located right next to the beach, with beautiful sceneries and has a great access to bars and other entertainment around. I recommend a room in the last floors only because of the view.

Excellent location and above all excellent service. It has a beautiful view from your room. The restaurant the attention is amazing the food very rich the price is not very cheap but it is just because of how rich it is has its own beach the room service is also very good.

Very nice Suite but smelled of humidity and drainage. It is very noisy in the evening as it is very close to the bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Luxury. All the time you can enjoy the beach and its pool and you like to go out to live the bars are very close. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel The food is tasty but it's a bit expensive. You can find good food options on the coast in restaurants and Trattorias. The pools are large and very clean. The beach of the hotel is not private but it is very father and the Stones Esteb opposite helps a lot to break the waves and be able to swim without problem in that section. The service was excellent and the facilities are very nice.

Nice location, the hotel facilities are good but sometimes service is not what you would expect from this hotel chain.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very good. The only bad thing is that the elevator suddenly goes crazy and takes you to another floor and you do not have chairs with tables on the beach shore just loungers when in other hotels if you get that service here you rent it. In Gral very good experience.

It’s incredible how poorly they treat you in his place. They discriminated us because we “looked” like we had less money, it’s a disgrace to be honest. I’ve stayed in better hotels so if u want a hotel that’s really high class and doesn’t just act like it is and discriminated you. I say you go to Enporio hotel or Munro imperial hotel.

La cena de navidad estuvo exquisita. Al principio me pareció un poco caro, pero después de ver y probar el buffet valió la pena además de que el descorche estaba incluido. Y por si fuera poco un buen show de juegos artificiales.

Nice and comfortable. Definitely clean and with everything you need. Access to the beautiful beach, super Nice beach with two mega rocks that make the sea quiet. The temperature of the pool well. The only thing, a little crowded from Friday to Monday (and that was not high season) so lots of people in the pool and gym stuck in the mornings. During the week better in that sense. There is nothing recreational more than a ping-pong table in the pool area and a pool table in the partner area. Let's say a little boring in that way. Oh, and in the room we were touched (ninth floor) noise until the wee hours by the nearby bars. If you can't sleep with noise it's important that you check that.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The beach is very nice and excellent for nothing. The buffet is very very good! We liked it very much and we will return. The hotel is already several years old and it is still a very beautiful hotel, excellent location, Central, great views.

This is the best hotel in Acapulco. Perfect location. The views from the rooms are great. We stayed in the three bedroom suite this time and it was incredible. Staff is great.

We stayed with friends in the one of the top rooms. The room had 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a dining and living room. It was very spacious for even up to 8 people. Maid service and security service was excellent! You were given your own personal Beach town that was change out for a new one every day. The pools were very very nice and clean. There were 3 different pools. One for children… about knee deep, and the other two were chest deep. The food was delicious! My husband and I had a nice cheese burger with fries one afternoon. Everything was great!

The staff is really kind, although they can't have the control of everything and some trouble arrised (as in ac not working on a room, and having to switch rooms) they try their best to mend it as fast as posible.

Excellent service, good promotions and a good location. A place to choose if you want to swim and take a break. It has happy hour which makes the consumption more comfortable and affordable, also provide messages, the general staff is very friendly and also always on the slope, the downside is that it has easy access ramps.

I didnt like that I had to surrender my ID untill I left the building, but it makes sense seeimg that things are still bad here in Mexico. You cant put blind trust on anyone down in Acapulco MEX.

Day one… Room not ready but, they gave us free drinks. Very nice comp. Room looks great, everybody here has smiles.

I really liked my stay there, all the staff very friendly and helpful… The facilities in good condition… The balconies are rather dangerous if you take small children… But to be careful is enough… The sea touched me something aggressive… And with a lot of people outside the hotel offering things… The pillows are rather hard and high… The view is beautiful.

I love this hotel for its incomparable quality at all simply: excellent food, attention, facilities, ambience, service. I have visited since childhood and is always improving, there is happy Hour (2x1) in cocktails and are ultra good, would live here: D.

It's a nice choice. The only thing Is that they push you todo much yo buy a vacation plan when you want already to enjoy your stay. Uy bother me.

It is a remote place to satisfy the guests a place. For rest nothing the rooms without air acondiiconado according to CFE which was pure lie in postpone should have charges for this type of situation old facilities in bathrooms damaged shower keys The worst party I've been staying.

I went as a visitor I met one of the excellent rooms with lovely bath tub view to the Sea the buffet service in the varied restaurant and very rich the lovely pools definitely a very special hotel.

If you go in family or just rest, do not recommend much, because it is located in a place too crowded, therefore there is a lot of traffic and above all a lot of places to open sky and with "music" to very high volume. So you can't sleep or be on the 19th floor. The hotel is remodeled and the attention was very good.

Pretty great suite for a very reasonable price. Bed was very comfortable and view was great. Only complaint was the restaurant, which while service was quite nice, wasn't nearly as good as 25-peso meals nearby.

We had day passes to use the pool and bar. We also used the loungers by the ocean. The staff was beyond exceptional, the pool and the view were also fantastic. The prices were reasonable and the pizza was good too.

The rooms are so big, clean and comfortable, The service is excellent, they are very kind, and for location is so near from the bungee and restaurants so you everything very near.

Very good service and good location. So much noise at night in the rooms (very close to many bars with loud music). Pool is quite full and not too comfortable.

Very nice rooms with amazing views. We had some disturbance problems with some guests and they moved us to a nicer room. They worked with us a ton. We brought our twins (7 month old) and all the staff were great and friendly to us. I would recommend it 100% and would most definitely stay again.

It's a good hotel, can enjoy the beach, its ubicated In a good place because you have other places near like oxxo's, the rooms are very confortable and the service is good.

An excellent vacation club. Employees are educated. The food is very good. I like the rooms. The bed is comfortable but the room fabric is scratchy. This central place and relatively safe despite security problems which has the port.

I've been fortunate to stay twice and like all American party excellent, unfortunately it buffet is terrible, but if you come back again to stay.

Good excellent cleaning.

We have been here twice. The first time we were tricked into a "complimentary" breakfast meeting where they wanted to let us know about their different vacation products. I honestly thought it was something like all inclusive deals or something like that… but it turns out that they are selling "memberships" (commonly know as time shares). They held us in their sales pitch office for about 3 hours, pushing us to buy their time share. Sure, They offered free drinks, but they had 4 different men come talk to us. I am a sales person myself and I know when to stop harassing a customer. These people have no boundaries and no respect for clients. However, We came back a second time (and just because its a free vacation with our rewards card) thinking that we already had that meeting so now we can just relax and enjoy our time. Wrong. Their sales men are still pushy, but now they are just borderline disrespectful, with comments like "well, but you came back after saying you didn't want the time share, so what does that say about you"… it felt kind of what like a rapist would tell a girl that walked in front of him wearing a mini skirt. Honestly, this is the last time we come here. We would rather use our points on something else and pay for our own vacation.

I don't think k deserve to be 5 stars. Pk first k all you don't have options to take a beer. Beers k have only are mexican you they want to force you to consume what k they want you as a customer don't have the option to take a heineken or any other k is not here. After you get to the room and don't put water. Just the first day you think k hotel k don't put water and deserves 5 stars water is vital to life and this hotel did not get the gives you have k to buy it seems to me ridiculous this method. K lack of respect to the people and to this chain I have been to another hotel fiesta americana in the USA and you put the water each time k I cleaned the room, but here in Mexico is not up to that. Dan worth. Ok.

I live in Califorina USA and I have just visited this hotel in Acapulco and I fasino excellent service. The avitasiones super clean and the customer service excellent. I recommend if any doubt! my wife is fascinated… we met with the family of my wife who also go on holiday for other days, and also love the estadencia in this hotel… We come back soon…

I liked the friendliness of the gente. Las rooms are well nothing outside of the normal. La this super heated pool. For children. What I don't like: 1. So high cost of a water a hold on 54.00 litre bonafont weights better opposite there is an oxxo go for it. 2. Not ever accept the breakfast to learn about membership unless you want to lose about 3 hours and buy a membership of 40 years. 3. In the evenings noisy clubs is heard.

Excellent service very friendly staff recommend it 100% the only thing poor recovery of the gym apart from face visit incomplete and horrible and there are complimentary bottled water in all hotels of this category and the two small bottles that you put 250 ml. Fast.

Stopped by the property this morning to look at the facilities. Was refused entrance (properly dressed) and told that if we wanted to visit the property we would have to make a reservation. This was repeated in English and Spanish. I asked to see the manager and no one seemed to know who that might be. On the way out, I did speak with an obviously old timer at the hotel. He had witnessed my frustration and just shrugged his shoulders. It was a very disappointing experience and my friend who I was trying to share the property with quickly came to the conclusion that he would never stay there and astounded at the reception we (didn't) enjoy. No points and need of new management more than the forty some odd structure.

Its hard to believe the experience I am about to share with you. While staying at that hotel, my fiance and I were at that pool enjoying ourselves. I brought a beach bag and a small little wallet with about $60 cash, we were only have 7 steps away from our beach chair with our belongings in the hotel pool. I decided to look over and to my surprise I saw a man counting my money with my wallet open! I immediately began to call security for help, it took them a while to realize what was going on. Turns out a local managed to obtain a wrist band and go in and out as he pleased inside the hotel pool checking out all the purses on the chairs. Police were called and he was taken to jail. Sad thing is that the hotel manager took little responsibility over it and the security was not doing their job obviously.
