Lousy place to stay. The facilities are very poorly conditioned and are not worth the fee they charge.
They also don't care what stay you have there as we complained several times about people staying next to us who had fights all the time, screaming all night and hitting.
I would never return because at reception when I checked out the complaint was commented on again and they broke the paper where they had supposedly taken note of the complaints.

I did not like there is no hot water, the controls do not work, the towels are very worn and if they carry a permanent spot they charge in $200, in addition to the bad service, the pool beds are broken etc, does not deserve a star… I'm not staying there again.

It's good, I had been to this place, but we only got 2 very old towels and the accomodation were for 5 people. There was a guy at reception grumpy and that was the only thing I didn't really liked.
