Very comfortable rooms. Only mistake we were never sent to maintenance for some faults in the room. Otherwise excellent service.

The ultimate in luxury, comfort and highly recommended.

A luxury hotel that we got for a great deal for a night! Everything is just beautiful! The pool is gorgeous, and great for kids (not too deep and nice and warm). The buffet looked great but it was too expensive for us considering how much our kids usually eat. We would definitely come back again.

I touch a room with a covered sink, the toilet knob almost falling, the bathroom cabinet with the paint detaching. The service of the cafeteria pretty bad. We ordered a burger and there was no ketchup.

Very nice and beautiful lobby. Only it lacks a rmodelada empuezan to see old rooms and have their bits.

Hotel elegant and very well maintained, offering services of very good quality and maintaining a sober but pleasant atmosphere. It has a large pool area, terrace and outdoor bar area with very nice views. The rooms are classic and elegant, with a base of services and amenities. It is a very good hotel of very good quality.

The only reason I give this 3 stars is because of the food and drink service. Getting food is slow and the bartenders don't make good drinks. I stay here annually for a race and this remains. The staff is nice and the rooms are always clean.

A nice place…! A buffet of rich desserts with refil coffee at very good price and if you can eat all you can… do not restrict anything…! I liked it…!

The service is very good, the hotel is big and luxurious. It's got roof parking. The fitness area is excellent. The pool area is very nice, the common areas are very quiet. I definitely recommend it. Obviously it is very expensive, but you can find good deals on the Internet.

Everyone was accommodating. My only problem they let the public use the pool. So you have to mark your sopt to relax early, or you will not have a shaded spot.

The whole hotel is very nice, it is very large and the rooms are very comfortable.
The pool area has a breathtaking view of the mountains. Excellent hotel.
The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired.

En el salón donde nos encontrábamos se fue constantemente la luz. Al momento de salir al descanzo la luz del lobby estaba apagada, y al pedir que la encendieran los empleados hicieron caso omiso. Las tazas y vasos estaban sucios, se les hizo el comentario a los meseros y solo cambiaron el vaso q teníamos en la mano, pero más de la mitad de los que estaban en la mesa se encontraban igual de sucios y ahí los dejaron. El mobiliario es muy viejo, al recargarme en la silla sentía que se iba a quebrar. Y por último, en la escalera de la entrada había manchas de sangre, entiendo qué tal vez no se puedan quitar pero al menos un tapete o tapar con algo.

We like to occasionally go to this place as they have a buffet at lunchtime on Sundays. They include cuts of meat, different dishes, sophisticated dishes, many desserts, many salads and for the price I get right. Highly recommended.

It was a very pleasant visit. Personal is very nice and servicial. The room clean service justo excelent.

It is very hilarious and I can actually say that is probably the best place to rest in the whole state very clean and elegant.

I was just at an event at the hotel. The facilities are well preserved. The parking seems to be insufficient, despite being very large. The service and cleanliness were good.

The room was too warm, the weather was not working, the hot water took too long to get out by the shower and the tub. They took too long to answer for room service. To finish by delivering the room we were charged for a long distance call that was allegedly made at 12:30a. M, but at that time we were asleep and also charged for trying to connect us to the hotel's Internet, which upon entering we were told it was free. Very bad experience, the truth the room was not clean, the view was beautiful but the glass was super dirty, full of hand marks which I guess were from previous customers. The cost is not at all economical and the service leaves a lot to be desired.

Good drinks! Also the decoration it's so cool and the staff is super friendly and great at providing assistance and advice about the city.

The decoration and facilities of the hotel are elegant, clean and modern, the rooms for events are spacious and have excellent service for any event, the best hotels in the city.

I enjoyed my stay here. A nice hotel with great city views, friendly staff and beautiful lobby. Comfortable rooms and comfortable beds. Recommended stay. The hotel is on the top of a hill so you get a better city views and is close to the main stores like Walmart and other retailers.

Amazing Hotel. The staff is warm and attentive. The lobby is wonderful with its modern décor and open spaces. The breakfast food is delicious as well as your sweet bread that you should not stop trying. The rooms feel a bit old but the quality of it all makes forgetting the little mistakes.

DI'd not have a room with 2 beds n I was charged $$ for a rollaway bed. Not free breakfast Not very clean some of the drawers.

The main hall is beautiful, but the room is small and the bathroom is poorly made. The shower leaks everywhere.

The place looks excellent, and the room was fine until I saw there were eyelashes on the night stand left from the last guest I'm assuming. We were also placed in a room next to their event hall on a night that there was a wedding which proved to be very noisy all night. Would have appreciated being placed on the other side of the hotel or given at least a warning of the noise.

An amazing place! The rooms were clean and the room has an amazing view! The infinity pool and gym are also really nice. There is no free breakfast but other than that it was a great place to spend the night.

As my first time visiting Chihuahua, I did not expect the views you get from this hotel. Hands down the best place you can stay in the area. Easy uber or taxi into town for drinks and food. Good area to go for a run but be aware that many areas are private and gated. You can easily go for a hike up in the mountains. Also, fantastic little shop with great local gifts. Found this right before I left and filled my bag with tons of gifts you probably wouldn't easily find else where.

Now remodeled this nice Area of pool and seating Area with background music, highly recommended.

Check in was a little strange as my checkout date was wrong and the guy would not change it. Room is ok seems clean and well appointed. Breakfast on the exec level was ok. Friendly porter getting me taxis etc. Hotel is isolated nothing in walking distance.

Visit the salon diamond, to attend the meeting of conasetra and conajuntas, where it was observed a great deal of staff and an excellent infrastructure.

At the end of 2015, it began with a renovation, but previously the quarters already smelled a bit to locked, there in front the hotel is very stylish, comfortable and ideal for business or holiday nights.

Very nice sovereign but does not change. The good thing that does not change for bad auque always is the same. And the dance floor is missing much.
