Excellent Place to stay in any kind of occasion (work, tourism or for pleasure).!

Nice place, super friendly people, very rich breakfast.

It has ice and water service so you can consume howmuch you like (which is a blessing if like me, you are not used to very warm climates)

At the time of my visit only the gym was somewhat disorganized, I want to think that in maintenance.

The hotel is good with a price I remembered the comfort of it. The location is excellent for when you are just passing by, but unfortunately the service of the waiters at dinner was lousy; The one who greeted us left the menu and withdrew, several minutes later she became a young lady who said she would take the order but she would leave the area alone. Location: This far from the center of Chihuahua so there are no restaurants or where to have a drink in the vicinity, you have to take taxi or Uber to get to something more central.

Best customer service I've had in a while! I definitely would go back, when I visit Chihuahua; place has a gym and a great pool setting. It's located kinda randomly, but I guess that really improves the quietness because I slept like a bebe.

Spend the night here with a group of about 10 of us before catching a flight back to the States early the next morning. It is a truly beautiful hotel in the middle of Chihuahua! Pleasant staff, comfortable (if slightly cramped) rooms, and quiet environment.

Before there were free snacks Friday night. But is a place very comfortable and modern.

It's a not bad, even though the rooms are small, the windows don't open, the water pressure for the shower is low, the Wi-Fi is kind of shoty if you use a VPN, so it's not a good idea to do VoIP calls with one and there aren't any refrigerators and microwaves. The breakfast is from 6-9 am and consisted of yogurt, little sweet breads, eggs, beans, and what I think was chorizo with nopales that tasted good. Other than that, it's o. K. By the way it is now called " Copper Canyon Boutique Hotel" if I would of known about that before, it would of saved me some time looking for it.
