Upon my arrival I was met by a guy called Luis who was not very friendly or motivated and was just sitting with his phone in the sofa. He could barely be bothered to get up when I arrived. He suggested I stayed on the ground floor because he could not be bothered to help me with my large suitcase. The hotel has no elevator. I asked for a quiet room upstairs and told him I would carry me own suitcase if he could not be bothered. So we went upstairs and I carried my own suitcase! The first room he showed me was right next to a room where loud music was played so I did not want to stay there. The second room he showed me upstairs had not been cleaned yet so in the end I had to take a room downstairs. I again carried my suitcase myself! The room was right next to the water boiler so noisy at times. Every time Luis was asked a question it was clear to me that he was irritated and could not be bothered to assist. He barely greeted me when ever I returned from town. Very lazy guy who just sits around and eat or watch YouTube on his phone. This guy should not be dealing with the guests and he is never at the front desk. He either sits around in the sofa with his phone or sit and eats in the cafe. I would not stay here again because of him. Almost rude. The night guy was a lot nicer and friendlier. No safe box in the room, the a/c is not powerful enough to cool the entire room. Breakfast comes at an additional cost and there was no lamp by the bed.

Very good customer service. Rooms good, spacious, clean, and orderly. Useful to have fridge and microwave oven.

Good value for money, cheap price of 690 double, 650 simple, with fridge, plasma, AC, fan, clean, service, restaurant, 5 blocks from downtown. Excellent choice.

Good choice for travelers, security, cleanliness at a good price.
Also option to come with family as the place is very quiet and safe.

I would love to give this hotel a 4.5 star rating but a few snafu's prevent that rating. I made a reservation back in October, 2017 through Hotwire for a King Executive Suite. (The rates are very good by the way) At no place in the reservation did it say you must prepay to guarantee you get that type of room. When we arrived on March 29, 2018 they did not have our room. They said since it wasn't prepaid they couldn't guarantee the room. Had I known I would have prepaid. My husband is 6'4" and a simple double bed just barely works for us. The room itself was clean and spacious and had a refrigerator, extra since, fan and air conditioning. The staff was nice enough but could not accommodate our reservation. The other item that prevents a better rating is the transportation service to the airport. The description said they had transportation available and to simply let them know that you would need it and what time. This insinuates something like a complimentary shuttle. What it actually means is that they will call a taxi for you and you pay. I have no problem doing that but please make it clear that this is not free transportation provided by the hotel. I was disappointed overall but can not downgrade the rating too far as the hotel itself is nice for the price and has enclosed, locked parking. I felt very safe there.

Rooms are great, Staff is excellent and always ready to help in any way. Also has secure parking. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, but a Taxi is usually more appropriate, especially at night.

Excellent place for long stays, the best is the staff very friendly and attentive make you feel at home and the rooms have refrigerator and microwave oven, always hot water and the large and closed parking lot, without day one hundred percent recommendable.
