Good clean no thrills apartments. Nice staff and great location for bus station, Alex bar, Elvis bar etc.

Perfect weekend break clean efficient staff relax mode.

Little basic but what do you expect from a two star apartment? Staff are friendly and happy to help.

Clean big apartments and very knowledgeable reception staff Housekeeping staff called daily. Hot water in room 24 trickled out of tap.

Stayed midweek 20-24th November. On arrival at midnight we found that the main door of the building was closed and reception was shut. A sign in the window stated we had to go the sister hotel a few hundred metres away to check in. The room was a reasonable size but very basic. It was clean. The beds were uncomfortable so had hardly any sleep. The t. V. Was a small portable with 3 channels. The bath had an overhead shower connected to a mixer tap on the bath. The mixer setting was seized up and set to shower. There was no water pressure in the shower so the water just trickled out. I was concerned with the security of the room door as the handle and locking system on it would be something you may find on a toilet door, totally inadequate for a main door. We were allocated a room on the top (4th) floor facing a building site. We requested a room on the middle floor on booking. The building work didn't bother me as there was hardly any noise from it. On the 5th floor they had a pool which was closed for repair. This room and I guess the others are in need of refurbishment. There was no aircon in the room although we didn't need it. There was a lot of aircon units at the side of reception so it looks like they have plans to install them. I reckon I paid around £175 for 4 nights for this self catering room which I think was a bit pricey for the room quality and time of year. There were good aspects to the accommodation.

Avoid! Room not properly cleaned on arrival very dated 1960s furniture. Also very run down! Towels changed every 2 days and sheets every 4 days, room is not cleaned through out stay. Also very hot no air con only a portable air con machine wich is very noisy at night to sleep. We were informed by reception we could take a fan being as we had a child with us. I requested the bathroom to be cleaned but even that was a effort as was told we are a 2 star so dont expect to much! The cleaner a male is as miserable as sin and has no idea of how to clean they definitely have no hygeine standards here. 1 night we came back late from being out and found a cockroach wich we were able to place a glass over it and mentioned to reception about the cleaner removing it this took 3 days! And she didnt seem surprised at all or bothered. AVOID staying here! There are better and cleaner places to stay in malta.

Very friendly and welcoming staff with great accommodation.

Comfortable and very reasonably priced. Would stay here again. Well positioned for all of the attractions in Buggiba. Bus terminal 1 min walk away.

Good deal of value. Fonctional appartement (except no washing machine).
We met there more English tourists than Malteses.
