Had been spending most of my time here even though I stayed at D'Coconut Resort. There's more people hanging around here due to the availability of a shop that sells daily essential needs like the comfort food you can get at main land. The prices are more expensive but it's the only place I know where you can get soft drinks and insect repellent. There's a pub at the second floor where you can hang out with friends and chill. Saw baby sharks while strolling at the white jetty. Heard it's gov property.
Pro: -Beautiful scenery -Primitive and quite surrounding, even in peak season (as a counterpart, Redang island is every crowd and noisy) -many fish at jetty -Resort provide free islands hopping trip (if you take 3 night package you can go snorkeling to both Redang island and Perhentian island) -friendly staff Cons: -buffet with variety of selections but the taste is average -4 star resort, 3 star facilities.

Spend 3 days 2 night with my family and it was one of the best experience ever! Maldives experience with affordable price. The life under the sea there was so nice, a lot of fishes and corals. I cant stop myself admiring it! The view at Lang Tengah itself already so beautiful, the water is crystal clear enought that you can see whats down there (including baby sharks! ). There are lots of activities to do, like snorkelling, discovery/night diving, island hoping, jungle tracking, spoting blue sand and if you are lucky enough you'll able to see turtle laying eggs! The hotel, staff and the food in the resort itself are so nice and good. Believe me you wont starve there. It is a must visit in a lifetime.
