Comfy and cozy. However maintenance of things need to improve. Swimming pool should open more late.

Our online booking are poorly managed by the hotel. We booked for 2 nights but when we back in the evening on 2nd day, access card to our room was blocked. Due to mismanaged of the booking, room was not cleaned. 2 bedroom apartment type is spacious. Unfortunately kettle was not provided in the room thus we unable to enjoy the complementary coffee.

Nice cozy apartment, kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, rice pot, frying pan, electric stove, Muslim and non Muslim cutleries and a fridge. Good for families to prepare meals if they have to. Fantastic AC, it's a newer model and keep the place nice and cozy during the extreme summer like conditions. All in all a great place to stay during my 4 day trip here. Beach is walking distance but not really advisable to swim as the back of the hotel is a tiny fishing village. There is however a very nice rooftop pool which was empty most days. Good place to hang out and to get away from the hustle and bustle of life…

Nice location but furniture and finishing are dated.

Good quiet location, staff very friendly rood rooftop pool, many eating places, hawkers markets for cheap food, bus stop around corner.

It's located in Tanjung Bungah Penang, rooms are decent, only provided 1 access card in the beginning, need ask for another. Not a new hotel, not very well maintained.

There's a fishermen's village located on the beach behind the hotel, and the fishermen were kind enough to interact with us strangers and let us observe what they were doing.

Stayed for a week under RCI booking. The apartment offers basic needs with limited cooking facility. Cleaners came every 2 days to clean the rooms and replenish toilet rolls, soap and change fresh towels. Do not expect a 4 star treatment. No gym but the swimming pool view at the roof top is a winner. The location is in between Ferringhi and Gurney Drive. TV channels include Fox Movie, DIVA, Chinese’s, cartoons and NatGeo. Air conditioning units were leaking in our previous unit. The toilet bowl in master bedroom leaks quite bad. I would recommend better maintenance. The seaview unit is awesome.

Yes, the room is very large and clean, but the soundproofing is not good, but the evening is very quiet, open the window can see the sea view.

I was staying in a big unit, with 2 rooms, the room with the queen bed was good. Just the window should have the proper sticker on it, to prevent peeping from higher building. The other room had one bulb missing, though a standing lamp was provided but it was still not bright enough, and they didnt fix it though we complained to them. Rooftop pool has very pretty scene.

Friendly service, reasonable price of room. The best part is we got our deluxe room upgraded for free to a spacious 1 room apartment. That is so awesome!

The internet service is not good, too damn slow. And the breakfast they provided that wasn't good either.

Comfortable room is very comfortable behind is the beach is basically very good the only drawback is that the receptionist attitude is not friendly.

Me and my partner booked thru booking. Com 2nd raya at this property. During check in they take deposit RM 100. While check out time we was at floor by 1pm and the staff didn't want to pay our deposit. When we asked why he stated that we late for an hour to check out. So I told even an hour late there is no policy u can take our deposit. Worst scenario the charge will be 20 ringgit but the staff (Indian guy) start to threaten us and also the hotel manager. What I can say is they both take the money and didn't even issue receipt. So are they as a team taking all the deposit money's. Such a bad management. I strongly advise do not choose this property. The service is sucks!

1. Very minimum service: When I went to check-in, there're no receptionist at all, the friendliness is 1/5. 2. All windows are closed: All windows are bolted into the frame & you can't really see clearly through the glass. 3. Maintenance: Apart from those 2 things, some furnitures are broken and old, the elevators are making weird sound and the door's somehow has loosened. The toilet room is always hot. Some AC is not working. Bad AC placement. 4. Cleanliness: The room is not really clean. There're still a lot of dust here and there. 5. Breakfast: No breakfast at all 6. Sea: Although u get seaview, there're some small businesses (warunk) between the sea and the hotel. So u cant really enjoy the sea freely. 7. Entertainment: Tv's so old it's not even turned on 8. Room call: THERE'S NO TELEPHONE IN THE ROOM AT ALL Positive review: it's got sea view.

The rooms were good and at a reasonable price. Well services and food was splendid. Really enjoyed my stayed there for 3D2N.

Good efforts to keep the place clean. Clean pool & lovely view of the sea and hills. The beachfront is a fishing village and need to walk further along the coast to find a nice clean swimming spot.

Room is ok, cleanliness fair, some stains here and there, price reasonable. Would be better with working Internet. Wifi is most of the time not working.

Cheap, big rooms, clean, close to town.

I was so disappointed with the hotel room, the tiles are broke, the toilet flush can't stop making noise, the bed was so smelly, the amenities were not enough (you gave 2bath gel instead of 1bath gel and 1 shampoo), you can hear people walking, talking outside of the room, which was very unpleasant. Not enough lightings, theres no telephone in the room. When we were having breakfast, all the guests are struggling to take the food because the hotel are not using dome, so it was… hard for us to take the food. There was no plain water provided, the coco crunch and honey star was slightly soggy. Please atleast standardized your services and facilities. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to other people. FD staffs shud know everything because they are the nerve center of the hotel right? I called them but they did not pickup, I went there early in the morning just to verify my bookings, the staff said they did not received any calls, well I tried to call them 3 times, nobody pickup the calls. Atleast, atleast, give us a warm greetings or smile at us. I would rate your service quality 1 out of 5. I wonder how the hotel get 4stars title? Will not come back to this hotel again. Really dissapointed.

Feeling happy and the accommodation is value for money. I am frm PJ and get the brochure frm Vino she approached me to try her place once and I decided to come and I feel vry happy it's valued for money. The only bad thing is the lady at FO (Soniya) is very rude it's really bad impression for Hotel hope management take action on it. Overall is good. Thanks vino for the promotion nd brochure will contact u in my nxt trip. Thank u.
