Very poor customer service!
1. Ordered half chicken, but all were chicken breast
2. Missed our order, did not serve the order. We only noticed when we backed home. Because we have to pay before they place the orders. Therefore all parties tend to forgot the orders. Poor system.
3. Found cockroach passed by the dining table at busy hour, and customers were sitting there. Oh no!
4. Arrogant staff. Didnot appologise nor humble to the complaints. But they TEACH customer to accept the complaints. Staffs are always right, but not customers!

Worse service ever! Missed our order but didn't help to track even after we brought up, and left us waiting. We then checked at the counter, wanted to cancel the missed item, but they neither greet nor apologize properly, simply handed over the refund coolly like that! The female cashier just has the worse attitude! The food and service definitely don't worth the price you're paying!

— — Korean Ramyun Noodles (black) Chicken was served right after but noodle was served at 9:05pm. I asked the cashier (probably he is the boss I don't know) who served me the food why a bowl of noodle takes 50 mins to be served. He said: "sorry, we're full house today, not just only you. " I would say that this is the worst thing ever you could say in service line. He might as well don't apologize. In fact, we asked him nicely for the food in between the 50mins waiting time thinking that the kitchen might have forgotten our order, but all we got was asked to be waited, for twice. Strongly not recommending this cafe. The food was just okay with bad service. Definitely gonna be my first and last visit.
