Staff very rude yesterday night shift on 18/11/21 the fat lady. When I ask for something, she answer in rude way and yelling at me. Bad service!
Do not recommend booking nor staying at this hotel if you are a foreigner.
My partner and I booked and paid online via booking. Com, upon arrival we saw a sign at the entrance stating — “FOREIGNERS NOT ALLOWED TO CHECK IN”
(but we were allowed to book and to pay for it as there’s no information about their strange policy on any of the booking channels)
We understand covid19 brings a lot of confusion and people try their best to keep everyone safe but we still find their policy out of order.
We explained we have been in the country before the pandemic started and we don’t see a reason to be treated differently from the locals but to no avail as we were still left outside the property with all our luggage to wait for the receptionist to try and get us a refund, in the end we had to sort it out ourselves even though it wasn’t our fault.
Reading previous reviews we realise that this issue has happened before so the management of this property has had the time to update their policy on booking. Com to prevent future issues but apparently they choose not to.
