Great layout and condition overall. Too bad weather was not on our side.

Amidst PKP chaos, banks and other organisation cuts payment / fees. Yet Nilai spring doesnt care less. They CHARGE FULL FEES but we still CANNOT USE THE FACILITIES For the kids pool! whre most hotels and other places has OPENED. Worst club. They dont even care what others needed! The manager not even around to receive complaints!

The fairways and greens were commendable and so were the friendy waitresses on service at the golfers lounge. However the food and drinks were a bit pricey and the management could do better looking at revisibg the price of drinks and food.

Rooms are quite old but clean. Staff are friendly. Awesome scenic location. Great view from the room I was in.

Our flight was delayed and we got the transport to and back from the hotel which is around 30 minutes from the airport. Wat has out on the way back they are sometimes late and also go to fetch other people in different resorts before heading to the airport so take plenty of reserve time ahead your flight. The rooms are huge and a bit old-fashioned but they are clean and the beds are comfy. The breakfast buffet was large. The staff was friendly.

Since we were provided with transport and vouchers for accommodation, transport was not a problem. It is around 30 minutes from the airport via car, but the resort overall is amazing. The rooms were huge and had a lot of amenities. The breakfast buffet was also superb. If only I had enough space to eat everything.

Great place, the food is A+ and the staff is doing a very good job! Always smiling and ready to help. We stayed there as our flight we delayed and were very happy with the quality of the service we received.

No food at night except for break fast Muslim food. Lounge and all other food outlets are closed — I had to drive out for dinner at night because the only open cafe Springs cafe did not want to serve ala carte, manager said it was buffet only. At RM80 per pop for a family that had a late lunch at 3pm didn't make sense. Worst in terms of price to value rooms here. Almost same price as Hilton and nowhere near the standard. Plastic bottled water is charged at RM3 after you had the first two. Staff could not even provide a bucket of ice to the room. When I tried to call the room service, no one answered. When I called the front desk, they said there was a fridge. When I insisted on ice, they forwarded the call to the restaurant and again, no one answered. I believe they are not interested in providing what you ask for and make it difficult so that you would give up altogether.

A long ride from the airport and centre of Langkawi, but a beautiful setting with a private beach. Perfect, peaceful, romantic getaway. Next to Langkawi waterfalls and a first class golf course. Basically, just a lovely place to visit and stay.

Last time we hv team building here. Nice place/view, food is delicious and variety luv it! Like the swimming pool. Hospitality was excellent Good place to stay with family. Clean surau too.

Stayed here because I missed my flight. It looks nice from the outside. The room is big and spacious, but rather old and the light is really dim. It has lots of facility such as swimming pool (its a resort, what do you expect). There's really nothing around the area, only a mall which is under construction. The food was fine.

Comfortable and nice ambient. But poor customer service. Room door was faulty and it take hours for them to look on it. No replacement room given.

Overall is nice and ok but internet speed connection is too slow otherwise I would rating more higher.

We took the kids with us, and we got a smoking room, ask the baggage attendant also told me that the whole building is smoking, and then call the counter, just to help us change to five floors, move once more I also give a tip, just feel very bad, equipment are good, the only drawback is Lenghuje and network super unstable.

This healing hot springs offers great relaxing place. The water here has lowest sulphur content in the world & water is filtered through 4 sand & stone therefore according the inhouse guide the water at hot spring is drinkable. We took a private jacuzzi for an hour, got it at discount RM 50.00. Entrance fee is separate ya!. From ticketing counter u could get on tram to spring site which is about 500m away.

Compare to the price, It is a wonderful place to stay. There are many fun, useful places. In my case I went here to play golf, but I can swim, I can do exercise, I can play ping-pong, tenis, And when I feel a little tired, I can use the massage shop. Good, wonderful Come here~ It is very close to the airport…

Calm and serene place for relaxing. Good ambience and service as well.

This is a nice decent place a stone throw away from high way to KLIA. Rooms are huge and spacious. That being said switches to light bulbs are not few foot steps away. Air conditioning is ok but the buzz from the air conditioner will remind you it is working. Internet connection not good.

A very beautiful place, with a calm view and scenery. Very nice to have a relaxing day, plus enjoying playing golf, and swimming, playing indoor activities and so on.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. No food could be find if checked in late night. Very very bad.

Great place to stay with family. Awesome swimming pool, Great golf grounds, many other sporting facilities. Stayed with my family for 1 night and regret staying only 1 night as this place offers so much to do. Highly recommended.

The gold course is 7/10. The rooms are a 5/10. Place is very remote from anything else. The bar and the food service is pathetic. The bartender struggled to prepare basic drinks and took forever. All the food received was cold and dry.

Its a very good place to stay. The landscape is great, view from 6th floor is amazing. The hotel offers swimming pool and gym to hotel guests, there is a shop inside where you can many stuff. Roomservice is also great. Go and enjoy your stay over there.

Challenging Green & nice fairway, one issue is, do not leave anything valuable in your Golf bag, not even your mineral water, was very upset during my games needed to have a drink, and found out my water missing… one of my Golfing Friend have that experience before have warn me already, but I thought is just a bottle of water is ok… but to my surprise is gone.

I do not know about the whole facilities and services at the club but I am so satisfied with the golf course where I have my game with few friends on Monday. The fairways are well maintained and the greens are superb. This is one of the best course around here with a moderate green fees.
