Review of Aurora Suite @ Atlantis Water Park 3*

Worst vacation ever at atlantis. First and last. — the real room condition totally different from the advertisement. — broken bed. — window n sliding door lock not functioning. Very dangerous to kids. — big broken wall inside the room, looks like someone kicking the wall. Its affect all room’s look. — very dirty window. Oily and cloudy window until u can make a drawing into it. — dirty toilet. Have black dirty inside toilet bowl. — very thin pillows and bad condition of mattress. Cannot sleep all the night. — clock and Wi-Fi not functioning. — worse management service. I’m complaining to the host about safety when the lock is not functioning, and i’m asking about changing another room and they refuse to give. I’m asking the staff and they said guest before us had some party in this room. And the management send the staf to see the problem, but not helping at all. Problems are not solved, even the dirty window also the staf just take a wet cloth and just try to wipe it once without any cleaning things. They just bring some rope to tie the sliding door. So how we want to use balcony then? waste time of waiting and had to pickup them from the lobby because host said they have no more access card. — and then for the window n sliding door problem, host asked us to wait again and to come down to lobby again for them to come and check. My kids crying of hungry, why we have to wait and wasting our holiday time? why u guys not check and fixed it before? — check in system is too complicated. Its like u have to be very independent to check in. — the pool rules is insane. Can see others review about the pool. Staf service at pool not good.
