Worst hotel I ever stay. Regular customer for this hotel, everything is ok, but the air-conditional problem almost 4 mth never solve. If. Youbdont. Mind. You stay in a 32'c room whole night. You can go and try for it.

Staying in this hotel with sharing room. Ask for 2nd card, front office staff told me room card finish. Its impossible room card finish! means if there's last minute guests check in mid night, your hotel gonna said, yes! we have room vacant! but we cannot sell to you coz key card is being controlled by finance department. sorry! 1st and last!

I will never come to this hotel again… I can't do and this I can't do that… spoil my vacation… so many regulations… we come here to enjoy and have good time with our family… this hotel is not recommended for smokers and muslims… because you have to wear tight and uncovered clothes for you can swim in their 2 feet pool…

The hotel is quiet nice and beautiful. It has banquet hall which good for event and farewell dinner and others event. The food is mouth watering and delicious.

Cosy place to be. Wish the f&b staff at coffee house are a bit more attentive to the morning buffet spread details. Hospitality industry is about offering customers the best peace of mind without asking.

Good location. Hotel is clean and staffs are great helpfull and polite manners. Room is good spacious, clean and nice decoration. Food for room service very fast and good taste and big portion. Bteakfast area is big and the food reasonably adequate. Its only parking space is limited.

I loved every second of my stay there. I stayed in the superior room. It consists of one queen sized bed and one single bed. Plus, the room is well equipped with a safe box, an iron and an iron board, a fridge and a dressing table. The bathroom is so spacious. Loved the shower especially and if youre to tired to bring ur kids to the pool, theres a bathtub which can fit 2-3 toddlers. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioner was so good. I had a good night rest. Plus point : theres a balcony that gives you the access to a scenic view (and also good lighting for selfie ;) ). Aaaand the receptionist (imelda) was very very friendly!

Lovely place and in the middle of town. Very convenient. Nice friendly staff and clean rooms. This time around, we stayed at this chic boutique concept hotel, Kings Green Hotel City Centre Melaka, with beautiful location and all.

You may come for the watering hole (bar) which is affordable by Melaka standards.

I received call from hotel mention that either I took or exchange my pillow with hotel pillow. Why after 24hours I checkout, your housekeeping dept notice that pillow is not belong to u. I found that pillow at your cabinate. So I used it. It is because I was the last person used that room. I was the suspected person who took the pillow. Im so dispointed when your personal contact me and ask for it… for your information. I always travel. I dont take thing it is not belong to me. If I want it. I will buy it. Not to take people thing. This is my bad experince stay at your hotel… very bad service.

Looking for a nice place to chill out? The Green Acre lounge is a good place to visit. With a good 3 piece band to provide entertainment.

Love the Jia Restaurant where they served yummilicious chinese and nyonya food in a Relaxing place. Must go and try when you around town. Famous for their noodles n they really taste yummy n makes you want to go back for it more.

The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is acceptable. My overall experience is quite pleasant.

Located away from the historical city centre but if you like the peace and less frantic pace then this hotel is perfect. Nice room without too many frills. I slept soundly thanks to the firm yet comfortable bed and pillows. Chinese restaurant is surprisingly good and there's no pork served here. The experienced chef dishes up some notable Chinese and Nyonya specialities that can rival some of KL's restaurants.

Do you know that there's an Electrical Car Charger in the parking of this Hotel? I'm not sure about the compatibility with the electric cars that's currently on Malaysian road but I love that they have this. Do give them a call if you need to know more. Their Chinese restaurant JIA also serve nice foods. You can walk-in or make reservations for family dinner or any other celebrations here. They also have private rooms if you wish to have more privacy while celebrating. Service staff was friendly & always ready to serve & assist you.

Very friendly and polite staff, the room have some smell when we first enter the room, after turn on aircond for sometime still acceptable, however, the room was clean and having comfortable bed, Our room have some intermittment noisy annoying click click sound coming from aircond at top make use can, t have a good sleep, The breakfast was so so only. If not due to the annoying sound, overall still not bad.

The place is very nice. The room come with spaces balcony fplot you to enjoy melaka view. The food is affordable. However, I not give 5 star because they only provide buffet lunch.

The admin is very obliging. Food wise is interesting. Had high-tea there. Enjoyed.

The staff is super friendly and always on top of things. The only weird thing are the bathrooms in some of the rooms, they have windows to the porch and you can see through from the outside when someone is showering inside.

This is my 2nd visit here. And not as good as the 1st one. The receptionist have no idea what she is doing. Keep on giving wrong info. We booked a deluxe room which has 1 single bed and 1 double bed. So the bfast should be for 3 pax but the receptionist said that we are only entitled for 2 pax. So I have to correct her. No thanks or apologize from her. Then I asked for extra mattress which I paid rm60 for that and they are giving me a very small room which I have to squeezed in with my 3 kids. Some more there is no extra pillows and towels given with the mattress. Have to fight with the receptionist and housekeeping for extra pillow. Really turn down my mood! Only 2 towels given in the bathroom which supposed to be 3 people in one room. They lost count or what? Or they are not given a proper training? really, really, really dissappointed with this hotel! I dont think it deserve a 4 star hotel. A big no in future!

Good size room for couples, and wonderful bed and pillows (even though we cld spot traces of saliva stains). But hey, who doesn't salivate on comfortable pillows, eh?

Poor room service, Hv to wait more than a hour to get food delivered to our room. No laundry service for 2 nights stay. The room is nice. Swimming pool doesn't have Bar to order drinks or snacks.

The hotel was not quite up to its standard as a 4 star hotel. Looks a bit old, could've improve its appearance. The room was small, had problem praying in there because of its limited space. However the bed was super comfy, felt like at home. The big downside for me was the limited buffet meals during breakfast, really felt they could've improve and added more meals such as nasi goreng or mee goreng at least. Pool was ok, nothing spectacular.

Toiletries like bath soap, toothbrushes, shower cap and bathroom slippers are provided. Our room has a queen bed and a single bed. Cleanliness in the shower could be better. Gym and swimming pool available. Parking is outdoors around the hotel compound.

Clean, good location and reasonably nice room. Ample parking but it is outdoor without shade. Will give 5 star if breakfast is good.

Front desk staff needs to buck up on welcoming guests better. Didn't know a smile was so damn expensive at kings green. As though I owed their grandmothers money.

Good location, decent facilities, very helpful staff though a bit overpriced.

Clean and simple. The food served in the Chinese restaurant is good, but avoid the buffet downstairs. Location is quite good as it's close to the bus station and two shopping centers. Town is about 10-15 minutes drive if there's no jam.

Worst hotel that I ever stay. Utility room beside the hotel room. Bad service and no internet in the room. Low Wi-Fi signal.
