Super friendly service, extra private and quite environment for a superbly romantic atmosphere! Two thumbs up!

I would like to recommend everyone to come to Four Season Hotel Langkawi. It it the best experience I have ever had. The journey took around 25 mins from Ipoh to Langkawi by airplane. When I arrived at Langkawi Airport, the journey to the hotel is just around 20 mins. I am so excited and amazed when I was about to arrived at the lobby. It is because the experience feels like im in morrocco because the interior design is just perfect. Then, while I was waiting to check in, I went for sightseeing to see the environment there that full of local traditional style of malaysia. Credit to the interior designers that design the place to look such a way. After that I was offered with soft drinks and towel by the friendly staffs there. The staffs also took all of my stuff with a golf buggy to my suite and assisted me to check in to my suite. The moment I entered the room I was speechless looking at the interior that has a garden view, adult pool and the room is so huge and beautiful. The scenery at the infinity pool is just perfect and mesmerising. This is the most perfect hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. I would like to rate this hotel as 10 stars instead of 5 stars haha. The food and the stay I have no bad experience at all and it is the best hotel in langkawi. I could never forget the taste of the food for my breakfast and it is loaded with so many food that everything is sooo good!

They say, it's the small things that count, and both my wife and I along with the kids are having a wonderful experience at the Fourseasons in langkawi. Been here since Sunday and we are loving it. Soaking in the sun and the beautiful white beach, collecting shells whilst watching the sun set from Rhu Bar in the evening. Great hospitality from the gardeners, waiters, house keeping, kitchen staff to the GM and thank you to all at Fourseasons langkawi for making our stay a beautiful one to remember. We shall be back for sure.

A haven of peace, a place out of time, a service to the little care. Private spaces facing the sea, various restaurants all equally exceptional. An incredible breakfast choice. A multitude of activities. In short a little piece of paradise on a wonderful island. Thank you to all the teams at the Four Seasons for these unforgettable days.

Have nothing to complain. Every part of this resort is perfect. The room were clean and fresh. Also love the interior design. And the room service were fast too. The hospitality is exceptional and top notch. Staff were friendliest people ive ever met. Overall, I really love this place. Highly recomended!

Simply a mesmerising resort. I travelled with 2 kids 4 and 1 years old, they placed us near the family pool and kids club. We could just walk over. Highly recommended for families travelling with kids.

What a honeymoon experience.

Well here we are again for I think our fourth or fifth visit and I haven't been disappointed yet. The staff are exemplary, incredibly attentive without being overbearing and most importantly. Very genuine. Is it perfect? No, but they're working on it and having paid visits to most of the more prestigious hotels on the island I can honestly say that they have the best overall hotel on the island for location, accommodations (which are being upgraded) and service… and I'd also like to compliment the people who maintain the landscaping, it's impeccable.
Once again, well done Four Seasons!

This review is 2 months late but I just wanna thank the staff of Four Seasons for making this stay a pleasant one. Everyone is so friendly and passionately and it is contagious! Wanna thank the helpdesk for being patient even though I call for buggy ride around 3/4 times a day to bring me from one end to another in the resort. I particularly enjoy the buggy ride most; that's when I got to interact with the ground staff most. The staff makes me feel valued and im happy to he…ar that they enjoy working in Four Seasons as well! :) Breakfast was great, selections were amazing! I can’t find fault with this villa and I will definitely want to head back here again. Thank you Four Seasons :)

Fantastic place, service, food, … can’t be missed.

The best resort, best beach, best customer service (amazing staff) we have ever experienced. We have previously been to many resorts but you guys are the best example to others. You guys should be proud of that! Thank you for this priceless experience.

Positive: The food is very tasty at this place and there are a few restaurants to choose from. All in house so you don't have to travel far to reach them. There are two pools. One for families and one for adults which is nice and quite all the time I were there. There are a lot of water activities to choose from. Negative: Not a single restaurant is indoors and none of them has well air conditioning. A ton of insects are everywhere. In your room/Villa, at the restaurants, at the beach, everywhere! The bathrooms have this yellowish material all over the place which look always dirty. At the doors to your room/Villa are little holes where insects can enter easily. Resume: This place would be much more enjoyable if your room/Villa would feel clean and has less insects.

I’m still here, so full review to follow. My second visit and it still hasn’t lost any of its ‘welcome home’ charm, whilst maintaining the highest level of quality and service. They have successfully created an oasis of unobtrusive calm allowing you to feel alone, while help and services are just a button push away.

Sweet food not up to our taste, good ambience though, overpriced place, ok for once in a while.

I am very happy to have my stay at 4 Seasons Hotel, Langkawi in between June 4-8, my first impression is all staffs are very passionate with their heart to the customer. I have to give a big credit to a waiter who is a Korean and his name is Daeki (hopefully spell correctly), his enthusiastic manner makes me and my family members very comfortable during our 5 nights stay. He apologized many times for the delay of our lunch order, he introduced the local food to us, explained the fancy/special food from the buffet table, showing his concern to customer by add juice in my white wine glass when he saw my blushed up face thinking that I may had a little too much alcohol. Hotel villas are in huge big size, lots of spacious. Ceiling is high, fresh fruits supply daily, so quiet environmental.

Nice Beach Front and Sunsets. The beach front villa is big, but some overlooking issues into the toilet from the units at the back. Condensation in the rooms are a bit irritating with water dripping from the ceiling. Food Menu leaves a lot to be desired for the prices charged. Getting a Grab Car to Kuah will yield better variety and quality of food at more reasonable prices, and the cost of the journey plus food is still cheaper by a lot.

Our stay at Four Seasons was not our first stay in Langkawi so we had our expectations already pretty high as the earlier properties really spoilt us. The room we got was pretty spacious & well done. This hotel certainly didnt disappoint me but was not as good to St Regis which was newly opened then was certainly way more luxurious. All that I can say our stay was nice but FS needs to up their game as competition is getting very fierce with new hotels opening every year.

Look out for Benedict Should, the barman. Very passionate and talented. The place itself is awesome goes without saying.

We went there for a drink on our last day in Langkawi. They have beautiful bar with an amazing sunset view. The whole hotel looks incredible. Although we didn’t stay at the hotel we were welcome to stay at the bar and walk around at their private beach. And as much as I don’t like sushi, their chicken version of it was the best one I’ve ever had ;)

This hotel was amazing. But was not perfect. Was very quiet with not many people staying. We just went to the hotel looking for a wedding venue. Once we told them we are not staying at the hotel we were asked to leave. This is very disappointing. Hotel is beautiful, service was average.

Hotel is beautiful, but what's the use of it to be right by the beach, when the Langkawi waters are polluted. There's not one clean beach anymore except maybe the private breach of the Datai hotel. If the water was clean, then it would justify such an expensive hotel, but I'm not going to pay hundreds of dollars for a short stay, during which I can't even enjoy swimming in the ocean.

Poor service from Reception, enquired at the hotel in person for a 5 night stay. I was given the room rate but was told I wouldn’t be allowed to see the room/hotel or it’s facilities. You lost a client and I went on and booked at the new St Regis which has a better atmosphere and service note “retrain your reception staff as your losing customers. The service received from reception was 2* customer service like you would receive from a Hostel.

I was not a guest here also seen from the outside it seems to be a really great upscale hotel with a large long private beach. Unfortunately, only hotel guests are allowed to use the beach for other tourists or locals the beach is closed which is a pity hotel guests were actually no one to see the beach. You can see only an empty beach and the hotel grounds behind it.

Beautiful beach and the good thing is not crowded or I can say nobody will interrupt your peace.

Oh my god. This the best hotel in the world. Pictures are not enought to describe it. You have to experience yourself.

Kids club was so great that it was almost hard to get the kids (8 & 9) to leave!

Very relaxing place in 48 ars as well as 1, 5 km it's own beach. So you will receive even the bike to go around. Staff was extremely helpful, kind and nice. There are two swimming pools where one is only for adults with divided spaces to relax even more. The room was beautiful and bed where you will be able to spend whole holidays. The breakfast was really great too. The resort is quite cut off from "live" on the island, which can be perceive as possitive but for local restaurant (in resort are 3 restaurant but we love stroll around in very local simple places) you have to count with 30 min drive (or taxi which are reasonable prices) The beach has beautiful sand and its very clean although who will be expecting 100% transparent water could be disaponted. The water is clean without any sea wards or bins but it's not fully transparent.

1 week of dreams in an idyllic place, luxurious rooms, personal to small care.

Staff was professional and made our stay extremely comfortable. Always ready to go out of their way and take care of all the little details.

My best vacation ever on Langkawi in Malaysia. I recommend you Four Seasons hotel. It's best hotel on the island. Very private, and nature around.

It's so beautiful. Our stay was so fantastic that we had to extend for a day.

This haven is actually a 6 stars resort. It's just too beautiful with private villas and spas. Pictures won't do justice. Food was great, tailored local cuisines to suit travellers. Quiet beach and exceptional service. Not for the middle income earners or budget travellers though. Once you are here, you don't have to leave the resort to enjoy the beauty of langkawi.

Illegally blocked beach by the hotel management. What else can you talk about? Chaos and arbitrariness. And the naïve clients of this hotel are willing to pay a lot of money for it.

It's like being in paradise. Nice and helpful staff, incredible location and facilities. The villas are amazing, every single detail is perfect. Of course the prices are high, but you obtain pure luxury and a great experience.

Unbelievably nice staff as expected from a four seasons. The compound is fairly large but there are bikes that you can use to get around on the stone paths. Alternatively you can call a buggy that comes within a minute to pick you up and bring you anywhere on the compound. The beach is fantastic, however water visibility is very very low so there is unfortunately no snorkeling. Jet skis and a speed boat can be rented and there are kayaks, catamarans and paddle boards. Highly highly recommend the resort mangrove tour! You see lots of monkeys and eagles and learn a lot. A close drive is the sky bridge and it is the best sight to see.

A very family friendly resort with diaper provided according to my son age, baby bathtub and small bathrobe for kid. Kids club guardian very friendly and buggy service very fast. The food from room service served in the tip top condition, bread and steak still warm and presented like a piece of art, ice cream and sorbet all in good shape.

Never been but it is amazin cuz I said so. Apparently there is mosquitos.
