A cheap flat converted into a hotel. There are 2 lifts but you might still need to climb stairs. One of the lift is located outside and anybody can have access to all levels. There are local kid around and they do not sleep at the right time. Continue to play and knock on the railing till 1 to 2 am. Not possible to sleep for a light sleeper like me. There are food shops downstairs and the cooking sound can be heard the whole night and ends after 4am. The dragging of the gas tank and the shutter door's sound is just too loud. Can only sleep after that. The rooms are poorly renovated with sockets not properly planned. The kettle can be used inside the cupboard or on the floor. Strategic if you are following the island hopping package as the jetty is just a stone throw away. Stayed there for 2 nights and glad to move to another hotel.

Hotel nie hampa tak leh expect 5star punya hotel naa. Setakat nak tido leh mmg selesa. Tapi klu nk impikan ketenangan, tidak lah. Hotel bersih alhamdulillah Cuma design hotel hampa kena paham, depa renovated from lot kedai jadi lot bilik. Nak romen, kena slow sikit suara sbb mmg banyak ruang bergema. Tapi bagi saya, kawasan nie inn shaa Allah. Takkan ada kes org curi masuk bilik, sbb depa pagar siap floor dimana hotel ada. So bagi depa2 y single mingle, dtg perempuan shj… hotel nie Selamat utk uoll sbb if berlaku kecemasan… Just screammm out loud. Ada kedai mamak Kat bawah ramai dok lepak. Okay sekian.

Bising! katanya ada orang kedai baru disitu. Tapi imagine dengar drill 12.30mlm mmg tk logic plus mintak selimut extra dapat selimut berbulu. Agak mengecewakan murah tu yes! tapi services kena jaga. Budak yang duduk kaunter depan langsung tak reti senyum please laa. If bukan untuk saya untuk orang lain ya.

Not recommended. Because the air conditioner is in poor condition. Then we call the maintenance service. They took almost an hour just to come here. But the room still hot arrghh … water heater also in bad condition. As conclusion, if you want more comfortable hotel for your vacation please spend more money in OTHER HOTEL.

The room is spacious and comfortable. My toddler loves it. Value for money. There's a lot of parking space. Very near to jeti kuah. Not that far from ram duty free and HIG. 20-40mins drive to Pantai cenang.

Good hotel within budget. Location is an advantage. It is just beside the place where island hopping tour takes place. Little far from beach. Very little amenities and little more cleanliness would help.

The room just nice… Near to shop and restaurant.

Good value for money. Although it is made in a building which is not ideal for hotel purpose, but still good services make it a bearable option. If you are lucky you can get an apartment with a sea view also.

Reasonable price but not very comfortable because of noise from stores located below hotel room. It is very noisy during night time. Not suitable for family with kids.

Tempat tidur selesa n bersih. Cerek elektrik disediakan. Tiada mini bar. Hot shower problem sbb terlalu panas.

Not clean the room. Cup even broken but still gv to the guess.

Extremely dissapointed with terrible sound polution. The access road annexed was rented to a bazaar selling goods. The music was played extremely loud from 7pm-12am where complaints were made to front office where nothing much could be done. I settled my 3 days stay during checked-in, however requested for a refund for the following 2 days as I wish to checked out next day morning but was rejected for the refund. Poor security as each rooms can be accessed by any outsiders. Occupiers are only protected by a door access to the room. Other than that, the corridoors, staircase and other common areas can be accessed by any outsiders. Suggest to view the sorrounding before you check in a budget hotel.

Staff really helpful and serve us with smile eventhough we ask many questions and requests. The room are reasonable with price. Air cond quite takes time to cool. If the television have a clear display it will be much better eventhough only serve for a local TV channel. If there are more electric soket it will be much better and helpful. Near with cruise at the left side of the hotel. Many restaurants here serve with scrumptious meals and beverages. Convenient store also available here. This place might be a little bit noisy at night. Overall. I'm satisfied.

Services were good. They have some services other than rooms like ironing, more water, more blankets and lots more. Prices were a bit high but it's Langkawi. Have fun going there!

Worst front office! Not so friendly people. Rooms smells like yuck. In the night we can't sit in it room with that smell. No response from front desk. It is cheap but not worth the money. Might totally spoil your trip with the way they treat you. Be careful. Stayed there in the last week of June 17.

Cleanliness of the room and surrounding area should be improved. Very poor internet connection! One best thing about this place that its in centre of Kuah city. But wont stay here again next time.

The room was nice, and clean when we arrived. Comfy beds too. But the staff was rude and refused to acknowledge us. We are backpackers who wanted to treat ourselves to a nicer place for a night after taking the ferry from Penang, and before heading to other parts of the island, but apparently that caused reception to treat us like dirt. They wouldn't look at us, say hello back, or get off their phones to answer direct questions. If you want a nice room close to ferry this place is that, but expected to be treated poorly.

General in General. The security device is poor. Wi-Fi is also not smooth.

It is very noisy during the night. No windows in the room. Wi-Fi is super slow. Aircon is OK. If you stay one night, you will survive, but if you stay multiple nights the charge you extra for new towels.

Suit for your buget. Not bad at all for the value.

Room was comfortable, although they don't provide dinner/lunch/breakfast, food stalls and restaurants are available very close to the hotel; just beside it.

So many mosquitoes and water leakage from AC very bad hotel and garden lake water is stinking very bad.

Duty free zone. A lot of cheap items to purchases, however beware of near expiry items and counterfeit liquors and cigarettes. Perfect to hire a car for touring around the island.

We spent 5 lovely days there in december 2012. The hotel is new, with all amenities. The food choices were varied, although we love to eat out. We strongly recommend this hotel to couples, as it was very quiet, even during the high season.

Hotel ok tp servis kurang memuaskan… banyak kali call reception awal pg nk req iron tp sorang pun tak jawab! req pada waktu malam takkan dilayan. Very disappointed.

Nice island to just kick back and relax — the sun, sea and beaches. Island hopping would be a great idea too. Lots of activities if you are an adventurous kind. Lacks nice 3-Star rated hotel.

This is a very basic hotel. The rooms have a bed and a TV, a phone on one of the bedsides and a rubbish bin. This is not a luxury stay by any means. But, everything is clean and in working order, including the air-conditioning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No problem to get food around the hotel, and all other facilities can be found in walking distance. No luxury, but a great no fuss place to stay if you needed a base camp for your activities around the island. The Khua ferry terminal is in working distance (under 20min).

This budget hotel is a repurposed low-medium cost residence.
