We found this hotel by a promotion of them in our college. We arrived there around 1pm, when we stepped in the lobby, it actually looked nice and clean. After we checked in, the staff hand in our rooms' keys and a car key which was included in the package and it's a proton wira in very bad condition. Everything seems just a nice budget hotel. But when we stepped on the stairs to our rooms, the nightmares were coming towards. Our rooms were located on third floors, we used the stairs as there's no lift available there. We had two rooms, one with a queen saiz bed, with no tv, and the other room was with tv. I took the queen saiz bed room. The room was basically medium saiz which is quite big enough for 2 persons with a small bathroom and lack of tv, hairdryer, towels, refrigerator and cupboard. When I checked in the bathroom, the flush is not functioning properly with a stingy smell. Furthermore, the bed sheet is very dirty with few stains and lipstick on it. In addition, the floor is very dirty like hvnt been mopped. Thus, I requested to change a room, the staff was very nice and efficiency. She changed the room for us very quickly. However, the room is still in a bad condition with no carpet and tv, but the flush and bed sheet problems have been improved. In addition, last day before we checked out, there's a problem of water supply. Overall, it's a bad comment with the hotel.

Kami check-in pada 13.10.2017 dan check-out pada 15.10.2017. kami guna pakej RM99 seorang untuk 3hari 2malam termasuk penginapan dan kereta sewa. Pasal bilik, TV tiada, ruangan bilik terlalu kecil tiada ruang untuk solat, cermin tiada, pintu bilik air berlubang, cadar katil berbau. Pasal kereta pulak, saya dapat kereta avanza. Kereta tu tidak servis, air-cond tidak sejuk, tingkap driver tidak boleh bukak, temperature naik bila naik ke Gunung Raya.
