The wedding dinner held in this hotel, the food is lousy and service is very bad no standard at all. Will never organize any function in this hotel any more in future. Unbelieveble.
I made reservation for hi tea for 5 adults and 1 children on 9/2/2020. We arrived a bit late about close to 2pm. The hi tea start at 12-4pm I was so surprised to see most of the food was almost empty. The only food left for us was fried rice and fried chicken. The open food counter was left unattended. The ice cream was already melted. I asked one of the staff, why haven’t they refill as it is still 2 more hours to go before the hi tea ends, to my surprise she answered that they are short of staff as another function is on the same time. My husband took bread pudding and the taste was really bad. Its already spoilt. He called the staff and complained about it but no action was taken. I really didn’t expect much of the food selection to be variety but it should be worth the money we are paying for This was really a very bad experience for me and my family as today we came here to celebrate my 20th anniversary. I would never come back here for sure and I don’t recommend this place for anyone.
