Service attitude is very good, breakfast is rich, the price is very cheap, the equipment is relatively old point is reasonable. If you meet a bad room, just change it! The air is strong.

Great amenities, spacious rooms and a generally pleasing and classy aesthetic lend an old world charm to this hotel. While some of the fittings could be freshened up, in general it is a comfortable and well equipped hotel for any traveller.

Property & amenities — first class Service — no class (I guess their understaffed) Just checked in. It took a long time to find my booking. Once found, key was given and I hv to go on my own treasure hunt. No one could assist to find my long walk destination. Glad to find a nice huge spacious room. Bravo to housekeeping department Boo to front office department (Buck up pls)

Ramadan buffet is a must! A wide variety of food from normal buffet to Asian style cuisines; Malay, Chinese, Indian. A must try indeed. Parking is at RM6 after validating. Better to work by the roadside if you do not want to pay for the parking fee.

Good sized pools. Near shopping malls and theme park. Reasonably priced. Rooms need a wee bit updating though.

It is a good place for tourists, and if you sign up you can swim there. It has a little cafe, but it is rather pricey.

Stayed for a night last week. Apart from its Olympic-sized pool, spacious room and its affordable price, I have to say I was quite disappointed with all other aspects, especially the room service. First, there was no hair dryer provided, then after request they gave one which is faulty. Then we called to request another one, and no one came after 30 mins. Eventually someone came after 45 mins to say that their hair dryers are out of stock. Such service is unacceptable for a five-star property.

A very nice place. Easy parking. Very courteous staff from front office to Lobby Lounge. Wi-Fi signals are strong and stable.

The room I stayed in and buffet breakfast I had were pretty ok with the discounted price I had from Agoda. The big problem was the service from the hotel staff was bad. I wouldn't say they are terrible but they could perform so much better. I would say they were like cows, need to be pushed, in order to move.

Very cool place to be at. Staff there are friendly and eager to help when ask. Food there is not bad, esp during my wedding dinner there. Thumbs up. Plenty of parking spaces I noticed but maybe it is only during such occasions.

Hotel room and bathrooms were huge in size but slightly old, need some upgrading. The hotel has a lot amenities including a bowling alley, snooker, gym & pools. The pool something like Olympic size, with approx 4m depth in the center and gradually swallow at both ends. There is a view of the lake at the back of the hotel, where you can find a famous Chinese Restaurant there. The staying feeling is very relaxing. Breakfast is good has variety of choices. Check in counter is located at ground floor, and thete is a long corridor from the lobby to the rooms. The downsides are the check in staff & the long walk to the room. Overall rating is good to this hotel and the staff are very friendly and willing to help.

Although it is an old hotel, it has been well maintained. The place is very spacious. Parking space is sufficient. The food (buffet style) served was OK. Service staff may not be sufficient as we waited a long time before someone refilled our drinks. Lacks clear signages & directions as we were looking for the place of the event & had to ask hotel staff for directions even though the event was stated on a TV screen.

The management should renovate the state of the hotel. Spacious room. One of the room that I rent quite stink. Maybe star given based on the facility enough only. Anyway condition hotel is acceptable to anyone who still want to stay here.

Nice breakfast especially roti canai, have very large swimming pools, including 3 pools for kids! Large room and bathroom too. Superb!

The location of this property is far from Kuala Lumpur. It's in subang area. It is about half an hour drive from the KLIA. The location of the resort is very good in the vicinity of a natural lake. The resort sports an international Standard swimming pool which is very well maintained. There's adjacent pools for non swimmers and kids. The sports club is equipped with classic gym, sauna bath, tennis courts, squash courts, badminton and gymnastics. There is a 19 floor building to accommodate guests. We were lucky to get the prime 19th floor. The check in was smooth. Ensure proper timing of check in due to heavy rush in the resort. The restaurant offers breakfast of international standards. Inter continental and local dishes are available. Vide variety of juices and breads are available. Both veg and non veg are available. Rooms are huge with long size beds and sofas. Lightings are all digital. Bathrooms are spacious with huge bathtubs. All toiletries are available. Central air con with room control available. Electronic safe present in rooms. Easy cab availability. We used Grab cab which was very economical easy and handy.

Good facilities although lacks maintainance. Looks rundown but can easily be converted into retro feel.

Nicely Tuck in the high end area of Subang and located just beside the Subang Lake. The swimming pool is huge with kids pool available. Rooms are reasonable size and clean. One feels the warmness upon entering the lobby, a bit of Balinese feels.

Peak period Saturday room does not come with 2 room access card regardless request. Recliner sags down despite recent upgrading. Wide non air cond walk ways to room. Reasonable twin bed room size but musky odour.

Rooms are big. Not many hotels have spacious rooms like this anymore. But amenities like sink n hair dryer are a bit dated and need to be replaced.

Excellent hotel, good restaurants inside and good places for leasure like bowling and tennis court, a especial mention to the olympic size pool.

Been there before before we had kids and even with three kids now, the hotel is suitable for us. Comfortable and affordable.

One of great getaway from nearby home espeacially for children. It has an Olympic size swimming pool, 2 kids pool, jacuzzi. Indoor you can play bowling, table pool. Has live band but not interesting. Although the corridor look shody but the room is big with twin standard bed. Shower has bathtub.

Rooms are massive and well appointed, Large swimming pool, could be Olympic size. Lovely location next to the lake and a couple of good bars.

Nice place to have wedding reception. The Grand Ballroom is big and you can book the room by the poolside for wedding and office event. For members you get special rate and able to use the pool and other facilities. Quite and friendly place.

An old hotel but its actually quite nice. Big room and affordable too. Got swimming pool, gym and bowling place. Love it. View is nice, you get to see beautiful lake.

It is a fine hotel. I suggested this hotel for a clean and affordable.

Ambiance is okay, but food is lousy.

Hotel mightily in the years run. A lot of bugs in the room (ants in bed, cockroaches in the bathroom). Shower takes long time to warm water comes (10th floor). Air conditioning is staging control, defective) only on or off. Hotel my opinion requires a basic renovation.

The inside is very perfect but outside is not bed but there can cat the " dinding luar " OK so this villa is not bed.

Positives: Big room, spa, restaurant, gym, and other ammenities of a 5-star Negative:Cockroaches, dirty/mildew room, broke ac, water takes long to warm up, pools are dirty.
