Only 1 electronic key is issue. The room is comfortable and has a nice outside view. However the bathroom is leaking and does not have hot water for shower. Even the bathroom issue is made known to the staff, they do not change the room for us.

Service is so so. The front desk have lack of knowledge of the restaurant around the hotel. Check in is smooth. Is suitable for short stay just for flight transit.

More like Loony Tunes Hotel. The only crazy hotel that switches off the electricity to your room at 11.30 am (that's half an hour before checkout) as a reminder that your checkout time is coming up soon. Imagine you are taking shower at that time. A cockroach just scurries across the bed. Window faces the lawn, and I happen to open window for ventilation with curtains drawn for privacy and all of a sudden security guard walking past window and deliberately conversing on the walkie-talkie (noisy and invasion of privacy).

Good place to say the least. There's shopping mall right next door with good choices of food. Staff were helpful. No problem whatsoever with my hotel's room.

A good hotel with reasonable prices. Me and husband enjoy our stay. The only bad experience that we had is the smell of our bed. It doesn't smell nice and I think the pillow and blanket is not washed properly.

Located strategically with shopping mall and food shop nearby. Parking is bit weird, as part in mall and walking distance for Traveller, I am not comfort as female to park my car inside the mall, then walk alone to the hotel during night time. The parking fees was bit silly, I parked for RM 18+ over night, not free parking. I paid via touch and go, no receipt, they said can pay back car Park fee if exceeded RM 5, yet not convenience for Traveller rushing time. The Air con (room 1112) was noisy, early morning hear siren, disturbing and sleeping well. Also, the room got 'mould' smell…

Good room. Worth and value for money. Wifi not user friendly. Only valid for a single device. Would he useful if can add towel for guest use.

Overall a convenient place to stay with food outlets around and a shopping complex beside the hotel except that my room has no telephone set. Blackout happen on the my 1st night stay, I couldn't call the front desk to ask what happened and didn't dare to go out coz it was 1am. Should improve on the room facility as safety measure.

Good room but lack of facilities. The phone is located outside your room at the back of DOORS so didn't realize it. I went there and they forgot to active the cards, so got to go down. Then, Asking for iron, and the couldn't send it to your room so, you have to pick up again at the ground floor. No toiletries provided. For me who is arrived around 1 am and need to go for a meeting at 8am, It's troublesome. Might be ok for those who are not in rush.

Okay hotel, terrible service. Don’t be fooled by the pool in the photo, you’re not actually allowed to get in there. That’s just a part of the bedroom view.

A lovely place to stay when in Cyberjyaya. Ample space and generous beddings. The hotel is connected to the grand Tune shopping mall. I wouldn't worry about breakfast really as the mall has tons of food places both local and exotic.

Good location with convenience mart just next to the hotel lobby. Mall provide plenty of food options. Room is decent with comfy bed, however the toilet smells funny. Had to close the toilet door or else the smell goes into the room area.

Mostly good comments about this place. Easy access to food, shopping and a cinema. At times it's overpriced and you can get way better for value in Cyber. Most of the time it's the cheapest. Downside which I had gone through at least twice is that the bathroom gets clogged and water fills the floor. Hope the management looks into the issue. Overall worth the money for budget travellers.

Nice staffs. Location good. The only problem is with the one card. Should have extra card for the second guest in that room.

The hotel itself is very well maintained in every room. The view from the hotel is quite a sight to wake up to, and combined with Wi-Fi and easy access to many restaurants makes it a nice place to stay. I couldn't speak Malaysian but the staff at the desk could speak a bit of English. Overall, nice place to stay.

I suspect that the housekeeping stolen my roommate's money. She put rm5 on the table with some sen on it in the morning. But after she came back at evening, the money's gone but the sen were still there. I hope you guys can investigate it.

Good Place for short term stay. Food/Shopping/Office all near by.

Good choice for budget traveler. For those who are looking for something more than budget stay with no room service and basic amenities, stay clear.

Friendly & warm staff. Room is well furbished & maintained.

Standard run of the mill Tune Hotel. Attached to Dpulze mall. Only offers standard two person room. The bathroom has no lock.

It's an okay hotel, and staff is pretty good. Prices aren't really competitive, but it does the job.

Nice room if toilet smell does not engulf the whole room.

Going to be a Nice hotel in Cyberjaya. Welcome.
