Best hotel to recommend, for family or couple. Provided with mini kitchen facilities complete with washing machine and microwave facilities as well as cooking utensils.

Extremly irritating housekeeping that distueb your peace by accusing me of smoking in my room! went down the next day to talk to the management. And they waived due to lack of evidence. What if this happens to a elderly? they will get cheated to pay 500 rm fine! please do not book this hotel!

Do not be tricked by their low room fee! they will purpose find something to fine you! I got fine 500 rm got a ciggerette butt which I didnt smoke.

The Zen area at M3 floor is really calming with the sound of water fountain at one side. And the view is superb from the verandah. Great experience of calmness eventhough the hotel is in the middle of busy roads and concrete jungles.

Super bad and unprofessional sales person services. Contacted their sales staff for group and corporate booking for my upcoming event for 10 rooms for a pageant (Miss Lumiere) and was promised to be reverted back to me this morning. But contacted them again and was told that another staff will revert by 1pm. However, no response was given and the staff was very rude in her reply. Ended up, we received the rates more expensive than booking. Com over after waiting the whole day for her response. I hope the hotel look into this matter as she is a tarnish to the hotel’s brand and corporate services. Your hotel just lost a prospective booking of 10rooms. On a weekday booking. Whats worst, she given us a unfavorable rate for weekday which is higher than their weekend rate. And also, giving an excuse of meetings is unacceptable is a dateline of promise was given.

So far this is the best place to stay, so many resto near this hotel.

I recommend this hotel. However today is my bad day. I bought nasi lemak. But the nasi lemak is too salty and I cant finish it. I never thought I can eat with that kind of food. Never happen in my life.
Luckily I didnt have high blood pressure.

The hotel is conveniently located where almost everything is within walking distance. Great for business travelers who conduct their business within the vicinity. We conducted our workshop at one of the function rooms. The set up was speedy, service was hospitable and food was prompt and flavourful. Room was clean and ample amenities were provided for busy business folks. All and all, VE is a highly recommended hotel.

A bad experience … for everyone who going to this hotel… here to share my last trip just wanted to find new hotel n here I found… 1st walk into the room over midnight want to wash my face n found disgusting basin with mold fungus around bathroom area as picture… 2nd day after comes back from work still saw it. Was called services they said need maintenance OMG… u never clean it so now time to get renovated huh? The pillow was torn n hole everywh…ere even on bedsheet… 3rd day saw bed bug running around on my bed… I wanna change hotel but they convince me to stay n upgrade room! That bug already in my clothes n my body! The worsted now after back from trip 4 day I still got itchy n allergic on that… Doctor said I have allergy serious case! Bug running around everywhere even my eyes! on body which I cant see! now need to clean up everything n throw those clothes! N need to call specialist clean up for my room everyweek until I get better! n stayaway from people… feel so bad …

Rooms hotel is nice. Bar is silly weak drinks happy hour even worst. Spa dreadful.

The hotel is new and the room design is comfortable and modern. However, the window curtain is stained with dried black liquid dots and the toilet mat is wet and water-dripping when take it out from the toilet wardrobe. Overall the hotel is nice but really have to take some serious notices on hygiene.

Staying Period: 06Aug-10Aug2018 for 17 rooms Not having a good experience upon check-in, rooms are not ready at 2pm, all rooms’ keys done collected at 6pm. Check-in procedures takes us 4 hours standing in front of the reception counter. Most of us (34pax) were forced to sleep and rest at the lobby. Most reception staff try to finish their work asap without try to understand or answer our questions. Some not even know what types of room is written to us. We were copying and …checking room numbers for at least 4 times. Reconfirm and reconfirm. But I would like to send a compliments to a staff called AZERES. He attended to us at last hours and patiently listen to our questions, check and be sure with the answer he gave to us. He was helpful, friendly and patient. These 3 stars is dedicated for him Please improve your time for room to be ready, check in time is 2pm, not 6pm. Even the previous guests pay for extended hours in their room, we paid for check in on time at 2pm as well. Don’t take it for granted and try to earn 2-way money. If the rooms is booked and paid by next customer, please do not allow extension hours for rooms for the previous guest. Please check before you want to earn another half day!

Enjoying my stay here. Luxurious room and very spacious. Friendly sfaffs, im grateful enough with their options on vegetarian food. Meal is decent. Sky bridge connecting hotel to Nexus is really useful, gives you the best option to hang around, food hunt and places to hang out. Love their M3 night view.

Having said that, to one managerial Chinese staff who man the buffer front counter, during 2018 fasting month, I have just one comment, how the hell he got his job? Simply terrible! I will update his name, if I meet him again… Relatives of YTL may be?

I went there for my students' Prom Night, the venue oozes elegance and everything looks sleek and modern. The buffet provided by the hotel was a top-class international fair which was a cut above the rest. I had a wonderful evening. Thank you, VE Hotel.

Up and coming district in Bangsar South. Connected through sheltered bridges to Nexus and The Sphere which gave us plenty of food options. Short ride to KL Gateway mall and Midvalley mega mall as well. Service was decent and got a free room upgrade. Upgraded 2 bedroom residence was spacious and has an oven, washing machine and an induction hob with pans and pots provided. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend travelers with families to stay here if they have business around the area.

First time here for business. Very nice room, new, clean and spacious. However, there are still rooms for improvement when come to customer service. They given me a twin bed room despite knowing I am staying alone. When requested for a change to Queen or king bed, they keep telling me they will merge the twin beds by pulling the 2 single beds adjacent to each other. Isn't it a funny solution? After I insisted for a change by telling them this won't be comfortable for me to sleep on 2 "merged" single beds,, they finally change a new room with a king bed. I sincerely think that the counter staffs need to have a better common sense.

We had our staycation here. Trying to find a good place that is near to kl area just to have fun during weekend. And yes, indeed we find the right place. Its a nice place, the room is big, the view is fantastic. You don't have to worry about food cause its plenty of food to choose for (within the same building or opposite). The best part. You are far away from jam if you wish to go to kl town. Just take uber/grab from here. Its easy and convenience. There is only 1 thing I don't really like bout the room — is the bathroom wall. Though the room is very sophisticated and well design for space saving, but its quite see through actually from the outside (when u on the light). Hope the hotels can do something about this. Other than that, its a great place to stay. Highly recommended :)

Clean, elegant hotel, the room function and texture are very good. No border swimming pool, gym, steam room are great. Breakfast was good. 7-11 is very convenient at the door.

You should always compare the price with Capri hotel across of the street but usually VE offers cheaper. Nexus surroundings always have crowds so too many visitor to stay hotel would not be an issue for me. Except for the hair dryer bombed out itself…

The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming. But we have book for twin room and we get a king bed.

My 1st visit, lunch buffet is good, reasonable price with many choices. Great service and nice view. I will come again next time.

Strategic location. Decent hotel with good meeting packages. However traffic during peak hours are really bad. Surrounding development is just going to make it worse.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Very new and we'll appointed. Great facilities and restaurant. Will definitely stay again.

The shampoos and bodywash are containers attached to the wall. Shampoos and body wash are seldom refilled. As a result, you only discover that it's empty when you are taking a shower.

Very nice experience here. Stayed here during a business trip. Location was perfect as there is no bad traffic experience coming in and going out. Modern neighborhood, with plenty of eateries in the mall right across. Clean rooms, and nice view too.

Location is good. The place is good for budget traveler's. Room is okay with good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was fairly ordinary. The breaks fast area was noisy as well.

A new hotel. I only attend course there. The restaurant food is great. Aircon is cool. Ample parking. RM5 per day parking is fairly reasonable.

Attended Adam Khoo's Wealth Academy program here for 3 days. The buffet was fantastic. Delicious food.

Stayed there two weeks and never disappointed me. Room was comfortable and meals were fabulous. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. All the extra facilities Gym, pool are all ok. Altogether it was a good experience.

The Straits Estate. Went for lunch buffet, bought from fave RM38 per person. The food was good, not so many choices but still im okay with it. Kinda weird, the buffet doesnt come with any juices or even a plain water. They served coffee or tea only and you may need to buy the mineral water at RM1 each. Buffet start from 11.30 untill 2.30pm. The environment was cosy and relaxing.

The hotel has very respectful & ever ready staff to answer your questions. Well situated in the best of shopping and plenty of food. The Bar & Lounge manager Mr Subra is a very well groomed, honest and great human being. Thanks.

Beautiful property in Bangsar south. Large room and very nice facilities. Recommend mostly to corporate. Not really suitable for tourists due to the location.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely clean rooms. Would be nice if the aircon could be left on whilst out. Tea / coffee facilities very basic and no milk. Fantastic views though and lots of interesting places to eat in the complex and just over the road bridge. Ideal for business trips. Hopefully we will be back.

I love love love this hotel. The aircond tech is nice. They provide the nicest shampoo, soap and conditioner. And the food is wonderful. I can't think of anything bad about this place.

This is a recently developed area and has lot of restaurants around. I prefer to stay here away from the rush of KL. The hotel charges are affordable and good staff behaviour. They don't have mini bar inside the room where I stayed. There are no complementary drinks provided. The restaurant is good but can be little more varieties or live counters. Very close to Midwalley shopping mall around 6MYR for taxi.

We checked in as a family in the 2 bedroom suite for a staycation recently. The front desk was helpful and accomodating. We were impressed with the fully equipped kitchen and was surprised that even laundry detergent was provided! Housekeeping needs improvement though, for example, face and hand towels were taken away but not replaced. Location of hotel was centralized, good local food was just a short drive away.

Clean rooms, the gym is equipped with pretty good range of machines. Breakfast buffet at the main restaurant is not kept warm. Check out bistros and other restaurants near there. Massage from Anju Spa is great. Exemplary service. Hop on to Capri Hotel, Level 33 for a drink st their Sky Bar. Otherwise, the location is within reach to Bangsar and MidValley Mall.

Had a company meeting and used one of their meeting rooms. To date, definitely the best training/meeting package deal per pax in town. Good value for money for sure. All new fresh looking rooms.

Don't come early. They do not give early check in. The internet speed is terrible. 58 Mbps forget about doing any work that requires Wifi and you cannot pay to upgrade either. The food is not impressive, everything begins to taste the same. The rooms are nice and clean.

Although not in the central of Bangsar, this new establishment is quite strategically located. Ample parking spaces and easy access to public transportation and many other facilities. You'll love it here.
