Really spacious rooms and close to restaurants!

I booked a room which allegedly should accommodate 2adults and 2 children. I booked for 2adults and 1 child. When I came to the hotel to check in, my child was not listed to stay. They wanted to charge extra for the bed at first. Then I showed them my booking and they said they would give the extra bed to me complementary. Well the room is not designed for an extra bed so that the people in the main bed would have to climb over the extra bed to get to the bathroom at night. The hotel manager said, it was my fault since I booked the room. Sorry, but this is the lowest leveling service I have ever experienced in a hotel and I cannot advice to. Ok this hotel under any circumstances! Worst service ever!

Highly recommended place to stay, with a great view, awesome rooftop pool, nice room and friendly staffs. We were quite impressed with the room, spacious and clean. We'll definitely come again to try the food and will recommend more friends to choose Capri by Fraser Hotel & Residence for next vacation.

Staff is always helpful & friendly. Good breakfast, nice size room, great gym and rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at CFKL many times. Mario, who works in the cafe/restaurant, always recognizes us and goes out of his way to be sure we are taken care of.

I think the hotel generally decent the only thing that I think need to be improved is the muslim prayer room. Went there for training and the prayer room was so small only can fit 2 plp at one time, when we have like 30 people. Just felt it does not jive with the rest of your presentation. And the location is in a changing room. Is this after thought thingy. Hope to see some improvements soon.

Capri by Fraser is a sensational hotel suited to working travellers needing a place to operate from in Kuala Lumpur with a stunning rooftop pool. We stayed just the one night but had to get a lot of work done. While early check in wasn't available we were able to use the sizable rooftop pool area from which to work from. The room was very comfortable and had plenty of well placed plug points to keep us charged and all the amenities worked perfectly. It had plenty of space to setup for a while if one should need it. Thebreakfast buffet was standard and included in the price. A late check out up to 3pm is available if your room is not needed the next night. The pool was spectacular, an infinity pool overlooking the city. It is massive and we spent quite some time here. There are plenty of restaurants in the shopping complex next to the hotel. 15 minutes from the city centre. 30 minutes from the PETRONAS towers. Without traffic! Hotel is clean, quite comfortable, personnel is polite. The roof top pool is nice and clean. We stayed 1 week and our overall experience was very good. Not luxury but very good for the price.

Fine establishment and cozy lounge. Nice room & location. Easily reachable. Near public transportation such as Taxi Stand, Bus Hub & KL Gateway — University LRT Station. Avoid the traffic nearby this area during peak hours since its very congested.

Perfect hotel close to public transport. Great food, professional service, great room, rooftop pool. Just perfect for exploring Kuala Lumpur.

Great location with walking distance to KL Gateway Mall and LRT stations, with lots of F&B outlets and medical facilities nearby. It's a good option if you are dealing with corporate customers / partners based in Bangsar South or Mid Valley. The road traffic during peak hours can be scary though, so please plan your journey wisely.

Top Hotel! Would merit 5 stars, but didn't like breakfast so far: no fresh juices and limited choice on fresh fruits.

Perfect place for vacation in large group. My family and I stayed for 3 days 2 nite. We really like the place. Location is good. Kids really love the swimming pool, play room and food too. Food served is hot and delicious. Should you prefer to eat at outside, hawkers is within a KM. Room is spacious, modern furnishing, clean. Staff very friendly; very prompt. What else I could say… it's a good place! either for short vacation or perhaps you would want to consider for long stay.

Hi capri management and staff I been there for 5 times now and I enjoyed all my stay especially the club lounge service is good not to forget the front desk staff like Mel is very helpful and always with smile but somehow my recent trip was a disappointment… a staff named Shaiful worked in club lounge was extremely rude I don't feel like he has that hospitality attitude he talks more like a gangster n again has to encounter a bad hospitality with him on the second day at the pool bar when we ask whether they have French fries with a very rude n harsh way he showed us the board menu n said u can order whatever they write here or u go down to the cafe order yrself (like seriously) pls teach him some manners and send him for hospitality course,. I always recommend my frens n relatives to come over to capri for chill out but with this kinda staff attitude u gonna loose more customers.

Best Guest service and ambient rooms that suits your style. I have booked a deluxe studio and this picture is the view from my room. Rooms are very clean and they provide all the services we need. Good assistance too in case of queries. They even provide a sewing kit in your essentials. Very customer centric.

Comfortable spacious service apartments. The ride up the elevators with the elevator bank change is a little annoying. Can use free shuttle to nearby malls and destinations. Pool area is a quaint oasis with plenty of seating for lounging. Basic Fitness center available. Capri located next door to a convenient strip mall of moderately priced restaurants.

We had a suite on the 28th floor. It was fully furnished with all amenities. The views were great. The rooftop swimming pool and gazebo exceeded our expectations. Wide variety of choices in the breakfast buffet.

Some of the pair-rooms are more suitable for couples instead of friends as the room I stayed in is an open concept toilet with no door lock. The breakfast food was typical hotel buffet breakfast. Not bad. Facilities wise, very good. Infinity pool was beautiful. Worth the stay!

Big Room & Clean, Infinity Pool is awesome. Nice Private jacuzzi. All is Well except breakfast. Breakfast standard menu is like 3 stars Hotel. Need to be improved :)

Very nice apartment to stay in. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable! Gym was nice with city view and sufficient equipments to workout. The infinity pool was gorgeous! The only downside is that the apartment is located quite a distance away from the city but it was cheap to get around by Grab/Uber. There are a lot of bars to chill nearby the area too!

We just had our wedding solemnization held at the Rooftop followed by brunch at U Bar. I would like to thank the team especially Farah for the event planning and Saiful for the great execution on the day itself. All our requests were fulfilled and carried out perfectly. They surely made it a very memorable day for us and our family.
Our families and friends who stayed in Capri over the weekend also enjoyed the big rooms n great service.

Really loved staying here! Spent 5 nights here and it really felt like home. The staff was so helpful, kind, and welcoming. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job with tiding our room and made sure to always leave enough toiletries for us. The pool and other entertainment facilities were great. Only thing I would have liked is if the pool was opened later as it closes at 9.

Attended a work event here. Facilities very nice. Chic decor and feel. Buffet lunch was very nice but bit disappointed with the dessert offering. Went to surau on the top floor and the view over KL is stunning. Top floor has a bar plus infinity pool. Worth going to.

It was an excellent service apartment to stay. The view from my room& the rooftop was awesome (city&mountain view). The price was so affordable for 4* with the service & facilities like a 5* hotel. The view from the swimming poll was so cool, u can also access for a jet pool, gazebo, pool bar, sauna&steam @33 level. The food always fresh, delicious, n have nice ambience. The staff was very kind & helpful,

Great place to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main city KL. Staff are friendly & helpful. Take the limo taxis as they run on meters so no need to bargain ir get ripped off.

Perfect value for money. To the nearest Metro maybe 10 minutes. Rooms are modern and spacious. Rich breakfast buffet and the rooftop pool offers a magnificent view.

One of the best place I ever stayed. Friendly staff, Good infinity pool with other recreational activities like snooker, Table Football/ Fuzboll, play area for kids and video games, Delicious breakfast, Free parking, MRT is around 600 m away. Of all hotel rate is economical.

Excellent hotel with a nice staff. I accident left a couple items after checking out and they were nice enough to search for it. Pool, spa and sauna were well kept and the pool had a nice view of the South side of Kuala lumpar.

Awesome hotel. 3 bedroom is clean and new. Breakfast is decent. Child friendly and meets all the needs of a family.

Hotel of the upscale category. Are quite satisfied and would come back any time. On the roof there is a large pool and several whirlpools.

Lovely experience, possibly because we got upgraded to an apartment in the hotel. The infinity pool is jaw dropping. The service was excellent and the breakfast selection was excellent. There is also a shuttle bus into the city.

This was the best hotel we stayed at while in Malaysia, the rooms were big and clean and we enjoyed use of the rooftop pool, which was never too busy, and the fitness centre, which was completely empty. There was quite a big variety at the breakfast buffet, and there are quite a few nearby restaurants despite being in more of a commercial area. I would recommend Botanic & Co especially. We didn't have any major issues, but it was a little strange that the staff didn't give us any information when we checked in, i. E. How to use the elevator or what the procedure was for breakfast.

Went to Capri to visit relatives who stay there. The place was fantastically designed and the apartments themselves were spacious with great views. Elevator system to the guest rooms and etc were quite confusing however.

Location is good and the room was big. The hotel even upgraded us to a Capri Club room with no extra charge. Swimming and game facilities were good as well. However, linens and towels often had stains on them despite requesting for changes multiple times.

It's quite the little hospitality gem in this new but sparse business neighbourhood. There's really not much around within walking distance. Capri provides decent serviced apartment accommodation with good amenities. Comfortable lodging for everyone. The staff are friendly and you see smiles everywhere you walk. The rooms are spacious and clean but I experienced a blocked sink and broken bathroom tap. You get both complimentary wired and Wi-Fi internet connections but the speed is very slow, more a reflection of the lacklustre broadband infrastructure and lack of consumer choices in Malaysia than that of Capri's. Overall, happy to have stayed at Capri by Fraser's.

A great condotel with reasonable price. New, clean, huge room, with a good quality of amenities. Nice infinity pool at the rooftop. Delicious breakfast, I love the turkey bacon. Will definitely come back there :)

Stayed three weeks for a business trip. Apartment style room with kitchenette. Excellent restaurant. Helpful and courteous staff. Would easily stay again.

Great location for staycation if you get a good deal. The facilities are amazing. Private jacuzzis on the rooftop. Nice city view. There is even a Games Room. Nice romantic stay for couples during staycations! Great value for money.

#lateposting: Return customer if I visit KL. The apartment style room is really comfortable. Because the place located in the hilly area, the view from balcony superbly overseeing Kuala Lumpur City. Best hang around during evening/night time. You'll get the amazing night sky view. Next to the hotel is eatery / pub area.

Good pace for a business trip or long stay. Away from downtown but conveniently located for new business district. Train connectivity to downtown makes it easier to commute. Great value for money.

The room and location overall are good. But the buffet is bad, very bad and kind of not. Staff also not friendly.
