The Penthouse KLCC Apartment

I have the worst experience in here. When I arrived the place, I asked the guard where is penthouse, the guard asked me whether I want to check in, I said YES and he pointed at a place and asked me to park there. So we took out all the luggage and went for check in and we went to our room.
A few hours later when I get back to my car. My car was clamped. I argued with the guard and they even called the manager. The manager talked back to me rudely and said either we pay or make police report. They leave me no choice but to pay them. Be careful of this place where they are cheating visitors money. Despite seeing me taking all the luggage go to room, they never told me that area was clamp area, yet they asked me to park there.

The staff is amazing and the view from the room is breath taking. You get all the basic amenities. The room was very comfortable. 2 mins walk to monorail station and 4 mins walk to rapid kl station.

I had my worst experienced here… When I check out, the staff said iron lost… towel lost… a fork lost… the wall paint how how how la… the only purpose is want to DEDUCT YOUR DEPOSIT! I CANT BELIEVE THIS PLACE WILL DOING THIS EVEN THE BOOKING FEES NOT THAT LOW… BETTER THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU BOOK OR STAY!

Strongly not recommend. Rude staff. Better check together with the cleaner when you check out. They told iron, towel and fork are missing, but I FOUND all of these by myself. PLEASE imagine that how much they will charge me if I did not found all of these, just CAREFUL and CAREFUL.

Nice place. Need to work on the parking voucher or something.

The lifts are always not working, smelly car park with rubbish everywhere, and there heavy smokes smell along the lift lobby as we saw cigarette buds scattered around. This place looks nice from far but when you step inside, the facilities are poorly maintained and does not look like nice at all.

Luxurious place to stay. In 57th floor you can get the Best view either facing twin tower KLCC, the KL TOWER or the City view. View match with the Jacusi As well. Unit are provided by washing machine & dryer, fridge, hair dryer, iron, water bottles, sachets of coffee, oven, free Wi-Fi and daily Housekeeping. Just located in the center of the main city. It's too convenient to walk around,. 24 hours reception. Comfy beds & unit kept clean.

A good and strategic location for party, celebration or even just a getaway with the amazing view of the towers. Will definitely be back again.
