The staffs there are helpful & friendly. I forget a bag of items in the trolley & they helped me to find it after I called for help. Really thankful to all. Besides, it's a great place to shop & eat!

The Security guards are rude as hell. I wonder is this Mid Valley's preferred to have rude guards to bully the customers there and ruin the shopping experience? They handle the SOP based on their mood too. Sunway Pyramid have better service and I don't mind traveling further to be treated properly next time.

Not customer friendly at all. Garbage bins are only placed next to escalators, expect customers to walk the distance to throw trash. Also do not provide enough seats for elderly and those who are unable to walk a lot. A far cry from Sunway or even 1-Utama! Also do not have guards to observe SOP (physical distancing) at escalators!

Garden mall 3rd floor has unusual noise, is super noisy? Like giant air ventilation, no one want to solve this. Spoil the mood.

Have a big mall big business but no parking for the grab car food,,

Today I went to Makan Place Food Court LG there this security didn’t check my MySejahtera but I keep showing and inform of me a 1 whole malay family enter the Makan Place Food Court without Scan MySejahtera and show their MySejahtera and behind on me that 2 malay girls also same very disappointed with this stupid security because he is on playing his handphone. And some more in the Boulevard office area all the foreigner security guard they no wear their mask is the proper way in public’s area so dangerous. Your Workers are make the whole shopping mall and all of use not safety.

That was a famous mall ever and I love to see building very much and I love KL very much 😍😍😍.

Really need to clean up your foodcourt (lowest level). Cockroaches everywhere. Will send this to KKM if no action taken.

We had a very bad experience on taking the lifts over the last weekend. People is just not following the SOP on taking the lifts and they are so ignorant, don't care and imposing a super high risk and danger to the rest of the concern shoppers. Only four people is allowed inside the lift at one time. But saw more than 10 people coming out or entering the lift whether at the south court or the north court lifts. This has imposed very inconveniency and high risk & danger for those concern shoppers that in need of utilizing the lifts like wheelchair, baby stroller and those with shopping trolley. We hope that the management can look into this seriously and take drastic action and control, place some security guards to ensure safety and to safe guard of everyone shopper there.

I want to bring to your attention that quite a number of tenants uses OKU toilet where this deprive the disabled only available facility.

The rooms and amenities are good but the cafe or restaurant us has less review. This is because there us no coordination in information between the front desk and the restaurant. The front desk had included free breakfast for children in the breakfast coupons. However, the restaurant didn't accept and demanded payment for the children. This has caused misunderstanding between hotel patron and the waitress. It has also caused embarassment to the customer.

It is a good place to stay as it is just above the huge mall and the lift connects to the carpark. However, the rooms are a little out dated — there isn’t power points near the bed, toilet flush takes a long time to fill water, no extra rack in the shower area to bring your own toiletries in. Good thing is that is it going under makeover (subject to approval of their management) and it has a fan in the room together with air con. One thing to note would be that I was on a non smoking level but my room smelled of smoke twice. Once at about 3pm and another at 2am. Called the operator and although they offered to spray the room and change a room for me when I called at 2am, I would be more glad if they’d found out who the smoker was during the first call and speak to the room again when I smelled the smoke at 2am. Not sure what their SOP is but probably not in favour of non smokers. When my husband approached the reception, we were told to email instead. Maybe a makeover on their handling of unhappy clients too? One thing I must say tho is that the staff are rather courteous still.

A business-oriented hotel which is located next to Midvalley Mall. This great location makes it suitable for tourist to stay here as well. Room is considered small but not cramped. Hair dryer and electric kettle are provided.

Parking are really poor, never upgrade after so many years. We are stucked in the car park to exit the mall nearly one hour… Not even can get out of the parking … Poor management.

General: Great for families because there is an adjoining mall to the hotel. Room: A little dated but clean. Has great views of KL. Service: Orderly and everything you expect of a 4 star hotel is provided.

To Management Valet Parking Midvalley:
At least prepare bench/stools/plastic chair for people to sit. I've seen old folks and ladies carrying babies had to stand for at least 15-20mins waiting for their cars. U charged people RM20 per entry and u make thousands daily. Yet a simple cheap plastic chair cannot be provided for customers. I was informed by the staff there, that many customers complained, and even the staff have informed Management to do something. No actions taken. Rectify this.

Good location, directly next to midvalley. Basic simple room and show its age, still fairly well maintained though. For the same price u can get nicer rooms elsewhere but I think the price is mainly for the location and convenience you get. Seems to have special rate for regular.

Right at Mid Valleys massive mall, doesn't get more convenient than that. The rooms are clean and simple. The view from the room was surprisingly great; you get an almost unobstructed view of KLs skyscrapers. That made the stay very above average.

Very nice place to stay. Very friendly staff. Very good chef as well. Chinese New Year buffet is very good. Well done to the chef.

Strategically located in Midvalley. No worries about food, entertainment or of course shopping. Ideal for shopping or even business trip with family member. Able to meet with people in many choice of restaurant or stall. Everyone can have their own activities without need to travel far.

Rooms and hotel overall is little dated, that comes along with being around for some time. Breakfast has ample variety for most people. room available at reasonable price in the center of the city with a mega mall, nothing much more for me to ask. there are enough shopping and food activities to keep a lot of people occupied for certain time. Kommuter rail lines bring people in and out if they do not want to drive there.

A good place to stay for shopping. Located right in the Mid Valley Mall. Only, on holidays crowded. Good view from the window, lived on the 17th floor.

Rooms quite spacious but a little refreshment would not be too much.
In family vacation mode, I would not go to this hotel which lacks warmth, the place not the staff that is very friendly!

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Convenient and easy access 2 the Mall. Room considered small, but adequate for 2 persons. Cleanliness is average as we noticed some litter under the beds accidentally. Door 2 toilet makes a lot of squeaking noise somehow. Maid daily cleaning generally good. Hotel staff friendly.

Rooms are small and fixtures are old. Toilet flushing not so smooth. However it is reasonably clean. Very helpful Front desk Manager.

This hotel was chosen because of the location in the mega centre of the same name. As a location for shopping great as a place to stay and relax is not recommended.

My family and I spent 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. The staffs are friendly, very professional and always put their customers first. My family and I really felt at home through out our stay. Room service is superb. Mid Valley Mall and Garden Mall are shopping heaven for those who love shopping. My wife and I spent all our 3 nights there going from shop to shop and stall to stall looking for souvenirs and presents for our love ones back home. Do try out this wonderful hotel if you intend to stay at Mid Valley.

Stayed here with my family and we loved it so much. The building is connected to Mid Valley so shopping and dining are very convenient. The hotel parking is free for unlimited hours, which is great because since I was only going to be in Mid Valley, I don't have to worry about finding nearby parking to park my car for two nights. I loved their breakfast too. But they only give 2 coupons for 3 of us, although we have mentioned that we are 3 people staying. Maybe because they count by room, not by head. I hated this part the most. The room is small so it can be a little uncomfortable walking around. Room condition overall is ok. However, the staff are very polite, friendly, helpful, and most importantly they know how to smile sincerely. So thank you!

Hotel itself is nice, only not easy for pedestrian traveller like me since I need to get in the mall in order to visit hotel. If you're drive, or on Taxi then it's fine. Hotel itself like it is from 90s' HK movie. Also my last day they write something sweet on paper and left it on my desk. I pretty appreciate the attention they gave me.

Room is a bit small but clean, service is everyday. It is good for the price, good location, places for parking and direct access for KTM. Stay here and enjoy shopping and eating everyday. Friendly and professional staff as well.

We stayed in Superior room. A little bit cramped but still has room to move around. 3 stars for comfort, cleanliness and service (meets expectation). One extra star for the superb location. This was my first visit to KL and thanks to its adjacency to Mid Valley mall, it was easy to get food, exchange currency, and going around.

One of the best hotels to stay of your travelling for work! Or shopping. It's like the central, easy access to public transport. The staffs are very friendly and speak fluent English. In house laundry good breakfast buffet all in all! Rooms are cleaned daily and are very hygenic. Thank team Cititel!

I liked this whole Area because of adjacent Mall, mosque and above all metro and bus service. Cititel hotel is good breakfast is delicious but the Rooms are small.

Good hotel with affordable price. The check in was so slow and inefficient. Hope this will get improve.

Affordable price. Good place actually. Have been staying here every now and then. But I am having a bad experience here. 1. Arrived at 2.40pm at hotel and had to wait 1 hour for non-smoking room. 2. As I walking through the corridor of non-smoking floor, I could smell the scent of unpleasant cigarette smoke. As I enter the room. I could still smell the cigarette smoke. To make things worse I got the adjoining room. As the people in room next door smokes. The smell of the cigarette seeps through the loosely fitted adjoining door. 3. Informed the front desk about this matter. Housekeeping came in and spray2 my room with air freshner. That's it. When requested to change room, I was told that I will have to wait for another 2 hours. Too tired to wait already. The staff reassured me that they will check and look into the matter. 12.30am. I can still smell the cigarette smoke. I'm surprised that they are still alive smoking in that small closed room. The actions taken by the management was not effective enough I guess. 4. I had to tape the adjoining door and stuffed some towel in hoping that the smell will go away. But it doesn't. My nose is now feeling stuffed and it hurts a little. Darn it. The non-smoking sign is joke. Does cititel really going to charge rm300 to people who smokes in non-smoking room? Or it is just a joke too?

Mid range 3 star hotel. Rooms are not enough spaced. Complimentary breakfast is a pro for stay here. Person staying at Cititel can avail gym and swimming pool facility at RM 20 only. Service is good.

Dropped by to meet up with friends. Looks old but clean though. May try out next time if price is reasonable.

Next to the large shopping center. Free Wi-Fi free breakfast but room narrow. Reception is good.

Hotel rooms are quite small, and Wi-Fi was patchy. I was on a business trip and it was quite important for the Wi-Fi to work for me. The location is superb as it is on top of a huge mall with many eateries and shopping.

The room is small. No swimming pool. Clean room. Perfect location, the location is super good. Have special car park for the guests. Friendly staffs.

It is super convenient with the shopping mall downstairs. The staff is friendly. The room is clean and neat. But is is quite small. Anyway you will probably spend most of your time at the mall if you stay here.

Staying at this hotel was one of the most unpleasant experiences of my recent trip to KL last month. Customer service at this hotel is simply atrocious. I had an issue with how I was being treated by the hotel's staff and when I expressed my concerns directly to the night manager, he was rude, unresponsive and arrogant. Rooms are tiny and cramped, and overpriced for what you are paying. If you really need to be close to Mid Valley, this is the best place, but other wise, avoid.

Rooms are decent. Great location and well connected to shopping malls. Cititel is linked to Mid Valley shopping while it's only 20 minutes away from KL City Center. Lots of retail shops by well known brand are in Mid Valley and Garden mall.

Hotel rooms are a bit small but location and service are very good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great too as it is inside a huge shopping complex with plenty of food and shops.
