Beautiful is the word for this hotel. Really well designed hotel with plush interiors. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The staff is prompt and helpful. The restaurant is ok. On the top of the hotel, there is an open air swimming pool with gymnasium. The view of the city from the hotel is simply outstanding. Its the worth the money here.

Their Pool is woooow, roof top pool these days is the way to go. I love it and the rooms with perfect views… you get your Kuala Lumpur city to yoself.

Decent sized clean well maintained apartment. Free bottled water. All staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop pool and gym/lounge area. Decent continental breakfast. Free shuttles but I didn't use them. Short walk to Ampang Park station and just 10 mins further to Petronas Towers. 24hr Family Mart (equivalent of 7-11) which accepts credit cards in the Citibank building just 10mins walk away. Overall a great place to stay, very good value for money, highly recommend.

Single deluxe room is very nice but in terms of amenities around the area — the nearest is abt a 10 minute walk away and there's not that much to do outside without taking a cab. Other than that the room is fantastic.

I would give a 5 star if wasn't for the delay of check in. The room itself was really comfortable and nice. Everything was good and it provides everything you need in limited spaces! Recommended anyway!

Clean and very spacious. Comes with in-room washer and dryer which is very convenient to guests. Kitchen facility in room is very good. Housekeeping is very friendly. Front desk is very helpful. Worth for money stay (leisure or business travel) Although, hotel management should consider adding up some menu for breakfast buffet as the choice is very limited. Overall, a pleasant and great stay.

The best service apartment in kl tat I have ever stayed. Fast checking in and super helpful n friendly staff… highly recommended for family. The only setback is the breakfast is very pathetic… need tons of improvement on tat…

Overall clean, comfortable and spacious. Some annoyance with sound through the wall. Pillow is not firm enough. But I am really nit picking.

Quite surrounding. Good service. Provides shuttle service to shopping malls. The location is tad far from pavilion and KLCC. Still walkable.

Excellent place to discover Kuala Lumpur I had been there three times in July and August 2015, Somerset offer spacious different type rooms all gives a very nice view over KL It's very well located 5 minutes walk fro the metro station and 10 walk from KLCC, the rooms are clean and well equipped The hourly shuttle to the different shopping center are very good and practical Helpful staff and management الفندق ممتاز ومناسب للعوائل لديهم خيارات مختلفة في الغرف المكان قريب إلى مركز المدينة ولديهم خدمة توصيل. مجانية جيدة

We were bitten by bedbugs in our room @ Somerset Ampang. Very poor breakfast & unfriendly staff. Thumbs down!

The hotel just super awesome.

The environment, the people and the amenities are amazing. I enjoyed the friendliness and the warmth of the people that work here, really makes a difference when you are far away from home. The swimming pool has an amazing view as well as the work out areas in the gym. It is family friendly and has one of the most amazing views in the evening just before sunset. Thank you.

Have stayed at The Somerset two years in row for 6 months and can highly recommend it Well located — walking distance to KLCC, apartments well appointed and most with stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, management holds a strong green ethic, and there are the personal touches like being invited to "open house" and being remembered on Mother's day etc. Altogether a great experience and exceptional value for money.

Best hotel I have stayed in my times in kuala lumpur and not too pricey. Best 5 nights.

We stayed close to a month. Great experience staying here. Staffs willing to help and easily approached. Most guards (not sure I should name em) at front security section were very professional and excellent when handling nasty taxi drivers. Location great to a couple of great malls that we know of. Restaurant at ground lvl need improvement in a quality food section plus during morning bfast meal with flies buzzing near the food section. Thats no good. The gym n pool were excellent. Great view and pretty secure even at night. Small size easy to manage. Kitchen were great but the broadband speed goes up n down. U hear noises off the street on weekends mostly and even from the above floor. Would definitely come back n highly recommended from me.
