I spent one day here while I was on business trip. The room was spacious. The view from the window on the skyscrapers was stunning. On the breakfast there are a lot of possibilities to choose from. The staff was super helpfull. I like that the Hotel is situated above shopping mall, so I could buy gifts right away.

Some very unfriendly staff. My experience with a Manager, Vincent was totally unpleasant. The buka puasa buffet was just too many people with no social distancing.

Incredible staff. The hotel itself is great, quality rooms and delicious food, but it is the people that work here that make it so great. Everyone on the executive lounge is just awesome. It always feels like coming home every time I greet them after a trip.

I had a lovely experience at Double Tree by Hilton at Kuala Lumpur what a beautiful ambience cuisine food beverages n d most importantly the overall staff is very humble and nice overall it had a great time with my husband n my 5 months old daughter we enjoyed a lot here as I am vegetarian n my husband is non vegetarian amazing experience with this hotel the food is amazing everything is such a well maintained m highly recommended to all please visit this hotel n you will find a wonderful experience. Thanks to all staff all chefs housekeeping members receptionist they literally all do hard work for their clients.

Although we had some initial difficulties with our room (odd smell and some slow response), the remainder of our stay went without a hitch. The breakfast on Level 11 alone makes it worthwhile staying here! Fresh roti, great choices and lovely staff! The hotel is also in a great location, not too far from shopping centres and we found transport very easy.

Very cosy and comfortable ambiance, the lobby itself is merged into a very homely style, a good place to meet up with friends, romantic and family friendly place. Room are comfortable, very well set up, trendy and warm.

Great breakfast spread! Comfortable and spacious rooms, beds and pillows. Staff are friendly and helpful. Water pressure for shower is a little slow though. Great overall experience though!

Good location with good service. The room is comfortable but seemed a little aged, maybe need redecoration; Swimming pool is long enough to swim; sauna and steam room was small, people who like these facilities will be disappointed; The choice of food in lounge was not that enough, the best tasty is nachos with fresh salsa sauce. The breakfast is one of the best i've even had; several types of food (Chinese, Malay, India, western…) and most of the food taste good, highly recommend Indian food. Choice of fruit was not that enough, but it is still a good hotel to stay. 15 mins walk to twin towers.

I've calculated more. Try another hotel better. Twice the deposit from me took — nonsense.

Greeted with good service by the front desk team upon arrival and all of my inquiries were answered accordingly. Room was decent with good amenities and in tandem with Hilton's well known standard. My only complaint would be the buffet breakfast spread which falls below the quality I expected from Makan Kitchen (the in-house restaurant at the property).

A Top notch hotel. The room was spacious and they easily accomodated my smoking habit. All the staff are extremely friendly. The location is also wonderful with close proximity to all the transportation of kl, underground and go kl free bus are just a 4 min walk away. Breakfast buffet catered for all tastes. And the check in cookie is worth staying here on its own.

Staff friendly enough, bteakfast is chaotic food no where as good Doubletree JB ask for omelettes chef makes scrambled eggs when I was learning to cook sure as hell didnt learn to make omelettes how they were doing fried eggs are awful cooked like a greasy motorway cafe in the uk cooked in a ring a slapped on hot plate hmmmm, indian food was yummy at breakfast, lifts here are the most slowest we have ever encountered they dont even work properly u press for up it goes down if u r on certain floor but still hv lounge access only certain lifts can use, lounge is ok staff very friendly and work so hard in there especially cocktail time I feel sorry for them they even hv time to chat to guest really well done guys in the lounge appreciate what u do, my other gripe here its a absolute disgrace that they hv a smoking area right next to pool beds and not far really from kiddies pool it should be stopped end of here want to smoke outside, why should guest sit by pool and be subjected to cigarette smoke, gym steam sauna changing all clean well looked after 2 friendly gym guys there, room for improvement here banning smoking here is a good start.

The food spread and quality at the breakfast and lunch @ Makan is fantastic. It brings out the food paradise of Malaysia.
Staff are friendly and efficient. The work enthics are prob a result of the great Hilton Hotel culture and as the people of Malaysia as they stride in progress as a nation and KL a cosmo city.
Amenities wise, as a business traveller hotel, the gym is small and little to expect of and the pool is under designed with a shallow depth of 0.8m, which is quite disappointing. Otherwise the sauna and steam room are spacious and better than thought.
One peeve however is the guest lift which is slow and the stairway are designed disorientating due to its building design and it can be a nightmare in the event of a fire escape.
I rated it a 4/5 for a business traveller hotel as the rooms are geneously spacious even for small families on holidays. Rock on Hilton Doubletree KL.

Very large downtown hotel, the room is very clean, big and comfortable. The refreshments in the café are delicious, although they are very expensive. Breakfast buffet style is also very good. The welcome biscuits and drinks are delicious and intimate! There is a swimming pool and a few restaurants that are quite distinctive.

Words are taken away. My husband took me here for a surprise birthday, I was greeted with a warm cookie and cold fruit drink. The reception was very helpful and courteous. Beautiful room and to my surprise a birthday cake waiting for me too. The pool area is stunning, very relaxing, with a nice restaurant next to it. Overall excellent hotel.

The buffet spread and service is awesome though a-la-carte menu is not very big. For buffet, they have large counters of Indian, Malay and Chinese cuisines, with a big selection of local and western dessert menu. The decor is very ethnic. Good place for Hilton dwellers.

Stayed one night coz club membership expiring. All staff including reservation, reception and Makan Kitchen staff were all very courteous. Breakfast was wonderful with great variety to choose from. Had a wonderful and stress free stay! Keep up the good work!

An exemplary hotel. Have stayed here at least seven or eight times over the past few years, and every time they have exceeded our expectations for hospitality. The staff is well trained, courteous, and welcoming, especially the executive club staff, who go above and beyond to make everyone feel like a valued guest. Jini and Maria in particular are amazing (though, to be honest, all of the staff is truly great). The hotel is clean and modern. The gym is fantastic, as is the pool, and the breakfast is some of the most delicious I've had. Truly one of the best hotel in KL and they continue to set an incredibly high standard.

Great breakfast and facilities; rooms adequate but not super spacious The hotel has wonderful facilities. I liked the swimming pool (but didn't like its salty water). I also liked the breakfast for its variety. The executive lounge affords good views but the food there isn't too impressive. Overall this is an excellent hotel for its price.

The hotel accommodations are very good, Hilton Hotel The interesting detail is that when you check in the hotel, the counter will give the traveler a hot cookie, and the meal card will have a bite on the cookie pattern, I guess this means "warm greetings"? The 34 floor of the hotel is also the VIP room, providing unlimited snacks and drinks, of course, need certain conditions to meet the needs of access to the VIP room, VIP outdoor can directly see the side of Shuangfeng Tower, opposite is J.
P. Morgan Building, sometimes you can see the opposite people playing table tennis, very comfortable. The rooms are well-equipped and the bathroom has a mirror with an annular light, there is also a weight gauge, the general items are available, it is worth mentioning that the bathroom and the room at one side of the interval is full transparent floor glass, that is, can be seen in the room inside the bathroom, of course, you can also through the bathroom inside the switch to let the electric roll curtain fall,
It wouldn't be too embarrassing.
Everything else in the room was great, including office chairs, very solid feeling, bed soft hardness is also very moderate, the thickness of the quilt is very comfortable, will not appear too soft or too hard, the bedside table also has a reading lamp, practicality is very high, the only pity is that the TV model slightly older, it is not interesting to mention.

When checking in … Into the room to see the center of the bed a long hair, but also tangled together, quilt is not flat … The others are normal.

Good location, 10 minutes to KLCC, there's nothing to be commended for. There's no bad place, 4 stars.

Service quality to be improved, slow response, low efficiency, any one thing will take half an hour to finish. The room facilities are relatively old in comparison with several hotels around.

Rooms are OK. There are some restaurants in the building (some open 24h), supermarket, ATM, etc. An iron is in the room. There is a normal hair dryer in the room. (No one you have to keep pressed on "on" all the time). The breakfast was very good.

I love this place. They have a pool, and unlike what a lot of people say on reviews, they did give us an upgrade, and access to the executive lounge. The breakfast was the usual, mid quality ingredients, insanely good coffee and a wide selection of food. Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Especially our cleaning guy, whose name I unfortunately already forgot : (

Service was great, the staff was helpful and the place was impeccably clean. The ballroom was a bit small and the elevator wait time was rather slow. Despite that the decor and feel of the place was amazing. The toilets were clean and dry too.

We were already greeted at the airport by the hotel-chauffeur friendly. The hotel was followed by the check-in in the executive Lounge on the 34 floor.
An executive suite was booked on the 34 floor (via Echeck-in), but for operational reasons we were moved to the 33 floor; Which is no problem.
Suite is very nice, in about 60 sqm large and divided in two halves (living — and sleeping area). Very modern and tastefully decorated and very pleasant brownish beige tones. View from the room unspectacular but acceptable.
Makan Kitchen is quite full for breakfast and accordingly noisy. It is advisable to visit or breakfast in the morning until 09h00, if possible in the lounge, however, selection is limited. Quality and quantity as well as the variety of dishes excellent. There are all kinds of western and Asian food. You will be very welcome — Asia-Typical — very friendly.
The hotel is located in the middle of the Intermark Mall, but there is hardly anything. Most of them visit the basement supermarket with many Importproukten. However, prices are relatively above average Malay.
Subway station is just a few metres from the hotel (Ampang Park).
Petronas Tower can also be reached on foot.
In short, it is a nice experience to book this hotel, especially as the prices here are not as high as other top hotel brands (Grand Hyatt, Intercontinental…).

Very convenient location for KL down town. Everything is walking distance. View from executive lounge of Petronas Twin Towers is breathtaking! Staff is customer friendly. Upgraded the room. Buffet breakfast was one of the best in the world & not expensive. The place is huge. Malay, Western & Indian with live station for all cuisine. It is admirable how efficiently they manage the whole scene.

This hotel is a gem! We stayed here for 5 nights for a family trip and the hotel was very accommodating of our requests. Breakfast had a lot of varieties, and as a vegetarian, we had a lot of options to choose from (especially from the Indian section). The staff in the executive lounge were also wonderful, props especially for Jini! There was a salt water swimming pool too, which makes it easier for children to float! We can't wait to be back here!

Very good hotel. Big nice clean room. Nice swimming pool. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties. Easy to get taxis as it's always available outside the hotel. The only cons is the hotel is located in a very busy & jammed place most of the time.

We had our dinner there on the 23rd December, 2017 for 20 pax (15 adults and 5 children). Upon reaching Makan Kitchen I saw my daughter, her husband and her 4 children still standing and waiting. She was told there were 5 separate tables reserved for us. This was not our 1st year-end dinner at a hotel. We had even checked-in at away from home hotels to have this much anticipated family end of year dinner. We were denied sitting at one long table, though reservation was made far ahead in advance because we did not specify we had wanted to be seated together. Hello! Who in the world would book for 20 family members and sit separately? The hotel staff at the reception just turned a deaf ear when we requested to sit at a reserved area with empty seats which according to the hotel employee are on first come first serve basis. The seats were empty and 20 of us were already standing for nearly half an hour. My daughter who was hosting the dinner walked up to the counter and said that we would leave for another location if it was impossible for them to accommodate our request. Guess what? Within minutes they readied a room with a long table to accommodate all of us! When we asked how come there was a room when earlier they said it was fully booked. Their most illogical response 'reserved for walk-ins'. How could they jeopadice losing 20 confirmed diners to waiting for unsure walk-ins?

Lovely hotel — I really enjoyed the fact that this hotel has a shopping mall below with Starbucks, cafe dome, McDonnell’s etc inside the hotel. The executive lounge on the 34 floor has great views of the KL Twin towers — photos attached. Also Christmas 2017 decoration from used plastic bottles — well done.

Rooms, beds and furniture look new. No smell, hot water will soon be hot. Free parking spaces are available, especially in Kuala Lumpur, but be careful in and out, so don't hit the wall, especially when turning. Look down from the 34 floor, especially during the cloudy day, really high, very small, very busy!

I don’t know why I cannot get a govt. Price rate room tho, we had Minister coming over during the conference. Very disappointed!

It was a wonderful stay as the hotel is nearby to several amenities shop and makan places. Unfortunately we encountered a water pipe leakage in our room hallway and we have to change our room to a slightly smaller one as the hotel has an almost full occupancy. However, the services rendered were excellent. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The bell man helped us by engaging with the private chartered car driver to the airport to make it seamless as possible for us. I appreciate that concierge services. We would like to stay there again when we are in Kuala Lumpur.

Only 1 night and in an Honours room. Room was welcoming and modern, mostly clean apart from some old rose petals (1 under a pillow and 1 under the edge of the bed). Nice clean toilet. Staff were nice.

Stayed here for the second time and still love it. The location is perfect, close to all city highlights. The suites are light and spacious and give all comfort you need. All the staff is really friendly and helpful, which makes you feel welcome and home away from home.

Business hotel, the grand ball room looks spacious and well facilitated. Good view of the stage and projectors (countless at all angle). Parking for guest is mere MYR5 flat rate. A catch in the city centre.

The cafe and food choices are endless! The intermark also has a cafe called "bonjour" it's an absolutely comfortable place to drink some coffee, chat, and most of all try their breads and cupcakes by them! It's absolutely wonderful! The hotel is also as amazing! Anywho, I gtg finish up now! Byeeeee.

From the time you are treated with a cookie, till the time you check out, the service is brilliant at this hotel. I stayed on the 33rd floor facing the side away from the twin towers but the view was still amazing! The rooms were well made and had all the amenities found in a high end hotel room. The breakfast buffet was vast and had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I didn't feel left out considering I'm a vegetarian and they had a few Indian dishes as well. Overall great experience!

Good on second attempt: the first room they gave me smelled very musty and water was running constantly. Took them 1h to relocate me. The second room (same type) was really good. Clean and comfy bed. The breakfast selection is very varied — big selection across Asian and Western choices. The rates are reasonable.

Very good location and very expensive. They will give you such a heavy bill, perhaps you will knee down and raise your hands towards Heavens. Oh yes, once you pay it, you have a topic to talk till you die (just like I am doing here? ).

Review of THE INTERMARK at the bottom of the hotel. Looks like it's still under development in terms of addition of shops (clothing, beauty). Lots of restaurants in a food court style as well as stand alone. A very clean neat looking grocery store too. Very new and clean.

I stayed in this hotel in an executive suite on the 29th floor. It was very clean when we arrived. Executive lounge serves very nice food and beverages with nice cozy sitting on the 34th floor with nice looking over the mountains and greenery. Did a massage along with my husband in the Spa on the 10th floor and it was really nice, also the pool on the 10th floor worth trying, especially at night.
