Good location, friendly staff.

Nice view hotel and good service.

First of all Thank you very much to Starpoints hotel chosen me as a winner free night stay at Deluxe room. It's located at strategic location. It was a good staycation for us to experience different cultures around. In addition, the staffs and Mr Sastry is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable, I have had a good sleep. Last but not least, THANKS again to Starpoints Hotel for the hospitality!

Excellent location. Cozy rooms. Housekeeping response could be better. Dinner options are inadequate.

Cleanliness is maintained. However, rooms are small and conjusted. Also, ACs are not well located.

Good hotel. But at night outdoor drilling totally unable to sleep. Avoid rooms that face the pavement.

Clean, cosy, and located in the hearts of Kuala Lumpur. Great views at night! Love it.

We stayed here last week and would never recommend this place to my friends and family. Not a safe place to stay with family bcoz of less security and also no proper help from the management on time. We had really bad experience from strangers at night. The rooms are good but very old fashioned air conditioner without remote. We have to go near the front door everytime to adjust the temperature. The restaurant is much crowded and the food menu is really pathetic. Have to wait for long to get the curries and even bread refilled. We adjusted with bread butter n jam throughout for breakfast. The location is good and all the places are easily accessible. But have to walk some distance to get a taxi or bus.

The superior room is very small in size, particularly bathroom space is too short. The hotel provides only two bottles per day which is not sufficient. Not only that, They didn't allow to fill bottle from purifier in the restaurant though we paid restaurant charge also. The services & Rest of things were found were good.

Bath rooms with shower only but we enjoyed this because instead of keeping dirty buckets and mugs this kind of arrangement is good Delicious food including dosa is also available but when we checked in we were refused to provide dinner but after showing all the documents given by our agent they were convinced anyhow it was a pleasant stay.

Very unfriendly and rude staff. House keeping boys were very racist. Room Service is not done properly. They don’t even clean the toilet and bathroom. If you ask them to clean they’ll say Its all done and they can’t come back and clean again. Only beds are made. We were given a room where the shower had no door and the whole bathroom would get flooded. There were ants, mosquitos and what not coming out of the drain in the shower. Had to change my room the next day. The beds aren’t comfy nor does the ac work properly. THe only good thing you’ll see at this hotel is the reception. I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past 4 years and my last stay was the worst ever. The service I got was pathetic. The house keeping supervisor didn’t understand English. It was very hard to communicate with him. He just wouldn’t understand what I’d say. Overall I had a really bad experience.

Spacious rooms. One extra cot can be placed. Close to all shopping places. Water flow is too good in bath room. Staff are good. Food pricing is bit on the higher side. Safe place. Safety locker not working. Toilet doors and locks not maintained properly. Though many review is about poor ac we couldn't control the ac and it was throwing chill air continuously. Regulator not working. With all small issues it is a good hotel to stay. Nearby all indian market and hotels are available. This is a good advantage to the indian travellers. Read the instructions given in one of the photo here provided by hotel management.

The toilets need to be maintained properly. Otherwise the rooms are comfortable. There is a tourist tax of RM 20 per room in Malaysia. Over and above the hotel tariff. Ensure that you are prepared for this.

Though most of the reviews about this place is quite right one way or the other, you get for what you pay, minor glitches, the ac was not cool enough, the bathroom door handle was broken, but no complaints, I enjoyed my stay there, because the location is great, the staff were helpful enough for me, but yes there is room for improvement, nice views from the hotel room, train stations flea market and all locations very close, great Indian and Malay dining options. A fully equipped mall is on the same building where you get just about everything. Got a kettle and sachets of tea and coffee and two bottles of water, so it was great.

Awful, noisy, messy sorrounding/location. Room were wet and smelly. The odour in corridor was unbearable. We asked to change room and was offered a cleaner room. Breakfast was ok. Caters more for the south Asians. Friendly staff is the only positive! We were booked in by a travel agent and didn’t check reviews before checking into this hotel. Try and avoid.

We are stayed past three days back booked online for three person staying capacity, but you are given twin sharing capacity and receptionist & manager also told me extra bed, our hotel policy, we are not satisfied and also tell my friends not booking this hotel. after we are told some reasonable talk they will give another room also put extra bed and at the time of booking is amount is low then reached the hotel they says is high they says unwanted answers (at the time of booking is included vat, but they says extra and tourist tax, etc. )

It's OK if you're really on a budget. But quality of the rooms are poor. During my stay I changed two rooms but the ac was not cooling. The staff was helpful though. Don't really recommend it.

Staff are rude. Breakfast is awful. Room got mosquitos and ants. Not recommended.

Great location and extremely friendly and polite staff! My stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Not all rooms are equally good in terms of value for money though; best bet would be to request for what’s most important to you, e. G. Spacious room, large wardrobe space, large shower, etc. Only basic amenities are provided. Not surprised as room rates are very reasonable, but I’d have loved to see simple carpet slippers and extra blankets provided at no charge. Wifi is free and co…nnection strength is excellent. No extra charges or limits on number of devices. Restaurant menu and staff definitely require improvement. Quality of food not up to par with premium prices.

Service is really bad. Rooms are not clean. Asked for changing the room, other rooms which they shown for changing was worst than the current room. If you are booking superior room you will get dirty room without room slippers, tooth brush and paste. Also broken lock and door, dirty toilet, dirty pillows, dirty wash basin and bath room. And the supervisor says" in my seven years experience you are the only person complaining! " All of you please decide yourself whether you want to book in this hotel or not. We are paying that much money for staying in this dirty place. Photos are attached for your reference.

Hotel is located in centre. Nice location but Service quality is not satisfactory. Be careful if you r going for tours. Tour operator at the reception may highly overcharge you for petty services so cross check before taking any tour services from hotel.

Superb budget hotel for the newcomers. Comfortable and relaxed after long days of walking and shopping in KL.

This hotel simple but in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, if you a free and easy trwveler n dont mind the busy street n 4star hotel. I think this hotel is best for u to stay with family and friend. And u have no problem to shop and find food around this area and theres alot of ibdian cuisine around this area it so yummy, all u need is to bring extra money n go shopping.

Always stayed here whenever we travel to KL … clean, good service, convenient location close to places we would usually go like Sogo, night market, fabric shops and so on. Places to eat around here are abundant and public transports are easily available. Room rates are a bit high but It's okay, since it's decently clean and location is just perfect for our shopping trip.

It's a publicly stunt that they call themselves 3*! Well they aren't. Rooms are extremely small and the carpet stinks Wash rooms do not have bath curtains Breakfast is a madhouse! It's always crowded and the place isn't very hygenic! Plates are not cleaned regularly and tables have plates always. The breakfast options are ok. Coffee is good I personally stayed for 2 weeks, where my room front door got locked and I was stuck! Rooms don't have a table and a chair for work, and internet does not reach all corners of the room Toiletries that are given, stink like rotten! Their reception is 24x7 and very prompt and curtious The location is excellent! It is in the heart of KL Kababish restaurant, I'd give it a 2/5 rating. I'm a vegetarian, I'm judging based on my experience only.

Excellent location amidst the buzzing market place. Economical pricing & good service. Recommended to stay.

The hotel is located in the part known as Little India in Kuala Lumpur. The guestrooms feature individually regulated air conditioning and a work desk with high-speed Internet access. Furthermore coffee/tea making facilities and LCD TV with a variety of cable and local channels to choose from are also available. You can enjoy with a mixture of international and local flavours.

1st time here, and gv me bad impression when come to talk with receptionist (Lady) Im travel far fr south china sea bring all my family and feeling unwelcome here. A lots of miscomunication. Pls improve your frontline service. However the bell boys was vy helpful n friendly. Tq.

The hotel is a bit old and service is not that good. The locality is also not very good. It can work if you are looking for a cheap place to stay a couple of nights. The best thing here is the food. The restaurant offers excellent Pakistani and Indian Food.

Got my money's worth. One should definitely try the roof top restaurant. So far so good.

Comfortable stay with family when we long traveled as a tourist.

Wi-Fi — very good. Connect to room location — very good. Easy to search muslim food. facility — I book 2 room. That suppose have mini bar for each room. But dissapointed cz one of the room, the minibar didnt work, already told to the reception, but no action they do.
