Clean and good service is up to date.

1st time booked, good staff & good service, the room is cleaned and has a magnificient view. It also near with plaza hartamas & shopping mall and easy to find restaurant.

Worse experience ever which resulted checking out late night to move to another hotel. It needs a new management and a change in staffing. You guys behave more like a motel as opposed to what you named yourselves. No pride in your brand or work whatsoever.

Failed to deliver extra bed which was prepaid, and no response regarding refund after 3 month chasing. Calling / email several times and nothing feedback. Poor communication and management.

Ramadan Iftar was superbly done with home cook dishes. Great ambiance hospitable staff. Cozy property. Kudos to the hotel team.

Booked the deluxe studio room a week ago but when reach the service counter, we total 3 persons (2 female and 1 male) had told that all rooms are rented out. Is ok. Their manager provided solution to move us to Boulevard Hotel but with downgraded room. We booked deluxe studio room 1king bed and 1sofa bed, max 3persons allowable. He offered superior queen/king room. Talked to their manager twice but he cut the line, rude service! Waited for more an hour with a solution that their GM approved which is move to Boulevard Hotel with additional cost! We booked the room in advance and u rented out our booked room and expected we pay more for another hotel? Somemore the location is not the one we expected to. Their GM refuse to talk to us for a better solution. Finally their customer service staffs offer us to stay in a room that WITHOUT an aircond, just support with a portable aircond that with weak air conditioning. We checked in at 11.15pm and by the time things settled at 1.30am!

The place is conv. All amenities is so close by. The plus point. The King Palace is the neighbour.

Service is good. Place is clean. I love this place.

Nice room and breakfast. The staff is helpful too, willing to change another non smoking room for us when we found that the room given is fulled of the smoke smell. Convenient but just the location of the swimming pool is not so strategic. Less privacy.

Nice and spacious room. Restaurants and food outlets are within vicinity. Just a short walking distance to Hartamas Shopping Complex.

Overall it's a good place to stay in for few days, however block B is so noisy, because it's opposite the street, I couldn't sleep first days. It's little bit far from the city KL, no metro station near by. There is a bridge connected from Damas Plaza to Hartmas Shopping Mall.

Stayed 2 nights. Clean and brand new suites. Its just abit noisy from block b as its face the main street and the wind was coming through the balcony door. Good service over all.

Very convenient as it has everything u need in an apartment. Food is easy to get, there is a shopping mall in front of Damas Suites as well. If you need to go anywhere, just get a Grab.

Nice place with large rooms. Easy access to Hartamas Plaza on the other side of the road gives a lot of options to eat.

Best place to make you feel like home. The hospitality is really gud. Brealfast was always the same whoch was tiring after a few days, otherthan that no issues at all.

Spacious rooms and good service. Good place to stay with nice view as well.

The apartments are reasonable although the bathroom and showers are oddly small for the size of the room. And the water spills all over the entire bathroom floor during a shower. The towels are old and probably need to be renewed. Plus there is no small hand towel in the bathroom. The rooms are noisy as the windows don't really keep the street noise out. Breakfast was unremarkable.

I enjoy to stay with damas suites residence with good service n veryclean even they have 24 hour securities I feel safe n comfortable.

The room / apartment is Condo Themed & its spacious for adults but having small troops running around, it posed another set of alertness required. The pool is normal but ideal for a dip & just having fun. Gym, that is complete. Overall, good for me.

Big room but the facility is not well maintained. For example, the glass door in the shower room is completely taken away so when we use the shower, the toilet next to it gets very wet. Also the glass door in the bed room is half gone so we couldn't shut the room completely. However, the view from the room, the breakfast and the services were excellent. I will book the same hotel next time.

This is a very good place for family gathering and also for a comfortable steak it is located nearby mall and you can easily get down from your room and walk across the bridge and there you are a shopping complex full of outlets and food over there exclamation have a place call Mercato market and this place sells high quality groceries I suggest this to everyone who wants a place to relax and enjoy.

Overall excellent stay. Front desk and security staff were friendly and professional. Room had a slight smoke smell initially but otherwise was pleasant and clean. The only gripe I had was a lack of a power outlet at the desk for me to charge my laptop for work.

There is so often a booking / payment issue. I had booked through the hotels main website, choosing the option of "pay now" as this was cheaper. On arrival, I was told that I had not paid. They hadn't charged my debit card, and so I had to pay then. If I had known this before hand, I would have paid in a different method. If you expect a payment to go through, it really should. On checking out, I was told that I had not paid. I produced the receipt that they had issued, to be told a debit card sales slip wasn't proof of payment. When I open my internet banking and showed them that they had taken money from my account, they were still confused saying that the payment had gone through in October and now it was November, they had no way of checking until their accounts department opened. This is such a simple service — a correct bill and payment. An otherwise good trip leaves a bad taste when you have to argue to prove that you have paid.

Loved the room and the service! Had a cockroach issue on the first night and by the next morning it was solved. The next 2 nights were fabulous. Perfect account, clean room and very very nicely decorated. Location is great!

Used to stay at this suite during my business trip. We got plenty of car parks, good security, convenience shop around the corner and a Damas Shopping Mall. Just walking distance.

Overall, facilities were great (washing machine, stove, fridge, TV, air-conditioner, even toaster). Studio apartment was very spacious, should be able to cover about 4-5 persons. Location was great, affordable food within the plaza and a mall just a bridge away. Optional driving to other places were no hassle at all. There was only one issue on the air-conditioner, although room was not too warm, but we were unable to adjust the temperature as it will be reset to 26 degrees. It was a pleasant stay, definitely will stay again.

Class A suites with royal service. Only recommendation: * Breakfast to be served at 06:00 vs. 07:00. My (our) workday starts early, and ended up rushing my breakfast meal to get to work on time. * Housekeeping to clean room before the noon hour. Often I would return from work in the late afternoon, and the room has not been cleaned yet. Lastly, want to recognize Mr. Renaldo Miguel Villenguez. He is the consummate professional! Unselfish, personable, and diligent to responding to our needs. He is ready for increased responsibility and is deserving of a bonus.

Nice place with good services around the place very quite and good for relaxation, it has good view towards KLCC, the only problem is there is no public transport around Damas residences the only way is Taxies or Uber or Grab.

Rooms were big but TV reception could have been better. Also it would be nice if room slippers were provided as the tile floors can get cold.

The location is convenient. The condition of room is OK, but your staff forgot to cleaning room in weekend. Anyway, calling reception can solve it. After I checked out, wanted your staff help me to call a budget taxi. But, there are only premier taxi. No problem! I can accept. However, the air-conditioner of the premier taxi was out of order, I sweat very much on the way. Hoping that your hotel will have a good co-operation with taxi cpmpany.

This place is indeed ideal for a family like ours and for long staying guests. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped with a kitchenette each, washing machine and everything you need to get by everyday. There are convenience stores near by, food outlets at walking distance, malls just across the bridge. For those with transport, the city is just nearby. The management and staff are very accommodative, helpful and friendly. The rate is reasonable and this is our fourth stay here. Highly recommended.

Going for business travel & this place provide me good place to stay, to relax & it feels like home. Enjoyed the stay & will definitely come back specially for long stay. Thumbs up!

Had such a wonderful time here last few days! Great place for respite and Damas 1 is within walking distance so much so it enhances all the experience.

Bit far from the mid city, shuttle is provided at 10am n 3pm which is a plus point. Spacious n well maintained apartment, kitchennet needs more white goods but still we managed well. Washroom needs towel hanging. Location is good since there are attached mall n cafes around. Good hospitality from the management. Bit noisy at night due to bike race (of well this was during new years wk) Overall had a good stay. 4 ☆
