Had been forced to quarantine here. Small room with carpet flooring the dust had me sneezing every morning. It was very very dusty. The window is locked cant even open an inch just to get air from outside. The noise from next door was unbearable even a phone call from next door woke me up. You can hear every word the other person talking in the next room. The toilet bowl tilted to the side when sitting. I mastered balancing skill after 2 weeks of quarantining. Hospitality? what hospitality. It's a quarantine hotel. Good luck whoever got this hotel to quarantine. 2 weeks of hell. To come back on normal days? 1 million times NO. Traumatised.

The room very nice and especially very clean and well equipped. A large very comfortable bed. The staff is very smiling and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable. The hotel is very well located and for visits to sites, which are very numerous, it is ideal.

We had a great experience during our stay at cosmo last month… very friendly staff. Specially who was there to assist us with the room services people at the cafe and the technician and the person at the inquary desk. Thank you cosmo for comforting us.

Housekeeping needs improvement. Staying in 319. No room cleaning inspite of requests. No complimentary Teabags refilling. No replacement of dirty cofee mugs.

Suitable for annual dinner event. Food delicious. Good cooperation with event incharge. Hotel environment is very class for me.

Hotel Cosmo is at great location. Metro Station is very near. Lot's of indian Restaurants around, 7*11, Money Exchanger everything is few step away from hotel. Twin tower and Manera tower is very near.

I was at Cosmo Hotel for lunch today and had the Fish Head Curry promo. Truly authentic tasting curry, large fresh fish head and veg. All for RM50 only. Do give it a try. I give it 5 stars. Well done!

It's an amazing Hotel for the price. The location of the hotel is excellent. All the fast food franchises are nearby. The overall experience is great. But I had few issues. Firstly, the sound insulation inside the room is very poor. You can hear almost everything on the outside. Even if someone is just passing by the door, you would be able to hear it loudly. The second issue is, there wasn't any slippers in the room. I mean even 3 star hotels these days give out slippers, so I was expecting to get slippers in the room. My final issue was I was given only one room card. Most hotel these days gives 2 room cards as standard for convenience. But other than that it's a really good hotel and I'd recommend it to anyone! If these little things are taken care of next time, I'd update the ratings to 5 star. Best regards.

It was very nice n staff was also very cooperative n we are center in kualalampur that’s was good.

Lobby was quite nice with ample space. However, it’s a bit confusing because the lobby was placed a floor higher than the ground floor hence I always end up having to take the escalator to the lobby again. Room was nice and clean, but the toilet was see through.

Overpriced noisy place. Location is good Staff is well trained. I have to call Security 5 times as on my level was great noise from people next room till 2am. Breakfast is simple and every day same food. My room was dirty, linen was dirty as well I took picture of it. Shower was dirty as well. Window not clean New carpet was stained on couple places. Music next door loud up to 3am in the morning. Place small and we'll designed. Overall is not worth to pay price for this hotel. There is lotsof similar hotels around with much less prices.

The bed was big and comfortable and the room had a powerful shower. Few issues when we arrived and during our stay. There was no towels in the room on arrival. The safe didn’t work at all. When I approached reception they informed me that the safe doesn’t work and they’re waiting on a delivery for more. They said we’d have to use some kind of communal storage area for our valuables. No offer of a different room with working safe. The TV signal is extremely poor and grainy even on the hotels own channel. The grab kiosk in the lobby is broken. It’s a nice enough hotel it’s just a shame these issues let it down.

Well located. Courteous staff. Room are clean and comfortable. The room design has major problem like 1. In the room, no cupboard, or pegs for keeping clothes. 2. No latch in toilet and bathroom 3. Bathroom has no pegs to keep cloths, because of this clothes are soaked.

Food was not as good as you expect, no meat, chicken or fish. Rice was row, eggs no taste, salad drown in water. Food area was war zone.

It's location is on the centre of everything and a minute away from the LRT interchange and walking distance from the central market and Chinatown. The hotel is clean and the staffs are attentive though the Wi-Fi connection is poor and intermittent. Pleasant stay so far.

Great location, clean room, fantastic value for money. If you can, take a room with a view/window. No parking, but the train station is less than 5 mins away. Staff is very friendly. A good place to stay for business travelers, couples, and those traveling without a car.

Clean and recent rooms good breakfast buffet (for local food, for the Continental one will iron). Nice reception but I had to ask 3 times at the reception to bring me towels because I did not have in the room. Damage.

When we first arrive 2 am, gave us a room that was pretty dirty. Had stain on the bed sheets, toilet was pretty disgusting. When asked the front desk to change the sheet, they did not. As you see in the picture. Just leave changed toilet tissue on the counter. Did not vacuum the floor. Ask for the floor mat did not. It was $2 difference from other hotel. I recommend to stay somewhere else and pay a little more then this place. Very disappointed.

Nice. Hotel, clean. But unfortunately my. Room doesn't have windows. Be careful when you do booking. The staff also forget to. Change the towels and replace the shower soap, and drink water bottle.

Very cozy hotel all the guys at the reception were so helpful specially Rizwan. But the Malaysian lady who was doing the night shift was really rude. She even said the guy next to her not to interfere in helping us find places for us to find on our own. Except for her everyone was so great. And I wanted to open a Apple cider and the same lady said there's no cork opener after 10.00 pm and stopped the guy who was willing to help find us one. I don't want to see her face next time I come. Even though I was annoyed with her
I rated this hotel 5 star only because of the very helpful guys at the reception and the hotel ambiance and the room standard was excellent!.

Nice place for the price. Had to remove 2 stars because checking in took way too long over 30 mins. And we asked the front desk for something they forgot about it twice. Basically customer service sucks here but everything else was great.

Overall the experience was okay. Issues with water pipes (dirty water). Had no alternatives or discount for compensation. Breakfast was below average. Additional charges for basic food. However, the staff were great as were the rooms.

Small room but that's not problem. Bathroom us small and important is they not give towel and water color is yellow and have sand powder in water. And don't have phone in my room. I told them about water and they come to my room and they said that's oke for shower. Really not good also water can not hot perfectly and reason is cause many guests using water. That's not good reason for big hotel like this. Really not recommend. Only good from outside but service really bad.

Be careful, its possible that they don’t have your room or the bed you booked through booking. We had a twin bed and not a king bed for a night even though we specifically booked a king bed. Besides that, staff is nice, and the room is correct. No windows though.

Other dishes were not up to par. Booking in wasnt smooth,, for some reason someone else got tagged to my booking number and took them quite a while to check me in. Worst of all, there was. Blackout in my room and took them forever to send someone to fix it. Can you imagine the horror when you are alone in the room and the power goes out? And yet the sense of urgency the management is at snail pace at best. Wi-Fi was extremely patchy and slow. Not coming back to this place ever again!

It was a great hotel, with a great location and at the time of booking a great price. They had a friendly staff. The hotel is located near the mass transit lines and even has a grab station for Uber like rides. The room was clean but small but what can you do about it. The location is great. I saw a gecko in the room too lol.

Friendly staff, nice room. Air conditioner didn't work in first room. Took 2 people coming to my room to check it out before me packing me things back up to go downstairs and ask for another room at 6am. Second room air conditioner only worked partially but I didn't have the energy to ask them again since I was only staying one night before my next flight. First room on the 4th floor room was a little more spacious than the room on the 11th floor. Had to squeeze around the bed to get to the other side. Bathroom had a glass between toilet and shower. Knees would almost touch the glass while sitting on the toilet. First room wasn't so clean either. Pulled the sheets back and found black long hairs and also in the bathroom, but second room was pretty clean. I would recommend this place but would suggest fixing the air conditioners and cleaning the rooms better.

New hotel. Simple well designed rooms. Fairly comfortable bed. Clean. Good value for money. Central location and very convenient location.

This hotel is under Dorsett Hospitality management, therefore the service and hospitality standard could be guaranteed. I was stayed at windowless room, room was neat and tidy. Housekeeping did a good job in maintaining my room daily. Good hotel to recommend nearby Chinatown area. It's convenient for public transport, also if you need a grab service, there's already a machine you can grab your car anytime!

Not the best hotels I have stayed in… The reception was not friendly and anything you ask for is not greeted with a positive answer rather very lethargic to answer anything. Whilst I was there I was warned by other fellow room mates in the main lobby about things going missing. This gives an eerie feeling about the place and made us carry all our stuff with us during the day. The 4th floor rooms where me and my group stayed had no windows and leaves you claustrophobic. The intercoms in the rooms wont work and when asked in the reception about it there was no proper answer to it. One of my group member even complained about the water kettle and was never answered for that nor replaced with a water kettle. Asking for coffee sachets and even asking for extra room card was not welcomed either in the reception or at the room service. Morning breakfast has no variety, the only stuff I survived on every day was the corn flakes. On a whole I had a tough time in this hotel. I am forced to give one star in order to post, I would have honestly given only half a star.

I checked specifically, but the room was in general clean. The shower could use some renovation. Rooms are as on the pictures, staff could be a bit more helpful. But overall good hotel. Currently it is not a 4 star hotel, as no pool, fitness or sauna is available. Internet could be faster. 200kbs is not enough. Staff is unfriendly and not helpful. For example the internal call to reception did not work, all I heard was a short "Just call 0 then… "

Really nice hotel and not too expensive. Facilities are good for a three stars (nice restaurant, meeting rooms and bar). Rooms are spacious. Just be careful, about 40% of the rooms have no windows.

Very interesting hotel in strategically located. Rooms are large, well decorated. Apparently the management is planning to add a roof top pool. Looking forward to that.

Very much suitable at low cost. Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Near to city center and markets. Loved my stay here. I did not enjoy shower since pressure is not awesome.

The place location is great if you guys want to go to petaling street, their "chinatown" and "little india". You can just walk to there and if you want a good chinese muslim chicken rice and other chinese dishes, you guys should check out the shop "halal chinese muslim food" at 57 jalan sultan near petaling street. Their room service did an okay job cleaning up the room. There was one day we wanted the room service to clean up our room and when we came back to shower, I grab the fresh towels from the counter and to my horror it was so damn dirty. There were blue and red stains on the towel. It was horrible. Lucky us, we had room service the next day and they change the dirty towel to a new better towel. They didnt even change the sheets throughout our stays for 5 nights. Just horrible. And all the rooms are non smoking and the fine is 500rm. So prepare yrself to go down to the ground floor to smoke at their designated areas. There's a beautiful masjid jamek nearby. It was so beautiful at night.

Staff at the reception was nice and helpful. The Breakfast was super. Rooms were very modern but not well maintained. The bathroom has doors and walls made of glass, these must be cleaned time to time. On the last day, there was also only one towel for two guests. The price was good.

Affordable price… newly opened hotel… clean and comfortable… walking distance Lebuh Ampang Putra LRT station and PuduRaya. Alot of indian restaurants nearby… fast food such as kfc, mcd and burger king is withing 1mnt walking distance…

Rooms are small, but good enough. The Wi-Fi is worst. Room service is average.

A very comfortable hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, a 15 minutes walk to Petaling street. Front office staff are excellent in handling customer and solving the customer complain. Room are spacious, bath are Oo. Kay because bathroom and toilet is next to each other and divided by a glass which you see through it clearly. The breakfast buffet is oddly casual.
