Hotel very clean and welcoming, located a few hundred metres from petronas, staff and helpful, excellent breakfast, if you arrive by car like us, parking, private pool. The cute swimming pool.

Just spent our first night here — very impressed. All decor excellent — helpful staff. Feels like a 5* hotel, breakfast buffet great and lots of variety. Might sound stupid but real orange juice — small touch but rarely happens at hotel buffets.

The air conditioner cannot set by myself. Someone who need a warmer than this room can't be set. Report to hotel may not get some solution because the solution is just turn off the switch power. But when you turn off the air conditioner, the room may be hot. It's not right. If you need a quite room for take a rest, you may not be get because the sound from beside room (bathroom water) is to loud. About this, I could not be back to this hotel because cannot sleep. Room is clean. Breakfast is not bad. Location is oke.

I stayed in this Hotel last May and while checking out inadvertently left my cloths. Made many phone calls / emails to the hotel staff for forwarding the baggage. But, no respite despite repeated reminders and the hotel authorities never bothered to give a reply. Although the facilities are ok, the service is far from the desired level.

This hotel is a fantastic mid range option. We're a middle aged couple and stayed here with my parents (in their 70's) here for 6 nights. Great location close to loads of bars, restaurants, cafes and Jalan Alor market, and a short cab ride to all the main sites and areas of the city. The hotel has a deck area and pool which is great to eat breakfast or wind down at end of the day. The hotel is not fancy and is not cheap and rides the mid-range line perfectly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff here are also friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also very good. I remember reading some negative reviews when booking. We couldn't fault this place and any negative reviews here, I believe, are completely unwarranted.

The rooms are good and clean. The bathroom had everything needed and the hygienic supplies were better than most hotels in this area. The gym and pool are good. The price/value for this hotel is worth it.

Very good location, restaurants and bars nearby. Stylish pool is long and narrow, be careful if you have small children there are no child friendly steps or shallow ends, and there are not enough loungers. Hotel offers a very reasonably priced (18MYR) three course lunch and breakfasts were excellent with something to suit everyone although soya milk for cereal was missing. Staff were helpful, can help with tours and taxis and porterage is provided. Rooms were spacious and clean. Large en suite was very up to date, but couldn’t get hot water for shower. Maintenance guy who came to fix running toilet cistern showed us, you need to pull lower lever out before turning. Aesthetics overruled function in this case, the chunky stylish lever was not easy to operate especially if you have any problems with your hands. Accessible disabled toilet on ground floor, but why the almost impossible tiny fiddly door lock? Anyone whose disability affects their hands would have a major struggle or be unable to operate it.

The location was fantastic. It was walking distance to lots of good food/bars/shopping etc, but at the same time away from all the buzz. The staff were also friendly and helpful. There was a used hand towel left in the toilet when we checked into the room. Driving up to the carpark was tough as it had very tight corners. Besides that, for the price we paid, it was definitely value for money.

Chic Hotel, the pool on the 4th floor is illuminated and looks like from another planet, the rooms are large and clean, some with a stunning view of the Menorah tower, decorated very stylishly and modernly, the location is great, convenient to any point of the city, I can't say anything wrong!

Location was good, rooms were clean and nice. A couple things that bothered us was there wasn't enough outlets. We're from the U. S. And there was only 1 outlet that we could use. We asked for an adapter and they never brought it up for us, even though they said they would. And the front desk staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. The free breakfast buffet was amazing, there was so much variety and everything tasted really good!

Great place! Nice clean comfortable rooms. Perfect location in the heart of the city. When driving, take the heavy trafficjams in consideration. Once there most is in walking distance. Breakfast buffet is very extensive. Pool is nice!

Very good location a few blocks from the towers kl. You can manage to walk to any part. Excellent breakfast and swimming pools.

This hotel stay was excellent. Most of the staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are very spacious and clean, providing excellent value for the traveller. A complimentary buffet breakfast is included with every night's stay, and offers a selection of Malaysian dishes as well as Western breakfast items. The infinity pool on the sixth floor is very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really nice and has a great location. Also the breakfast is varied and tasty. We were here twice now, at the beginning and end of our SOA trip, and especially the last time was unfortunately very disappointing. When we arrived the room was not clean, there were dark long hairs around. And on request, if the room could be cleaned again, housekeeping was notified, but nothing happened. When we came from dinner, it was still filthy. I think only the towels are changed and the bed is made. I didn't see a sucker or wiper in HK. Also the sinks in both rooms, especially the overflow holes and the joints in the shower were very dirty. I'm not really picky, but that should be done. This is a point that I find very sad, as the hotel is otherwise really nice and the rooms are nice: large, well cut and also a very large bathroom.

Good breakfast, really big variety of dishes. (for us was a great plus that breakfast time starts early from 6:30 till 10am) Good location, can walk to main sightseeings. Also hotel provides one free transfer per your stay for 3 shopping centers and petronas towers (available 3 times: 11am, 3pm and 5pm) swimming pool also was good. During rainy time hotel provided umbrellas for us, it was really nice.

Not a bad hotel for the price. It's a little far away from main points of transportation, maybe a 10-15 minutes from Raja Chulan monorail. Rooms are showing signs of age, a few cracks running up the wall, air conditioning working only from one point and shower sealant showing wear. Soundproofing of the room is so so, can hear neighbours when they use the shower. Service however was very good, the breakfast buffet was large and plentiful. There was a large number of guests but all were able to eat freely without missing out on options. They offer a free shuttle to KLCC three times a day. There is a large pool with a bar, the pool is clean but not heated so very, very cold. Mojitos made by the staff were delicious and well presented. Overall a decent stay for the price but too far from transport for someone with heavy or cumbersome luggage.

Quite new hotel. Very clean. Close to KL Tower and the Petronas Towers. Good breakfast. Recommended.

Air condition is super noisy and so loud that you can't sleep. Always miss sending enough towels and need to ask a couple of times. Only got 7 channels to watch. Room is with printing smells and very annoying.

Is in the center of Kuala Lumpur. Good breakfast buffet, they have everything, even the juices know only to water. The rooms spacious and the service is fine, although it takes a long time to get out the hot water.

Mid range hotel with mid range facilities. Room was ok, but bathroom only had a shower, no bath. No items in mini bar. Great location for central KL.

I was here for company team building. I can't say much about the hotel room but the ballroom/meeting room that we used for the event is good. Our lunch is good as well. One of the best hotel to stay if y'all looking for some place to stay near to the club/pub area (more to nightlife area)

I loved it. Very good service and clean rooms. Very cosy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody visiting KL. Very good breakfast served too. Right in the city centre. Just a few minutes walk to KLCC. Definitely staying there the next time I'll be in KL.

Very good all-round: modern well-sized rooms, big breakfast buffet, helpful staff, nice little pool and a fairly short walk to the Petronas towers/mall/park/aquarium/bars etc.

I spent 2 weeks at the hotel and never felt bored. The view of the KL tower from the window was breathtaking. The pool was very nice as well as clean and neat. Undoubtedly it is a pleasant place to stay. Amazing staff to all its level…

Rooms are good. Silent place. Easily accessible from the happening place in the city. Malls are also walking distance.

Quite large room with spacious bathroom, but empty minibar… So only one choose, go to Jalan Changkat Bukit Bintang :)

It was an awesome tour to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Metro 360 hotel added the pleasure and luxury for the tour. Staff were very professional and helpful to the guests. No words to describe them. Very very helpful.   Vee  (Ms. ) Manager, Reservation Department was looking after us in each and every step. She was amazing. Even the restaurant manager Siva, was awesome. It was my birthday, he organised to get a special cake arranged on pool side with candle light dinner. Wow, awesome. It was a surprise to me. Overall, we realised that we had booked the right hotel for our tour. Highly recommended.

For those who looking for hotel with 4 stars or above, this is the Better choice!
We stayed 1 night at Premier comfort Twin, very good selection for a family of 5 with the two queen size beds.
We have a very good night there after a tiring shopping at KL.
We almost love it but 1 point may need to improve. Which is the carpark… very narrow. We are sweating with the multistorey carpark for every turning…
However, we will still prefer this hotel for our next visit to KL.

Hotel was good. Staff was also freindly. But 4 star because they dont arrange the Weight scale for us. as we havd to weigh our bags for cabin check in for flight. We had purchased itself from near super market.

Okay breakfast, okay room. Very nice and friendly staff. Location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping centres which is very convenient. Aircon in my room is noisy though. Otherwise all good.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent room with a beautiful view, pool had lovely city scape view as well, and breakfast was very tasty with a variety of options. Hotel was a close walking distance to the Menara KL Observation Tower, and many other things! This was our first stop on our vacation, and was more than impressed with everything! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the KL area.

Clean, modern, new, breakfast, free shuttle to some tourist places, if you need tips and help with how to visit any location ask for MR. G Mahes this guy is amazing and friendly. (tip : the lunch in the hotel is very very delicious and it's so cheap lunch is for 16 rm, enjoy the 360 burger with fries its amaaaazing)

Very good place to stay for long time and also for one night. They have tee kettle and fan, slippers and bathrobe. Location is near city centre if you go right and street food and bars if you go left! But not loud at all. Staff is helpful. We were very happy about our choice :)

This hotel is amazing and I must say the best that I have stayed in Kuala Lumpur. Definitely a worth stay over here. Food was great, Staff was really friendly and service was top-notch. I Really loved this hotel and didn't feel like leaving it.

Awesome Hotel! Really Clean, friendly staff and the location is perfect. Beautiful swimming pool, amazing mojito's and a restaurant and bar on the 6th floor. 5 minute walk to the local night food market, 1 minute walk to a lot of restaurants, 5ringit in taxi to sueng wang plaza or 10 minute walk, 10 ringgit in taxi to china town or 20 minute walk. Highly recommend and will be staying here again on my next visit.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable. Nice view of the pool. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Plus: Very good raspolozhnnie in the sights and the transport junctions!

A nice, big room, very comfortable — we were pleasantly surprised how big it was. With an absolutely huge TV! Good value for money. However, Wi-Fi was very unreliable. Check in was quick but check out took forever — even though there was only one person ahead of us. Staff is very nice but it's a new place and they're not that well versed yet and can't really help that much — more practice needed, it should come with time.

It is completely new, the pool very nice and the location excellent, close to the Petronas Towers and the best bar area. However the reception attention is improved, and the Wi-Fi does not work well.

The hotel is new, it is nice and the décor is modern. The Wi-Fi is quite improved and they are very closed when checking in and check out.
