Friendly staff who handles the checkin as well as the cafe for morning breakfast. The 2 bedroom were quite spacious and the pool was also so good.

I cannot find another word to describe besides. Disaster disaster, disaster. And trouble trouble trouble Poor character and attitude of staff and full of serious issues with the building construction including leaks and broken ceiling. Nothing but trouble.

If you are a tourist, you would probably love this place and give it 5 star. But if you are renting and are a long-term resident its a different review altogether. And I think an expat and Malaysian would also have conflicting views about this place. Overall its well located and quiet area. Lots of amenities surrounding the condominium. For tourists there is the popular Changkat Bukit Bintang where there are plenty of pubs. The walk is about 10 mins. Further up few minutes is the famous Jalan Alor than you can get local and street food. Pavilion and bukit bintang shopping district is about 20-25mins walk. On the other side you can also walk that takes less than half hour to Petaling Street for fake goods plus China town for food. Masjid jamek is also walking distance. The KLCC is about 3km away and 5 mins by Grab. Suasana has its own cafes on the 10 floor and lobby floor. The pampas steak restaurant lobby floor is quite good and opens daily. On the downside is there has been too many airbnb or short term stay here. The condo reserves a few units as hotels. Management seems not able to stem the influx of short stayers as residents lease out their units. These people invade the swimming pool, and also the small gym, at the expense of residents. The lifts can be troublesome when you bump into tourists (with their luggages) arriving and have to wait for the next 1 or 2 lifts.

Nice apartment for rent at affordable price, not too far from Bukit Bintang and Masjid Jamek.

Very good flat clean with nice view new building with sona and spa two proplem there ist is the have no cleaning on daily basis 2nd the card for elevator is all the same u can go to any floor one day I left the door not locked and they said it is u responsibility even there a-lot of cam.

We stayed here for the second time. Apartments are very comfortable and squeeky clean. Good beds, food bathrooms with loads of hot water. The breakfast that wasn’t much in 2015 has definitely improved, with hot choices and eggs made to order (some more vegetables and fruits would be appreciated though. Highly recommended.

This is the best situated appartment in town, close to all the public transport stops/station. Walkable to China town and other great eateries. Highly recommended. Caution: don't eat/drink in the restaurants that are in this building, very pricey. Use Only in case of emergency. Cheers.

Stayed in a unit with 3 bedrooms & bathrooms, very clean and spacious. There's also a balcony with the view of the KL tower. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang, suitable for groups to stay here.

This place is located a short walk from Masjid Jamek LRT station and most of the attractions in Kuala Lampor just heart of the city. You can also walk to B ukit Bintang or other shopping areas. You Can also find a number of restaurants with a short w walk. Kuala Lumpur is am interesting city to explore.

Wonderful apartment for family stay. 3 family with cook can stay very comfortably. Nice view and close proximity to the KL towers and Petronas View from KL tower added.

Only 10 min walk into the heart of KL and about 20 min walk to Mono rail station and Metro. From there your good to go anywhere :-) I'd stop in that location again.

We stayed here through airbnb and it was absolutely great! The pool was wonderful, with views of the tower and has a small cafe. The gym is well equipped. Our apartment was great — good AC, good internet, very modern and large! Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal area close to bukit bintang. Cost 5 ringitt in a grabcar to Lot 10 area.

Great location to go everywhere. Free shutter bus (Go KL Purple line) just nearby to Bukit Pintang.

The apartment were ok. Safely guarded and ample parking space. Walking from the apartment to Bukit Bintang took 10 minutes with quite a hike. Don't bother calling a grab or uber during busy period if you are only going to Bukit Bintang during the night, just walk. As the roads closes along Changkat Tong Shin in the evening and creates a massive jam.

The stay here is amazing. During my visit here, the only problem I faced was, the front desk is not open 24*7. Other than that, the apartments are lavish and comfortable. Amenities however are average. It's budget friendly if you book online.

Nice furnished appartments and pool area. Well situated close to KLCC. However rents are high especially short terms.

It has a nice room but there are pest problems (Roaches, to be exact).

Very nice hotel, the deluxe suite rooms look very nice and were well equipped. The rooms in the higher street facing floor offer beautiful skyline views. Was very pleased with this hotel, room was great, staff were helpful and breakfast was nice (good omelette bar). The only minor problem was the pounding music coming from the bar across the road every night, it could be heard beyond the soundproofed balcony door. The room included ear plugs for this reason!

Rooms very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is good. Cleanliness in the media. The area is full of bars and clubs, but extremely simple. District with extreme social, hotels "luxurious" houses and inhabitants evidently very poor. A lot of dirt in the streets with its typical inhabitants animal. Not good for those who are particularly sensitive to these aspects for all the others, however, because they typical of the place.

Really nice staff. I stayed for a week in one of the high level apartments. Nice and close to shops & bars. 5-10 mins drive to main shopping district & attractions. The street food outside Invito on the right is worth a try.

Lovely apartment … awesome view of Twin tower and KL minara from the room at the night time… The apartment is decorated in a way that it knows every needs of yours while staying there. Must say about the owner of the apartment. Is very helpful. Wish to visit Malaysia and Susana Suits again.

Nice Hotel, nice neighbourhood, nice Pool and good service, especially the Laundry! In spite of the bustle of Kuala Lumpur, I had a quiet relaxing hours.

Great, clean Hotel in the heart of the city with beautiful and large suites/rooms. Absolutely recommended. Good Breakfast and excellent Service. Better than the relatively dilapidated Furuma, whose only advantage is the Pool area. The only shortcoming of the Invito hotel is the Pool area, which is the law of the loveless with only moderate Service.

Its beautiful place. Their worker are nice and good. The view is very calm. Near to twin tower and menara Kuala Lumpur.
