I would not recommend this place for anyone. It was a mistake. Nothing in the place works… Tv did not work. Socket did not work. (there was only one) Shower was temperamental. Room was tiny. No place to put anything. People shouting. And smoking.

Always great hotel for backpacker. Nice recepsion and very welcome and helpful.

I have been there for two weeks and really friendly staff with superb customer service. My room was 3208 and there were very enough space to stay inthere. I would like to recommend this friendly hotel amoung my friends and KL visitors. Thank you!

Never ever I experience this BAD services from this hotel. At First I have booked for 3 rooms for 6 adults through Agoda, With reference booking ID 278609953. When me and my partners reached the hotel by 8pm ON that particular day we booked. And the receptionist guy told us taht ALL rooms are fully booked. Yet, I show him the Agoda booking number as our evidence, and he insist saying that NO rooms for us. Whats more, given an excuse that we are late for the hotel check-in. It is very irresponsible of the receptionist guy saying that by 5pm late for check-in they have to let go our booking rooms for other guests. In fact, they didn't write it in terms and conditions. Yet, never make a call to inform us. Not even solve our problems, yet blame us for late check in.
This is very disappointed! We have booked 3 rooms, which means we already RESERVED for the hotel rooms. The receptionist guy has NO rights to let other guest to accommodate in.
At the end, we feel like being FOOL, when they told us all rooms are FULL.

We took 3 bed room. And it was less spacious. Not even our bags could fit in the room conviniently.

Too busy reception… I try book room go myself but beared guy soo busy and no time too look I stand since 5 mins… rooms not that clean as I see review … I ask him show room before I book he says room not clean yet … soo I move out…

Went here two days ago, and holy hell the photos of rooms must be updated. The room I got was horrible, I don’t think they cleaned it, the bedsheets were dirty, so were the pillows. The floor’s texture seemed to come off and the smell of the room was weird. The toilet was not clean and there was tissue with blood stain on it. I used to never believe the reviews I read on hotel reviews but unfortunately I got to experience it myself so, 10/10 WILL NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL ever again.

The price is cheap, the place is ideal, the room has graffiti, the bed linen is not clean, interior decoration urgently needs renovation …

Stayed here for 1 night before we travel back home. The guy at the reception is polite and informative but honestly, did not like our stay here. The space and the room is not well maintained and is totally different to the photos they have on site. But if you are like us who just want a place to stay for few hours, then it is ok. The best thing is the location, as it is close by to the tourist spots.

Rooms are small and not as in photo. Location of the hotel awesome. Within few minutes you can reach Twin tower, KL tower and KL central. Low yat plaza is just behind the hotel where you will get best cheap electronic products and sungei wang plaza a perfect purchase spot. Overall good hotel but very tight space rooms. Happy with stay.

The price is good but only if you use online booking service. Walk in price is quite expensive. The room is quite small but it suits the price. It is close with the Imbi Monorail Station, which is around 2 minutes by foot.

The room was quite small. There are only four channel (my room). However if you just want to find a place for sleep with low budget, this place will be okay for you.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If you're thinking of staying here, DO'NT! I would rather stay at an airbnb for way cheaper if I were you. First when we called to book they said it will be 80 ringgit. But when we got there the price magically increased. And the lady at the reception should not be working there. She was very slow at everything she was doing and not trying to be rude or anything but she took unusually long to make a simple calculation using a calculator all the while reading it aloud. And she also made the wrong calculation and we would have paid more if I hadn't discovered she told us a higher price. The rooms are tiny! You step in and you'll hit the bed. All the rooms are old and look like they have never been cleaned. Toilet smells and rusty water came out of the faucet! Rust! The sheets had holes from cigarette burns and had dirt on them. Not sure if they ever wash the sheets. Its a very old place and not worth it for 90+ ringgit. Staff pretend to be nice and did not give us a refund for the second night when we asked on the first night. So we were forced to stay there. They gave us a "better" room in the end but the only better thing about it was that the walls had wallpaper on them-possibly hiding the holes and dirt on them. It looks as though they wanted to make many rooms even if it meant that theres not enough space to even walk in each room.

I was not expecting that the room is too small, seriously. Literally small. I booked a room with breakfast included and the next day, I was really surprised when a staff knocks on our door and handed over us a piece of cracker, bread and a 3in1 coffee. Wow!

If you get room number 2201, please don't accept and request to other rooms as long as not in the row of 2201 and so on. Water leak in the toilet, small room and outdated paint wall, TV cable with just 2 channel. Have I tell you about the Wi-Fi which the signal is not connected to the 2nd floor? Oh almost forget, charging station in my room is barref by immovable table. Terrible experience The positive things from this hotel is location. Very near to Alor Street and other transportation such as Rapid KL MRT, Go KL and so on.

For single or coupled travelers, this is good for sleeping with enough time and transportation access. No kitchen available yet breakfast in here is simple and fulfilling.

The ever bad hotel I met. I booked for 1 night 4 ppl room few weeks before my travel date. On that day, I reached the hotel, they just informed me all the rooms are full, and have to cancel my booking. Irresponsible!
I'm so angry with the service from hotel, as they didn't inform me earlier about the cancellation. Bad service! Lastly staff offer me a triple room, no choice I have to accept.
The room condition is very terrible, very narrow space, dirty room and washroom, unclean floor, no renovation, smell odour, nasty towels, have mosquitoes. In words, very bad conditions and unfriendly staff.
Very disappointed and not recommend. Will not book this hotel again in future travel.

The value here is undeniable. The place is well run by staff and the rooms are all as advertised. The walls are a bit thin, and the rooms feel a little claustrophobic, but for the price, it's a good option. I do wish everything felt a little more cared for, but perhaps then it wouldn't be a cheap place for a cheap price.

Great hotel with excellent location. Stayed here for 3 nights, hotel was clean. The reception staff were friendly. It is very much worth. I'm sure I will come here again.

Very small nice place to stay and close to bukit bintang. Cozy even small. Wanna back there soon.

The people there were super nice and helpful. The room is cute but extremely small. We only brought one hand carry and had to step around it to move in the room. But it is clean and in walking distance to bintang walk and the malls.
