Fabulous weekend getaway… we were lucky we got the opportunity to stay in a super huge and comfy suite. The decor in the suite as well as the entire hotel spell luxury. The breakfast was great with variety of choices, we enjoyed it tremendously. Will definitely recommend to friends and family to try out JW Marriot.

Fantastic staff service at lobby of Marriot. Yesterday evening at around 5.30 pm I had issues with my Grab ride. The Doorman was very helpful as he helped me to rebook the ride and even located the car Honda City (5454) for me. He really went out of his way to be of assistance and I would highly commend him for his unerring service and help.

Have a worst experience in this hotel. My room was not cleaned two days in a row. No apology extended when I report this to manger. Food is horrible and expensive. A simple Masi Elma’s was not made right in Malaysia. Room smell bad and carpet was dirty. Front office staff are usually not attentive and they don’t care even if see a guest dragging luggage. Very disappointed.

Perfect place to stay in KL for ease of shopping with the Pavilion Mall right in front and also another high brand mall inside the premises of the hotel area. Breakfast & Service was top notch and lived up to their name. Also this is perfect to access any part of Bukit Bintang in day or night!

Worst customer service in Malaysia. This is due to 2 reasons. 1. Please make sure that you don’t leave expensive items in your room. There is a chance that you may not find it when you come back to your room. I left 400.00 AUD TV box in the room and when I came back it was not there. 2. Lack of responsiveness from the hotel staff. They will promise and never deliver. So good luck and keep following. Very very disappointed. Will not stay in this hotel again.

I must say that it was even better, if that is possible. The staff was wonderful and welcoming, and helpful, and as always, with a big smile on their faces. It was indeed a great service extended to me as a business traveller and my regular guest here. I checked out on 7/6/18 around 10am and was on my way for a meeting at Etiqa Tower. Upon chk out and ask for a taxi and without further delayed I took the taxi which happened to stop at lobby (not taxi servicing the hotel) Arrived at my destination but forgot that my luggage are in the taxi. Ask for a receipt but only written receipt is given (only fare but no taxi number). I have no… choice to ask for security look at cctv but unfortunately cctv is the low end, no possibility zoom in for the taxi number. I quicky rushed back to JW M, hoping that they can see the taxi number which I took earlier… the front security told me to relax in the lobby while they help with the searching. The moment they showed me the taxi number and I confirmed that, they ask me to give them more time. Every single minutes they will update the findings. To cut short, they call the authority and managed to get the drivers faca but no number to call. They took their initiative to call SPAD and look for drivers number and finally succedd. They told me that they managed to informed that taxi driver and taxi driver will come back to return the luggage. I writing a compliment and big Thank You for the team outside Mr Shamsuddin and inhouse taxi service standing outside helping to solve my problem. Finally the driver turn up and applogized but I told him its also my mistake.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott while we were visiting Kuala Lumpur, and it did not disappoint! The hotel, which was recently renovated, offers modern rooms, beautiful views and a lovely pool. It also has a few restaurants in the lower floor — we especially enjoyed the Feast Village breakfast every morning. The hotel itself is located in a great part of the city. One of the standout features of the hotel, however, is the staff. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, and it truly made us feel welcome and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Great hotel to stay at. Great location. Fantastic service from the Porters, reception, housekeeping and the wait staff especially the ones at the lounge. I could have done with better pillows seeing that the bed was on the firmer side but I would definitely return here. David from front desk was a standout.

We stayed at the JW Marriott KL for a week. It was a real pleasure in terms of its staff and facilities. The room cleaning services was immaculate. Good gym facilities and SPAS to unwind. The Donna SPA is worth trying particularly the Indonesian deep pressure massage. The Executive Lounge staff were very friendly especially Danielle. All the front desk staff are always willing to help with a smile. Breakfast at the Shook was a 5 star experience and very personalised service. Form Chef Yusuf, Melinda, Vivian, Lina and Liza. Even the General Manager made our stay worthwhile. The food selection and quality was mouth watering Accessibility to the Pavilion makes the JW a perfect location. Will definitely come again.

A few staff with bad attitude towards family with children. So, you may want to skip this place if you intend to bring your young children. And not to forget that there will be a long queue for breakfast in the weekends. My wife and children were humiliated treated as though they were beggars despite being a Platinum member with Marriott. I'd stayed in many Marriott hotels around the world, I've had the worst experience in this hotel despite its luxurious look and feel. Update: The JW Marriott KL had sent his apology after providing my feedback. Hope they would improve the quality of their services.

Very good hotel, safe, very good buffet breakfast, central location, opposite the shopping centre, very close to the petronas twin towers, on avenue, very busy.

Upscale hotel in heart of downtown. Clean rooms, great amenities. The huge atrium on the ground floor is called "Feast Village" is filled 6 or 7 restaurants with different cuisines from Spanish to Japanese. Hotel is across the street from a huge shopping mall called "Pavilion" that also has a food court style atrium on the ground floor.

The location is excellent, there are many stores nearby, it is also convenient to shopping near the MRT, the service staff is very good, there is also the night bed service, the swimming pool will automatically fill the ice water and the apple supply; 2018.2/17~2/19.

Just wanted to drop a note with our feedback of yesterday's CNY dinner. It was one of those dinners which we would probably like to forget and definitely something we did not enjoyed. Our biggest gripe was the extremely slow service; the first dish (yee sang) arrived and that was the only dish we had for 1 hr… no other dishes came out despite our numerous prompting to the service crew. We were constantly told that they had informed the kitchen and the rest of the dishes was "coming" (whatever that meant). In the end, we even requested for all remaining dishes to be served together (hey, we have been there for more than an hour… at the rate of 1 hour per dish, we could be spending the next 8 hours at the restaurant). Now even this request took time. Well, all the remaining dishes did come after that, probably after an hour and a half after we first sat down for dinner. Would have thought that ordering a set menu would have expedited the process for kitchen and service crews as well as the customers… evidently not! The saving grace was the braised pork with pine nuts, steamed fish and the stir fried prawn and scallops dishes. These received praises around the table. The rest were, dare I say, sub par for a restaurant of your standing. My mom commented that she could do a better job with the chicken than what your chef did. So all in, a forgettable experience.

The room was nice, the facilities worth every penny but the staff was not. We were treated badly by one of the staff when we were taking breakfast. He misunderstood our voucher was expired but in fact it was not. He did not even apologized for his mistake and just told us we can use our voucher, but our meal was all ruined because of his bad attitudes. We later file a complaint to hotel manager, and the manager promise will call us back because he was not available when we were checking out, and he did not call. So I guess this is so called the 5 star service you can get there.

This is a great place to stay. We were here only a short time, and the service and room were exactly as they should be for a Marriott Hotel. It's good to know you really can travel anywhere and still receive world class accommodation so consistently. Hotels kind of start to feel the same when travelling, and getting tired your next hotel can feel like coming home, even though you just arrived, because you took off from exactly the same type of place. Whether you go door to door, state to state, or country to country.

The JW Marriott had excellent service staff. They were always willing to go to extra mile when helping customers. Their bellhops were phenomenal and they were very cordial with letting us know if there was a problem. Thank you Marriott for your service, you were greatly appreciated.

Incredibly central location. The rooms were spotless and the amenities provided were of high quality. Especially appreciated the high threadcount bed sheets and pillow cases. The services provided and the decor of the hotel were also great. However the breakfast buffet can get a little busy and there was a little mix up which meant we had to go back to the reception again to get it sorted. Overall wonderful experience.

A luxury hotel and a shopping mall of super-luxury.

Bad concierge service. Pretty hard to select the floor level access as in the elevator as the lighting is too dim. Has to help others to select their floor level access each time I am in the elevator. Service needs to be more efficient and alert both lounge and food level. Twice where I was having my breakfast they took away my fresh pot of tea and my cutlery when I wasn't done yet. Have to call the waiter to supply the cutlery and a new pot of tea. Just to print my boarding pass I have to visit the concierge desk 3 times over 2 days. The attendant was always nowhere to be found or too busy. I have frequented many Marriott hotels around the world and this is one stand to be worst of all. Next trip I will try the Westin just beside this hotel as the location is just superb for my business meeting and ease of access for my wife shop.

The one of the most luxury experience I've ever had. Magnificent hotel, friendly staff and tasty food. This is a strategic location to major shopping centre entering Bukit Bintang shopping area. Hotel also have a Taxi Service for guests and its really comfortable ride. Bills aren't cheap here. Be prepared to break the bank.

Location is excellent (downtown and opposite Pavilion mall). Hotel is currently still undergoing renovations, so there are sometimes long waits for elevators. The rooms are modern and very clean. The facilities are adequate. Service is pretty good but so far sometimes a little slower than ideal.

Loved this hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer. The people working in the lobby remembered my room number to handle my baggage storage for a few hours and I only stayed one night. Super nice lounge too with top quality food. Amazing service all around!

We booked our clients a family of four under confirmation number 622187 including two infants (2 years and 4 months) for an Eid holiday at the JW Marriot from 04 Oct — 09 Oct 2014. JW Marriot was carefully chosen as a branded property recommended for their superb handling of Discerning travelers. Having taken a late flight from Colombo to Kuala Lumpur and on check in they were in for a rude shock when the receptionist made them pay for One Night in cash before they could check in to their room. This was a very very poor show in our opinion of handling families which gave this family a bad start to their much looked forward to holiday. The clients had paid in full for their entire stay. It took many telephone calls through our offices in Colombo get them to refund this to the clients. I am still waiting for the JW Marriot to sort this out. Poor show JW Marriot we expect much much more from a 5 star property.

2day ago I sleep in the best hotel in KL.

Door staff stood and watched as I arrived from the airport. Breakfast was chaotic with too many guests and too little tables, the waiting time for a table was 15 minutes on Sunday morning. Rooms are dated, internet slow and lifts even slower. This hotel needs a makeover and a management change.

It is my faviort place in Kuala laumpur.

Very good JW Marriott and beautiful executive club lounge on the 24th floor. They could have better equipment in the fitness center, however.
