The family room was excellent.
(Room 301 / Checked in 16 Dec 2am) We changed hotel from Metro hotel (just beside My hotel) to My hotel because a TNB generator lorry was parked in front of Metro hotel and exhaust fumes was gushing into our room at 1am, because there are huge gaps in our room windows. Metro hotel staff ignored our complaints, refused to fix the window gaps and no other room available. Thanks to night shift My hotel staff (a gentleman) who attended us quickly, whereby we could get some rest that night. Regards.

The room is dirty，towel and the bed has dirt…
We come for 5days4nights
3days does not have air-con and 1day has be blackout for many times，the staff say they will send the fan for us but we wait for a day，we can't see where is the fan.

Hotel not well maintained

I stayed here more than 10 times because the location is good. Despite the staff being rude and the rooms being below average, I put up with it because the location is right for me. Today when I checked into my room the bed smell was beyond tollerable… I called them and asked to change the blanket and they agreed. More than 10 hours later the blanket had not been changed and I made over 10 calls to housekeeping AND reception and nobody answered. Finally I called the hotel main line and spoke to a staff who insisted this hotel had no blankets… Only bedsheets. I finally went down to reception and complained and said they should do something about this or I will post a review on agoda… And the staff told me "PLEASE DO". Seems like the staff here believe they are doing us customers a favour by allowing us to pay to stay in their rooms. I STRONGLY discourage staying at this hotel… Bad room, cockroaches, dirty toilets and THE WORST service staff I have ever encountered in my years of travel. Good location… But now unbearable to live here anymore.

I had a great stay here I like the room very spacious & cleaned, I love the hospitality of the staff very accommodating & hospitable.

Room was old enough to get easily allergic reaction and supplies were not enough.
Restaurant had a good service but not good foods. I suggest totally remodeling are needed.

High time the staff need to change on their attitude. They simply have the attitude of the 'boss always right's. They should go for crash course on customer-oriented and friendly mannerism.

The air conditioner is not cold and the breakfast is not tasty.

I doubt you are going to do anything, it seems everyone complains the same thing. Stayed for 2 nights, aircond didn't function well. Asked nearly 4 times and received same answer it's being repaired. When I'm checking out, and brought this issue again, the receptionist just gave a sinister smile and said they are changing contractor. You provide service collect payment but you can't seem to be bothered. My key card couldn't be used on Day 2, and I had to come Down again to Lobby from 14th floor. Not even a word Of apologies. I doubt it's a new issue for you. All I can see is a. Tak kisah typical Malaysian Attitude. Simply because you know Somehow people Will still Stay at your Hotel
You make people wait 25minutes to check in, no Proper queue as well.

Air sanitizer was so pungent that nearly soffocated.

A simple, small but comfortable room. The bathroom is old. The reception and housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient. Great hotel location. Short walking distance to banks, restaurants, public transport services, LRT and small grocery shops.

Value for money. Decent hotel good staff corteous behaviour. Helpful.

Great location… no pool… very convenient for transport. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Lots of food stalls around. Clean room and bathroom… I had the bigger of rooms… but the smaller rooms were cramped… mostly meant for sleeping… train takes 30 min to the airport… Yes will stay there again on short transit…

Sound proof is non existent. Walls are thin. Even with earplugs, I could wake up at 5am due to slamming doors and traffic. Though I got a non-smoke room, there is still smoke smell residual coming from the air con. Cleanliness could be better but it is acceptable on my end. The rubber to the glass door is gone, luckily I was staying alone else the toilet trips or showering will be awkward. There is hot water to shower but do take note that there is no toiletries provided except soap dispenser. Shower was enjoyable on my end. :) House keeping service is quick to calls. Called for extra toilet roll and ironing board. Keep your expectations low and you will be okay with a short stay.

Cleanliness is superb… luckily my room doesn't has the rumour bed bug… no toiletries set, but liquid soap is provided. Although, the staff are all friendly, the breakfast set doesn't worth what we paid for. Please go to the old town white coffee next to the hotel… Much better.

if you don't like your job just go resign not continue work to do shit work.
This hotel is always have issues, bad smell, last week after heavy rain the window is closed but a lot of rain was enter thru the window and also another day water licking from upstairs, aircon is not cool and now I used a fan!, now cannot connect to Wi-Fi and it also happened to my friend too we inform them 3 days now but the issue still persist, IT is work from 8AM — 5PM but myself I also work same schedule with him how can I meet him everyday for helpdesk issues. On the 2nd day IT team do connect for me with his own server that is only him can access, once he left and my internet disconnected I can't reconnect again, You that old man staff you should not be so rude because you are not the one pay for my room. I have to live here 1 month because my company provide the room to me not you! why don't you put yourself into my issues if you stay in hotel and staff don't help you to resolve the issue and tell you to go back without do anything and that staff use bad behavior on you how you. The owner of the hotel too, I saw many comments mentioned about staff attitude what have you done with this.

The staffs are very informative and helpful and they checked in me to newly refurbished rooms … nice and simple setup with bright tone.

Cheap rate, Excellent location with most of the common facilities for travelers staying at KL. You can get all types of transportation from this Hotel within walking distance.

Easy accessiblity. Loving and caring staffs. Good ambiance. All amenities within reach.

Bonus bed bugs! We found bed bug skins and eggs (and other signs of bed bugs) under the bed and on the mattress in three rooms (309, 104, 317) on two different floors. The staff were professional and polite about it in English, though one of them told another in Malay in front of us that there weren’t any bed bugs (perhaps not realising I understand bahasa? ). They moved us to different rooms and eventually to a sister hotel (Metro Hotel) where we found a dead bed bug under the mattress cover. There have been reports online of bed bugs at this hotel and the other nearby sister hotel NU Hotel, so be careful at any of these hotels! In the end, we changed to a completely different hotel.

Staff are not accommodating, sarcastic manners, I book for 4 nights but I cant take to stay even a night, waste of money, everything you need is not in here.

Close to Kl Sentral. A decent room for a few nights.

Staffs are very helpful esp Sarah in the morning shift. We have stayed in many hotels and I would say this is much much better than the others with a very good facilities like hairdryer and a kettle in the room. Room is much bigger too with closet and safety box. With the price like we had I will definitely comeback and will highly recommend to my friends. Good location and lots of restaurants nearby.

Close to KL sentral, only abt 5 min walking. Room is standard. Reasonable price in such a good location. Many indian restaurants around.

For a cheap hotel this place is good. Near tu the nu sentral mall and kl sentral. Traveller who needs to get an early bus or train can stay here for the night and dont have to rush the next day. Staff is sometimes nice and sometimes looks like they had been working for 2 days straight… rooms are clean and maintained.

Small room but pretty cozy. Great choice for those who wish to travel with a limited budget. Do choose the bedroom with one bed. They have a better spacing, since the double bed's room have the similar amount of space with the one bed, the 2 bed bedroom will only provid a non seperated 2 bed in it. (the 2 bed will be placed closely without any space in between). The breakfast service is also limited. The hotel offered several menu where we have to pick one. They provide a free flow drink. P. S? the breakfast is provided in the building next door. Dont worry. They have a great rooftop view.

The hotel is near everywhere. Easily to find. I definitely will visit this hotel again. It's cheap.

Best hotel with low cost for Traveller, near MRT, Mall, Transport, Mini Market, Food, etc Good Room, but please clean up the room 401, its 3 people room, but I feel uncomfortable because there's roach, even after clean the room.

I like very much this hotel. I have been there 3 times always happy with my staying. Room is spacious, full of amenities and very clean. Location is fantastic and price very good.

Worst service ever, not only the place is rundown, apparently the staff etiquette is also a bad one… I called 6 times, every single they transfer me to someone, and the next person English worst than the next. After the 6th time, they jz pick up my call and hang up! If they is 0 star I would be most happy to rate that. Best part my problem is not resolve yet. Hotel Sentral do something about this before I rate you on every single website that has your name!

It was nice except for that I was eaten alive by bed bugs that's just my back my arms and legs look equally as bad.

Ok. It's clean & tidy, located in the center of the city. Indian restaurant situated near to the hotel. Aircon was not working properly.
