I very recommended for those who wan to stay budget this place is a good for you… Very close to every place you wan to nearby.

I spend 5nights there pass fast because like the feeling to be home… no often in crowding Asia.
it's a quiet place, all is clean, you have many commodities, perfect location you can do many thing by walk and almost owners and employees are really friendly and flexible! you can go eyes close.

It's a very laid back lodge with nice clean rooms. Oliver and his staff are only to willing to help it's a nice place to see kutching from.

Not recommended. Low customer services. Rooms are not worth the price.

Very small and super hot room. They didn’t clean it during our stay. Staff is unpleasant and ask you 10rm when you arrive for a supposed new taxe whereas online it’s included. They didn’t believe the fare I paid the room online and charge me more for the next night because the couldn’t find my reservation. Mine was in euro and they used a very bad changing rate.

Value for money and friendly owner Oliver and his wife… walking distant to the famous river… and restaurant is abundance near by.

Really small rooms. Staff was super friendly, but we paid more in booking to get a TV to watch the world cup, and it was tiny and didn't work. It was clean and nice. Well located.

I don't get the room I booked throught Traveloka. Instead of that, I have to pay more to stay there at 2 nights. My friends even slept on the floor for 2 nights!

Comfortable, well maintained rooms at certain special discount rates occasionally… everything works but the receptionist may be away from the front desk for long periods at times.

Nice and cosy — booked for a night but intend to stay a few extra days. Unfortunately, the outside common staircase is not too well look after — very unKuching-like. Music from external sources could be an issue for some. Superb host. Keep it up Olivier!

Small, perhaps overpriced. General appearance in untidy and a bit grubby.

Affordable budget hotel but with 10% service charge, only stairs & no lift to access this hotel. Other facilities is quite good.

Moldy rooms. The clothes were smelly after stayed there one night.

Stayed for 1 month here, reasonably affordable, clean and new rooms, nice vibe and people, but, the walls are made of cardboard and you can hear everything the others in the building are doing, and the internet speed is appallingly slow (worse than dialup). Would have stayed longer if those two issues were rectified.

Room for 2 is small but very near to town. You can just walk.

1) Lousy room layout, the bathroom and bed are connected (bathroom not sealed). When someone do their business the smell filled the room, and when you bath you can feel chill from the air condition. Imaging the toilet is right at your head 2) noisy, karaoke and pub are up till later night 12-1am, morning Muslim prayers starts 4plus. 3) lastly the rooms are 3 — 4stories up, do not recommend elderly to stay here. And don't simply fall for marketing photographs most of the ar…e taken in good angle so the shots looks perfect. However, Staffs are friendly here, cooking allowed, it's in town area.
