Booked a room, was given a blocked apartment view. Extended the stay and requested for city view room but the reception said for booking made from member's App, we are only allowed blocked views because we paid cheaper price than other guests. They do not understand as members we are regular guests who will make reservation more often for our own staycation, even for friends and family visiting Kuching; dine in every weeks in their restaurant. We should be treated better than those one-off guest. This service is unacceptable and shouldn't be recommended to stay here anymore.

Attended my cousin wedding at the Grand Ballroom Level 5 and all the food are good. Totally no complain. Staffs are attentive and service is fast and good. We had so much fun and I really don't have any complains. I hope they will have this kind of quality for a long time.

Worst buffet I have ever been to. Only 1 main dish for meat which was the dry and cold roasted chicken. Arrived around 1:30pm some salad ie squid salad, finished and never get refill at all. The only vege, mixed stir fried also never get refill. You got most carbs just to fill your stomach ie. Rice, noodles, spaghetti, Roti canai. Tried few dishes and desserts and they were really dry ie. Glutinous rice wrapped with banana leaves, chocolate croissant. Cordial drink was awful. I think the best food I had was honeydew fruit. Will not be returning not worth paying for RM 50 per person. This experience did not make me wanna try out other buffets in your restaurant. Please improve the quality and choices of your food or else change your chefs. Anyway thumbs up to the servers' service as they cleared dishes very quickly throughout the whole dining period. Thank you.

I had my stay at this hotel for my birthday, but they don't even give any greets. I left my item in the hotel intentionally and I really didn't notice, although that's the responsibility to do the final checking before I checked out, however the hotel staff did found my leftover item, but they don't even contact me for lost and found, I collected my item back when I realized my item was missing and contacted the hotel, then only told me that they did found my item few days ago and they locked in thier cabinet.

Checkin just yesterday. And before that, did call regarding swimming pool but not been told the regulation of the rules. My kids with high expectation entering the pool but was not allowed to enter just bcz they not wearing the proper swimming suit. Why didn't explain to the guest before they book online? I call few times to double confirm. And yet, your receptionist didn't explain. I been checkin almost all hotel in Kuching and the latest was Grand Margheritta Kuching just diff few weeks & my kids enter swimming pool only by Tshirt & shortpants. Even Shangri-La Hotel KL wont be this strict. Sorry, never come back to this hotel. Its quite a waste with rm186.60 price!

I cannot say much because I was quarantined for 14 days. Only stay in the room with a very nice view of the city.

I would like to inform you your operator, Michele is extremely rude and treating hotel guests on quarantine as criminals! I called wanting to speak to my relative and I provided the name of the guest and room number. Her next question she asked me what is the purpose of my call! Obviously I called in need to speak to the guest and I asked her what was the problem. She rudely informed me that she couldn’t anyhow transfer call to the hotel guest. So I replied her “I call because I need to speak to that guest, is this reason good enough? I have called many times over the last few days and I wasn’t being treated like that! ” She said, “is that so? ” sarcastically and unwillingly made me wait while she took a few minutes to transfer the call! Please explain to me since when the telephone operator of a hotel gets to call the shot and control whom the hotel guests speaks to!

A reasonably priced hotel. Good for big families or just a couple. Also very convenient as it's connected to Boulevard shopping mall for ease of shopping and eating.

Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. All amenities are provided with daily room service. Very clean and in prestine condition. Staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is not bad but can do better. Food is quickly replenished though. Location is not bad as very near to airport. They provide shuttle bus service to and from airport but inly limited to 8 people per journey and fixed timing. So better book early. Overall, had a very good stay and definitely recommend.

Located in outskirts of Kuching. Clean and comfortable. Okay service. Okay food. Fair prices for a hotel. Attached to a shopping mall. Convenient for business travellers and leisure travellers. Not very far from airport. Somewhat affected by peak hours traffic crawl — otherwise okay.

The location is excellent, just 15 minutes from the airport, with free shuttle to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Service is excellent. Rooms are clean and well furnished. There's also a gym, sauna and a swimming pool. And free breakfast is good and with good variety. Overall, you feel that you got more than tou paid for, in a very good way. Highly recommended!

You can get a big slice of cheesecake with a free cup of coffee or tea at $10 only. Service is very pleasant. Ordered a birthday cake here last year.

I've stayed here a few times now and I just love it. Staff are always friendly and polite, treat you as a guest. I normally stay in an executive room, it's nice to come in at the end of the day out to find your bed turned down or even remade if you got to have an afternoon nap. The place is always clean and tidy. It's a must stay!

Value for money, staff very friendly, room very cleaness.

I used to think that Furama is a good shopping mall in Kuching almost every week, but a lot of businesses have moved away from here, I have become infrequent, buy gas, popularity is much worse than before. Hopefully, management can muster more businesses to rush popularity.

The location is superb. Near to shopping mall and airport. Room are spacious. Breakfast is fantastic.

We Lived in a huge three-bedroom apartments. There is a swimming pool and sauna. Downstairs is a huge mall and food court. There was No hot water in the Appartah.

Hotel booking is easy. The service is also very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the rooms are quite large and tidy. There's a shopping mall on the wall. The main thing is the price is fair.

Attended an event here late 2017. Location is conveniently located near the airport. Ample parking lots, if not a little confusing. Parking lots are shared with the service apartment and shopping centre, so do look out for markings on the lift lobbies when you park.

This place is awesome and people are nice. This is a really big and nice hotel in this area. Rooms of this hotel is really big and nice. I loved the bath tab is was really nice and big. Staffs are really friendly and they always have a nice smiley face. I enjoyed the food too. Its near the airport so transport facility is also good.

Spacious room and great view of the city from higher floor. The hotel ground floor is linked to Boulevard Shopping Center. So at least you know where to spent your time when feeling bored.

Nice hotel and environment with shopping mall together. Great place for events or functions. Grilled Salmon is another satisfaction dish at the restaurant.

Room is great. Clean as well. The fact that it is connected to shopping mall can be useful for some traveller. Also easy pick up point by Uber or Grab.

Nice environment. Funtion room and ballroom both with nice deco. Is a quite good choice if you which to do some small function using their function room, price also reasonable. For ballroom, I only attend dinner before, not really know about the price and so on.

Love this hotel so much… the facilities are great and the price is also not expensive… the room is clean and comfortable. The meal is also variative. You can also enjoy the out door swimming pool. And have yourself stay fit at the gym… they also have sauna.

We stayed at imperial suites apartments while at Kuching, Sarawak. Comfortable and convenient stay for 4 nights. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is very good. Downstairs is a large shopping mall. The price of goods sold in the shopping mall is also comparable to that of civilians. In the shopping mall hungry, there are also food to eat. There are also restaurants and economical meals.

How to find my car when finished the dinner. The the problems to find u car cause of big building and that a lot of lift. Good service and well plan hotel, at level one it connected to the hypermarket. Name it, u can get any thing that u want. From restaurant to fast food outlets, dry and wet item, clothing, DIY section, computer, hand phone, gyms machine, electrical product. Promotion of different product on level one. Etc…

Decent hotel, clean simple room. Room service not up to my liking. The attached shopping mall is not very busy, there a lot of empty shop lots still. Convenient as the hotel is closer to the airport.

The service is great, and the staff ensure that your needs are met. Only issue is the variety of food is not that wide. They could do way much better. But for the price can't complain.

Just spend a night few days ago. Pro's; The receptionist was nice, very humble/ polite. Near to main road. Easily accessible. Reasonable price. Con's; Really imperial mall? No toothbrush/ toothpaste provided in Super King Deluxe Room? Come on… By the way, I would recommend this hotel.

Really convenient space as it's only a 10min drive from the airport. It's a shared building space with a shopping mall so shopping can be done downstairs. The breakfast buffet has great choices. Nothing much to complain about for the rooms but it hurts to say wireless connection isn't really reliable here. Would definitely consider staying here again when I come to Kuching.

The hotel has good facilities for wedding and meeting. The food are also good and the staff's are well train.

The hotel is good looking, spacious n clean, very nice food, hospitality and friendly housekeeping staff. Now we talking about WI-FI is on and off in side grandballroom was very powerful fullbar but when inside the room just 1 or 2 bar only. Thanks Imperial.

Good hotel. Standard breakfast for its level. The pool feels small especially during holiday season. Smooth check in and friendly but professional staff.

Spent a night there for cousin's wedding. Food was OK. Can be improved. Love the room &my two toddlers can play safely in d tub. Counter service was efficient & was able to checkout swiftly although bringing luggage & stuff plus 2 toddlers. Short getaway for mom like me.

Clean and spacious room. Shopping center is right beside hotel lobby and very convenient to shop for any required necessities. Quite strategically located in the center of Kuching. Distance from airport is not far which is a thumbs up. Room rate is very reasonable.

Pros : 1. Good facilities (gym, pool, breakfast) 2. Building is attached to mall 3. Near place that sell lot of food, just cross the road 4. Clean and the room air conditioner is in good condition 5. Quite large room with a reasonable price Cons : 1. The Wi-Fi quality is so bad, it is always disconnected to the point you don't want to use it anymore cause everytime we try to log in the Wi-Fi, it asks the username and password. Note : you can leave your baggage to the receptionist if you come early and cannot check in yet.

Still quite new. So should be ok all around. There's gym, pool & sauna to relax. Wifi is good. Attached shopping mall is a plus.

The best hotel in kuching that i've ever visit with their services and responsibility. So love it. And with their facilities such as: gym, swimming pool, etc. That's fantastic.

Bad service we try to check in 12;00 noon, hotel reception request come back check in the room at 2:00pm, but now nearly 4:00pm the room still no ready yet.
