This is a mid-level business hotel, maybe a 2/5, at best. Very lethargic staff, for one thing. No one answers the phone. Every day, the room cleaners must be reminded to do a better job (they always forget something, such as soap, towels, bathrobe, toilet paper, etc. ) At breakfast, the food leaves much to desire; at other times, prices are exorbitant. However, it is somewhat clean. There will never be a next time.

Room was rather rundown. There was only 1/2 lace curtain — the other 1/2 was missing! No notepaper, pen or pencil! No body lotion either. No doorbell — when staff was asked why, the answer was, "Doorbell only for bigger rooms, smaller rooms don't have". Only 2 bath towels supplied, no face towel, no hand towels. The shower cream dispenser was empty. 2 nice, helpful & friendly staff merit mention — Benjamin the bellhop and Sinthia of Front Office.

Breafast menu so kampung. Staff simply allow customers go around take food without wearing mask. When asked, thr staff said it wss their choice. Such a lousy respond, unethical and unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever. They charged on the wrong amount to my card for my stay back in June. Raised by concerns to the hotel finance department & front desk MANY times, nobody ever called me back to follow up on the dispute transaction. Inexperienced staff and bad attitudes, should at all cost AVOID Pullman Kuching. My great “courtesy” to the “duty managers” named THANIA and ROZAINI. It’s been an issue raised up for about a month, still they’re unable to sort out what is going on.

Very bad experience with pullman hotel. From the sales manager to the receptionist service is very bad. Is it because I am not a foreign tourist, and not a rich person? Receptionist on duty on the night of 15.07.2022. While serving customers to check in, I just asked for help to validate the parking card only and the machine is next to her, was not served at all, dia bagi hand signal for me to stop talking dan langsung tak pandang dan tak layan saya. What kind of service is that? 😡😡

Lousy experience I’ve ever met…. Check in time was 3pm but we arrive here around 4pm and the staff told us that the room wasn’t ready yet 😅😅😅 Not sure if it’s really a 5stars hotel’s service or 2 stars 👎🏻 No second time for me. Pay for expensive room fee and get this kind of service….

Awesome hotel but they need more experience staff there. A lot of trainees that doesn’t have the soft skills to handle important clientele. Nevertheless, I would still rate Pullman as 5 Star definitely.

Services -Short of staff for cleaning the room to where have to wait for the room to be ready -Bad service also from the waiter during dinner to where asked them for sky juice for few times but been ignored few times also -Family room but only 2 entitled for breakfast as their staff said during the time about to have breakfast at their restaurant. Food -Food is not up to the hotel standard. — Small portion and not worth it to have dinner event -Seabass fish steamed kinda tasteless as some part of it still havent defrost.

Arrived at 3pm. Line up for 50mins. It was quite hot inside. No compensation or explanations by management. Finally when we checked in, the staff told that the room wasn't ready yet and they will called once it is ready. 11pm, got called by Pullman that the room is ready. So people are either stranded elsewhere or camped at the lobby of a hotel waiting for rooms that they had paid for. We are going out so naturally we asked the counter to validate the parking ticket for us. Staff told us it is flat rate and be just RM3. We went to parking ticket machine, it was not functioning. Went to the counter to asked whether we can pay there. Staff said to go to B1 machine. Surprise! The lift waiting area have no lights on. Waiting for the lift in dark. Nice. Paid the ticket at B1, it was RM6 and wasn't flat rate. Gave a call to staff to convey our frustration but did understand that they were just doing their job. Also, when we got in our room, previous tenant boba drink was still in the mini fridge. Lol. All these were in the first day stay. I hope u enjoy ur stay. Goodluckkk.

The worst High Tea. Waited for an hour plus for the high tea to be served. And the 3 tier high tea set is worst than kopitiam standard. Super duper not worth. Honestly, Pullman should rated as 2 star hotel for your lousy service, lousy foods. 😡😡

Paid RM 75 for a not so “buffer” Buffet Dinner, food taste were poor, no variety, drink only plain water and one syrup drink, very disappointed ☹️

Worst experience ever. We did reservation via booking. Com with all confirmation printouts shown, Pullman Kuching Hotel refused to accept the confirmation and saying that it's booking. Com's fault, which they can only give us 1 room instead of 2 rooms. Hotel requested us to pay a walk in price, which is higher price, for the 2nd room. Am truly dissapointed.

Dont come here if you want to bring your child for pool because they still did not allowed it. Already look at SOP by MKN there is no restriction on that as long parents already fully doses. Check on Hilton and allowed it. Kind of waste of my time and money. When ask receptionist they simply answer that Hilton this Pullman. At least give proper reason so that I can understand. To add it up, breakfast also very 'so so' for five star hotel. 😪😪😪

My friend was quarantined at Pullman since two months back and I have made a $1k deposit with the hotel so that my friend can order a better food from the hotel kitchen. The total amount spent is only $100, and guessed what, till today I still have not received the refund from the hotel. Been calling them for numerous times, they kept giving excuses saying the process of refund would take time etc etc which I totally do not understand the logic at all!

My quarantine stay was really nice and comfortable at Pullman Hotel! The food was really delicious and the room is spacious! The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful as well!

Breakfast is supposed to start at 6.00am. But nothing is ready at that time. Expect full service by 6.30am. Questionable when you have an early move to do and for a hotel of this category.

The worst Christmas Eve Buffet dinner ever. Food not enough no more roast lamb and turkey. Not clean at all. Got a very terrible table setting.

Had not been having meals for quite a while and on my 29th wedding anniversary decided to have dinner at Puzzle Cafe. Food was top notch and presentation was impressive. Looks like the menu has been revamped. Memorable evening for hubby and me.

Stayed for 3 nights in deluxe twin. The room is spacious, and clean, the river and mountain view is excellent. The staffs are helpful and friendly, special thanks to Erony Tiang who ensure we, the guests are well served and taken care of during our stay. Also appreciation to Bob who remember to arrange transport for us to the airport.

The hotel is in the heart of Kuching. Rooms were really spacious. Clean and tidy. The breakfast was really delicious with local and Western items. The staffs were friendly. There are many restaurant in the same building.

The staff at the Gym & swimming pool (Watson & Douglas) r very helpful & friendly. I asked a lot of questions & both the staff on duty answered very patiently.

The door lock was faulty. Unable to lock the door from inside.
From check-in till midnight, there was a plate left infront the room door.
Overall, it just ok for me.

One of the top hotels in Kuching. Definitely worth the price you paid. Food for breakfast could be improved though.

I love its rooms with laminated wooden floor. Beats the carpet anytime! The gym could be better equipped but am not complaining. Location is very strategic. Overall, very satisfied.

Pullman is a very nice place to stay. They have all the facilities like pool and gym. Area around Pullman is good for walking and one must take walk in the evening to explore local shops and market. Good walkable streets.

Great hotel room and bathroom to recommend there is just a little hassle that is not of great importance… In the giant and elegant entrance hall it is icy.
But everything else is nickel the varied and good breakfast there is a part of the restaurant room which is arranged for children + + +

Nothing to say against the hotel. A perfect stay in a very confortable room. The spa is good and well staffed.

It's OK for what you're paying for. Concierge nowhere to be seen when I went to my room. Other than that, the hotel's good. Breakfast is not that good, though. Polite and courteous staff. Great bathroom, by the way. But if you're on a tight budget, I suggest trying other hotels.

The best part of the stay is its bed and pillow. The best rest I have ever had outside home. Room is specious too.

I think there is room for improvement for Pullman. The first day I came, noticed the bathroom sink was clogging. Informed front desk and got it fix the next day. I am not a buffet person, but the breakfast was really disappointing. The cups in the room were quite dirty. The towels did not smell good (I recommend using Comfort softeners.

Very spacious room. Parking space available at basement. You can find local food at the hills (Ground Floor).

Great room but horrible staffs. They dont smile if you are locals. No sense of urgency, no effort to make guest feel welcomed. Maybe the staffs here are underpaid.

The buffet lunch maybe need to 'up' a bit. Guest rooms are commendable. Meeting rooms maybe it is time to overhaul. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodative.

Nu er Hong Restaurant: Chinese food at Pullman Kuching. Nice environment. Food is good and portions are big. Service is OK; very friendly but we had to keep asking for tea notwithstanding only 3 tables occupied.

Despite it is a very highly rated hotel, I find it a little run down. The shower in particular, the temperature can only be set between hot or cold. There’s no way to adjust medium hot for instance. Once the hot water kicks in, it is all hot. Aside from room condition, the breakfast is good. Choices covers from Asian to western type of food. The executive lounge’s pre cocktail dinner could have more choice of snacks and cocktail.

Rooms were large and comfy. Toilets were fairly clean as well. I was looking forward to using the bathtub but for the three days that we were there, there was barely enough hot water in the shower, and definitely not enough to fill a tub. Breakfast was disappointing the first day we were there and we decided to go out for breakfast for the other days. Also tried out the gym and would not recommend it. It was stuffy as the air conditioning was switched off and I could not find a single staff operating the gym even though it was 11am. It would be good if the hotel management could ensure that a staff is present at all times in the gym. Hotel massage is by Mirage Spa which is located near the hotel. The massage rooms are clean and hygienic. Accor members get a discount for the massage as well.

Fast check in. The room is clean and tidy. All amenities are in place. Big bath room and bath tub with window view. Perfect for urban style get away.

Rooms good size but awfully dusty. Stayed in other hotels near by and they had metal kettle for boiling water. This hotel you pay more but no detail is put into your stay. No slippers provided is not an issue because I brought my own. But if the floor has no carpet you would expect slippers. The room is super dusty. Got house keeping to vacuum again but the photos show not much was done at all. Cheap interior finishings used. Only plus is bed is comfortable. Good views. Just tried the breakfast. There was a worm in the porridge. I guess it's probably organic rice. Please look after finer details in this hotel. At the most this hotel is a 2.5 to 3 star.

Everything seems to be OK. The lady who took my order for in-dining service hung up so quickly before I can order another meal and drink and without informing me how long the meal is going to be served. I usually come here when I am in Kuching but when you deal with the staff there, there will always something off. Unfortunately for me, this is the only Accor hotels in this city.

Pullman Kuching is one of the latest hotel in Kuching city. The exterior and interior is beautiful. However service standards could be improved. I was really disappointed not to have an accessible room. One of the reasons we specify an accessible room was due to the heavy doors and we stated that in our request when we booked. However there was no accessible room available when we checked in. I feel that request for accessible rooms should be treated with a priority. Nobody request for an accessible room unless there is a real need. Location is superb just within walking distance from the Kuching waterfront. There is a tiny shopping mall at the basement of the property. Pool is clean and well maintained. However the doughnut I bought the night before was half baked. Would stay there again. But please remember my requests.

I am satisfied with my stay at Pullman Kuching. From the moment I registered for my stay at the reception counter, with the warm welcome from your front staff all the way towards the comfort of my room. The fruit basket and cookies gave a touch of welcome and much appreciated. Tried the gym which I found to be in good condition, with the spacious floor space and well equipped facilities. Good stuff and made my stay very satisfying. However, the only set back to me is that I stayed for a few days and realized the buffet breakfast you served are of the same dishes every morning that I stayed there. Perhaps would be nice you can change the menu every alternate mornings to provide more variety. Thanks.

This is one of the better hotels in Kuching and very reasonable rate — especially if you get one of their many specials. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. It was a very short stay due to delayed flights so I only spent 6 hours sleeping (with very comfortable pillows) but the high pressure shower was also very much appreciated. I will be back.

I was on my business trip to Kuching in which I spent most of my time visiting customers and dealers. I arrived at the Hotel quite late and what impressed me the most was the treat at the front counter — a marvelous smiling face and cheerful greeting. The registration was fast, accurate and friendly. It was glad to see such a facility so clean, neat and tidy. I had a quite sleep before the morning sun woke me up at 6am. The nice breakfast geared me up for another challenging day. I looked back and whispered to myself, what a wonderful stay!

Good. In the standard. For that level one expects more cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom.

The dinner food really taste sucksI can represent most of us to say that, we all go to eat street food first before go dinner cause all of us know it's really not delicious at all from the previous night experience. Most of the food are wasted, we feel sorry for that, but please improve the quality of your dinner. After dinner we go to have supper again because we are hungry due to the bad taste of your dinner.

The hotel in Kuching is very convenient and nice to stay, however I put out a room clean everyday and a bathroom and toilet are not clean properly as well as a floor is not vacuumed. I stayed in a room for two weeks, therefore I can notice and see a toilet, bathroom and floor are still dirty after a cleaner already clean. A customer team is excellent and I had requested to checked in 10am and checked out late at 1:00pm without any issues. Thank you.

I have stayed in other Pullman hotels in other parts of the world, always wonderful. Everything was seamless in Kuching — service check-in, rooms (large, comfortable, spotless), multiple re-bookings to extend my stay, fast check-out. Excellent location, spacious lobby, modern decor. Wow, definitely staying here again next time! I was not a Le Club Accorhotels member but I signed up on the spot because of this experience.

Excellent service. All staff at Pullman greets guest with smiles and friendly gesture. Guest feels comfortable at Pullman. Still as always, need improvement on room cleanliness. Bathroom needs proper cleaning.

The room was a generous size and in very good condition. The restaurant and bar facilities were very good. The barman was very friendly and even remembered our previous order, nice touch. The hotel location is central and an easy walk to everything in the centre of Kuching. The travel office was very helpful in arranging our tours to the local attractions.

A great establishment, my family spent a great deal of time there throughout 2010-2015. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! This is THE place to stay! Pullman Kuching takes great care of their guests and all staff are helpful and friendly! It is clean, fun and comfortable!

The buffet had a good spread, rooms where clean, staff were friendly. The front desk allowed me for a late checkout as I had a lunch meeting hence very customer oriented. The mall was empty as not many shops were open. Le Club membership does have its benefits and the staff was friendly to apply discounts as in house guest or member.

Stayed there recently for 4 days on my first visit to Kuching.
Some issues: 1) Dont think the room has been vacuum or clean thoroughly. I can see dusts on the writing table and some folders there
2) Need to call housekeeping to make up the room even though I put 'please make up the room' sign on the door. In the morning, we went out for tours and back around at 2 or 3 pm, the room condition was the same as we left in the morning
3) Do not have extra staff at Deja Vu lounge. For instance, after Aiffa Gala dinner, only 2 staff at the lounge serving the guests (and there were many of them! ) Longer waiting time to get a service.
4) Need more shades in the swimming pool area as the afternoon sun reflection from the building brings extra heat to that area. Thank you.

It was a one night stay. The hotel was clean albeit the lack of facilities was a bit disappointing. Furthermore, the adjoining mall (it was Hills Point or Hill Mall) was just appalling. Hopefully the owner would do something about it, else it would do Pullman no favours. But it is close to many authentic food outlets. That would be my plus point.

+ Rooms are huge! Toilets are huge! Excellent views. - Yellowish swimming pool water. Service can be improved. System of room card for lift faulty and inefficient! Wi-Fi is not unlimited and is chargeable after daily bandwidth of 500MB is used up.

Best pillows I've ever slept on! Seriously! Overall — a top notch business hotel. Internet's slow though.

Good business hotel, also suitable for vacation at a very fair price. Quiet and good location with shopping mall below. Only disadvantage that you have to walk a few minutes uphill from the river and downtown Kuching. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Have stayed there, it was a very nice hotel, clean rooms, though a bit small, for a 5 star hotel. The bed were of high quality and the place quiet. The counter staffs were courteous and helpful, would definately stay there again during my next trip.

The buffet is awesome, serve authentic Asian+European cuisines. Wide varieties to choose on. Food are fresh and well cooked. Service wise, they always put a big smile on their face. Love the environment. Quite and cosy. Good place to dine in for an excellent meal.

Stayed here twice and dined in a lot of times at Puzzle. The room is not bad, the view is very nice and because it is on top of the hills its very peaceful. Half of the staff is quite friendly but they couldn't beat the staff service in Hilton. The daily buffet food is not so nice, unless for the Ramadhan month buffet (very nice and lots of choices). Overall, a good experience.

Outstanding. Stayed 3 nights on a special deal. Good friendly service, great views from upper floors, very quiet. The 24hr Warong Narantra resturant across the road was good.
