Please check room 123. Shower and hose at toilet was damage. Water boiler also damage. Request towel but they said still dryer. Then I request water boiler for exchange receptionest said there staff will exchange but nobody was come. Very dissapointed!

Nice place to chill out. Clean room. But Breakfast was a little letdown.
Overall we had a good stay. Very friendly & helpful staff. We will come back again.

Breakfast should improve, asking customers to boil their own eggs? U kidding me? The best thing in this hotel is the lift. Responded fast. Room aircond very cool but room abit rundown.

Amazing staff, great room (except the smell of smoke and no fridge). Lovely pool, not the best location as you have to taxi into town and there's no alcohol served.

I like the hotel. It's spacious. It has a swimming pool and walking path with flowers. The design of the hotel is beautiful.

The food is good, the meeting rooms have good pa system but the rooms tend to be very cold, the room is clean and spacious. The problem with the aircond in room is that it is not cooling when it is set to 16°C. The workers are very helpful. Nasi lemak for breakfast is really nice but the sambal is inconsistent.

The Hotel itself is good with spacious room (1st floor). At night, when there is a little guest, its quite silent and looks like creepy. The Breakfast is nice with limited option on the buffet list.

The foods and confernce are excellent unfortunely the room condition poor.

This place is good, it have a good price but lack of maintenance on the building and also cleanliness is 7/10.

I have lost one of my precious item. But their staff have found and return it to me although I never ask them to find it.

Good carpark spaces. Good venue for medium size functions.

Hotel banquet experience was not so good. Old interior left with no maintenance. Projector screen was too old and barely can read.

Overall Ok. Just u have to make sure on the cleanliness of the rooms. Especially on the balcony and under the table. Great and friendly staffs. Convenient parking space. Easy for booking and good value for money.

Checked in middle of the night tiny room, no ventilation to bathrooms, ac not working. Not a pleasent experience.

Good convention hall for seminar but air conditioning too cold, make sure you wear extra clothing, caps, hats, scarf, jacket, coat etc. Nice food and pastry. Just enough parking spaces.

Having my dinner with event at here. Surprisingly they decorated using white color theme (chair/balloon/etc). Need some renovation on their facilities.

Poor services in term of hotel stay and customer service. Experienced difficulty in accessing and entering the room due to malfunction room card. After room card changed, the problem remain. Secondly I am very much disappointed with the customer services as I have personally called up the hotel several times for unresolved refund status (for almost 2 months) but the phone line kept passing around and no one settle it although the officers promised to call back. Further complain was lodged to official hotel webpage and group email with no reply until today.

Regency Rajah Court is a nice and decent resort-like hotel in town back in the 90s. However, used one of the multi-purpose room for corporate training and realise that the air conditioning are pretty bad. Quite stuffy in a way. Food are served in buffet style. Very Malaysian cuisine, worth to give it a try if one's prefer spicy food.
