Staff helpful n polite, have shuttles but rooms cleanliness was so poor.

What better way to enjoy a short Holiday in Kuching? Look no further if you're boring with staying in waterfront area, I loved it because it's convenient to use grab to nearby malls like cityone, vivacity and the spring. Heck, siang siang and cityone is reachable on foot, food is so-so but for the price they provide it's very nice in my honest opinion. As for Grab, fare range from rm4-5 if you go to the spring, cityone or vivacity. If u want to go to the waterfront or the hills area it's just rm8

Overall — clean, comfortable n satisfactory for the price paid… Night time choice of food limited Sound proof not so good especially on toilet usage by rooms near by.

Room is very clean including the toilet. Staff are approachable and helpful. Most speaks functional english.

Everything is great. Free shuttle is a bonus.

Veryyyyy affordable and reasonable to stay longer, will come here again next time to stay because I love this place and all the staff very nice. Good service from them.

Good, clean and spacious hotel. Courteous staff. There some food options around and there's also a 7-11 in about 100 meters from the hotel.

Friendly staff with clean room & a comfort stay.

We had 2 nights at the hotel and felt rather comfortable there. The front desk service was superb and credits go to duty manager, Clement and his team of dedicated staff. Appreciate the help rendered. Only setback is not being able to access Wi-Fi from our room.

The room was clean and the mattress firm. The shower was serviceable and the bathroom was nicely laid out to take maximum advantage of the space. The room was small but that's to be expected. One thing I would improve on would be the switch for the headboard light: it was hidden behind the fridge and should be easily visible to someone who wants to turn it off before going to sleep. Also, some of the paint had bubbled up from the wall.

Being to the coffee house and the nasi lemak is excellent. Gone up to see a standard room and it's clean, neat and good value.

Comfortable stay and also affordable rate which includes breakfast. Design of the hotel is nice. One thing that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi connection. It can be a crawl sometime. Other than that it is a pleasant stay.

Adequate breakfast. Clean room. Nice location but a bit hidden. Prerably has transport. Near to city one megamall. A bit far from waterfront and tourist area. Thus can avoid traffic.

Rooms are comfortable, clean, staff are friendly and a good location to town centre and big shopping mall nearby.

Great room, loved the fact that they had both Astro and Fox Sports channels, along with Nat Geo. Excellent bathroom, great lightning overall, and the A. C. Was super effective. Study desk is great. Very comfortable bed, fairly specious room. Cleanliness is amazing and the restaurant is nice as well. The staff were also helpful.

The hotel is far from the city center but close to the airport. Is a good choice for the excursions because you can by pass all the traffic. Room was comfortable and the breakfast really good.

Located bit far from city center and Kuching waterfront. Close to food court and 7e… and banks. 7 minutes drive from aiport.

Staffs are kind. Room is clean. And the location is not bad. It takes to 5-10min to airport by taxi and it is located in near city one mall and seven eleven store.
