Just nice place near airport those hopping to next place (for 1night). Worth the money spent. Good choice of eating places nearby. Free drop/pick to airport. Overall just nice but house keeping can be improved.

Cockroach and lizards arnd… Fast internet though Decend room.

The owners try hard, but… The facilities are 1 star, dated, tired and often worn out. And, the facility is directly under the airport flight path. The 1st experience had us believing the plane was about to crash into the building. For what is offered, it is well overpriced.

Good for a night or transit guests. Room is quite small and no lift to take you upstair. Trouble for those with a tonne of bags.

Average rating for average accommodation. Wifi and cable TV wasn't working when I stayed. It was nice to have a 24 hours food store open in the same building. 24 hours convenient store also right across. Good enough for an overnight stay. Friendly staff. Oh and no elevator!

It's a budget hotel and it shows, both in the facilities and the price. Staff is friendly, but there's not much they can do about malfunctioning keycards and faulty plumbing.

Poor quality rooms hard beds no parking. Cheap room for a night… Smells bad bed sheets not white anymore dirty wallpaper bed as hard as a good carpet. Staff are good and location is good if u wish to visit Tanjung aru beach on the cheap. I suggest you spend a little more and go somewhere else.

The room condition is bad. I believe there's bug on the bed. The door lock also need to push hard to close.

Toilet lock broken, bed too hard even, even the foot of the bed is broken, feel sleep on the ground no difference, the room does not have a hairdryer. There are a small hole in the sheets, although this problem is not big, is afraid of the hotel waiter mistakenly thought that we damage must be our compensation, it is not worth it.

They give me a room with a broken windows, people can break into my room easily. Staff are friendly but they have no sense of security. Best part is the hotel provide a window. But if boss can invest in upkeep the hotel is even better. Whole place is quite run down.

It is a nightmare sleeping here. Its like sleeping on a spring all night. No it is not even close to a matress.

Nice hotel, room comfort but a bit small. Big water, clean but no lift. Staff friendly and free shutter to airport.

The cleanliness and shower is ok. However, room too small especially for muslim to pray. Breakfast too light and do not have much option. No parking provided for guest, you have to buy your own parking ticket or else you will be fined after 830am. It is too overprice considering the service given.

Very convenience to go to imago and seafood restoran and airport shuttle provided free of charge.

The room was very old and didn't have a 3 star feel. Completely different than as displayed on the website pictures. Felt misrepresented and unhappy. It's more of a 2 star hotel and there are other value for money options.

Terrible! Noise from airplanes up and down drives me crazy! Bed is uncomfortable and not flat。 Borrowing the hair dryer needs 15 RM。 WTF!

No elevator, poor Wi-Fi in room, bad smell in room, free shuttle to airport from 5am-?, 20 mins walk to Tanjung Aru beach.
And the massage store recommend by the reception, VERY BAD! bad skill and keep playing phone during my time, even I show her I am not happy about that.

Hmmmmm not so good room just for one night it's OK.

The most terrible hotel I had ever visit… location is bad, not convenient, no parking lot, no sign to show whr is it. The sleeping on the grass field when camping is much more better than its bed. The room is not planned well, toilet stuck and varies malfunctioning things. Sucks.

No elevator so you gonna hate it if your luggage is heavy. There's a terrible smell in the room. You can hear the voices from other rooms. The only thing good is that it's very close to the airport.

The room is really old, small, BORING and dirty. The mattress is expire and uncomfortable, you can feel the coil spring. My back ache for 2 days after my stay there. The sheets is thin, white made from low quality materials. The staffs are not friendly to their own people if you are foreigner from overseas then it is a different story. Typical. This hotel sucks big time. I think people with children should not stay here because you can hear banging from other room. This hotel deserve no star at all.
